Tried Jaggers and was ok. They do have a big selection but is the price worth it when you have to pay and additional 3.99 to make it a meal. The food was ok the burgers meh! and the salads was bad great toppings but bitter lettuce and super small for the price. I would recommend Freddie's if you want value for your money and if your getting burgers. I'm visiting my man in North Carolina and he saw this place finally opened. I was like, let's go try it. He was skeptical, but the burgers were juicy as heck and super flavorful. The chef definitely knows how to use spices. The Mac was creamy and tangy, and the fries were super crispy! He got a vanilla bean milkshake to try, and it was thick and creamy and sooooo good! The service was excellent, and the guy told us they've been open a month now. He got us sauce to try and made sure we had everything! Let's start off on the service and coming in for the first time. The look and cleanliness of the restaurant is a great start, I appreciate the perfectly matching colors on all of the furniture and the walls. All of the TVs are showing all sports, giving that good dynamic. The food is the important part for all restaurants, I start off with a Crazy good cheeseburger with Mac and cheese because I'm a sucker for Mac and cheese along with a chocolate shake. The burger was cooked to perfection and the taste is refreshing and deliciously, possibly the best burger I have had in a while. The Mac and cheese not gonna lie, could be better but it didn't kill the mood for me. The shake I got was rich and delicious, I could drink that forever. First time going, Food was very tasty, but they are cheap when it comes to the drink. I always ask for light ice because I don't like it watered down, and I did the same here. I stopped by on opening day. They had a long line, with probably 25 people ahead of me. They opened at 11 and I ordered at 11:14, and I had my food by 11:20. I like that when you "Make it a Meal," you get a drink and your choice of fries, tater tots or fruit cup. They have burger, chicken, salads and shakes. My BBQ Cheddar burger was tasty, and the fruit was fresh (strawberry slices, pineapple chunks, grapes and blueberries). This is a newly built restaurant (where Ruby Tuesday used to be), and they have probably 6-8 TVs showing sports channels. You order at the counter, they give you a small number "tent" for your table and then they bring you your order. I plan to return to try their chicken sandwiches and salads. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place since it opened. We went through the drive thru and got 2 burger meals. The employee taking the order seemed swamped, but he was super polite and had a good attitude. The prices were ok, we ended up spending about $30 for our meals, so next time we go, we'll probably just get the burgers. I was amazed that they had a nice variety of sides, one being edamame. Overall, this place seems good, and the food is good. It looks nice on the outside, I haven't been inside yet, but I'm looking forward to it with my next visit. read more

For starters, Jagger's food is good. I have no complaints about the quality of their product. However, when several items of your $75 order are missing, and you call 4+ times and nobody answers it's extremely upsetting. I live 20-25 minutes away from Jaggers depending on traffic. So returning to speak to someone in person is not an option for me this evening. Knowing this, I will now have to "eat" the cost of what I'm missing, because if I try to show up tomorrow and say hey I was missing items.... Well It sounds sketchy even to me. read more

We love Jaggers! The food is great and reasonably priced. We can eat for 2 adults and 2 kids for under $40. both the burgers and chicken sandwiches are excellent. My wife loves the chicken sandwich with the fried egg and gravy. I love the avocado bacon burger. We all love the fries, tots, and the seasoning they use. Their sweet heat and jaggers sauces are yum! The staff at this restaurant went out of their way to make our basketball team's last game and dinner so wonderful. They were our sponsoring team and they sent the mascot and several staff to the last game of the season and led cheers at the end, let the kids take pictures with the mascot and then invited us all to dinner. This place has some of the best customer service that I wouldn't expect to find at a fast food burger place. First, they brought us free cookies to apologize for our (not even long) wait on tator tots. Once the food came out, it was fresh and we were loaded up with tots. The food was delicious, the people behind the counter always came and asked if we needed anything else (sauces, refills, etc). We ended up having a fly land in one of our milkshakes that we ordered--not even the staffs fault. They remade our shake a size larger for free as an apology! This is our 4th time here and every time has been a wonderful experience. The menu items are prepped daily (produce such as the lettuce and tomato), you can tell that they care about the customer experience and it always sounds like the workers are having a great time in the back. 7/23/23: I ordered the Crazy Good Cheeseburger and shoestring fries. My order was mixed up, but they corrected it within 60 seconds. The burger and fries were not hot, but were above warm. Both had fantastic flavor. Everything was awesome except for the temperature of the food, which seemed like it was made and then sat for 10+ minutes. Staff was friendly and courteous. They just opened up within the past week, so I figured they might be on a learning curve. Plus they were jam packed, trying to keep up with the crowd. We tied Jaggers last night. The service was good and the place was clean. My husband said his burger was very good. I ordered the spicy chicken. It was supposed to have lettuce tomato and diced onion. There was a slice of tomato, there were 3 shreds of lettuce and there must have been a half a cup of onions. I had to take them all off they were so overpowering. The price for a meal was a lot. The young lady never gave us our cups. I needed to go back to the counter and get it. I decided for my birthday that I would try out this new and happening place since it's newly opened. The fries are really good but everything else was pretty basic. It's not horrible but it's not amazing either and a lot is left to be desired. The burgers were dry and bland; and for the price; you don't get much. The service was okay; we went inside and didn't really know if we were supposed to sit down and wait for a waiter like you would at Texas Roadhouse or go to the ordering area; we quickly realized it's basically a fast food version of Texas Roadhouse but Texas Roadhouse has way better food. The overall atmosphere of the place was nice though. Lots of space and beautifully designed. It reminds me of Fudruckers a little bit. If you want a great meal; depending on your taste buds; I'd say go elsewhere. I haven't tried the shakes or the chicken tenders but I've heard good things. I would recommend going at least once to see if the food is good to you; for myself and my family; it would do in a pinch but it wasn't nothing to write home about. read more
