Update 1 week later: I had Pulse HVAC also do a service on my second unit's AC, which needed the condenser cleaned. Then 4 days later the tenant said the AC stopped working. Even after filing a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau this company still refuses to honor the warranty that promises the free replacement of plants and trees that died during the first 90 days after planting. 7/21/2025 Pulse HVAC was the second repair company to come out on July 14, 2025. I reached out to Pulse right after the first company left and was surprised that they still had availability since it was after 5 pm when I called. First off, they did not charge for a service call to come out, which was great after spending $80 for the first company. When Paul showed up, he got straight to work and spent several hours trying to repair the system. He replaced the fan, so glad he had the part, but the unit was still not sufficiently cooling the house. Ultimately, Paul said that the HVAC unit needed to be replaced. It was the original unit from 1993, and I felt confident that he wasn't just giving me the normal B/S. He and his team came out on Saturday and got me squared away with a new HVAC system.
