When she should have simply not served it at all. If I was the manager I would have been ashamed of what came out but if our orders were typical they may simply be used to being mediocre. We were in mid week and there were not a lot of customers. So we were surprised that they had run out of several things on the menu. That's simply bad management, they could have gone next door to the grocery store and bought the missing items. I had a sandwich which was just ordinary bread with almost no meat, and two small pieces of wilted leafy greens that did not even cover 1/4 of the sandwich. And this was the special. It was dry, over priced, and there was nothing on it, I mean nothing but a single bite of meat. Then getting some things wrong that a breakfast joint should do really well left us both thinking we won't come back. For example the scrambled eggs were terrible, how does a restaurant good up scrambled eggs? Literally anywhere does a better job. This is basically a Denny's with a smaller menu and lower quality. Skip this place and find an ihop or Metro diner with both just a little down the street.
