Recently began at Jaguar in January of 2025 after 3.5 years of training at my previous gym. This is gym is 100% about training Muay Thai and teaching Muay Thai. While it has a great community/atmosphere, working hard to perfect your Muay Thai is #1 which I personally love. I also love that the owners are the head coaches and are on the mats instructing everyday. They are constantly instructing and guiding students in technique and strategy. If you're looking to train pure Muay Thai. This is the place. I trained at another gym for 2 years and the moment I walked into Jaguar I felt like a day 1 student all over again. They corrected a lot of my bad habits and techniques (still are). Kru Erica and Kru Josh are both good honest people. Authentic Muay Thai here!!! Josh and Erica are the best trainors you can ever get. They are down to earth, and I consider them family. But dont let that fool you: they will make you work! Like, pay attention every single damn second, otherwise *bam* hahahaha (Josh: Hands up!! Hands up!!). For me, its not really about Muay Thai nor about the kicks and the punch, its how you get conditioned to have a total body work-out. You will be, of course, if a beginner, do some bag work, conditioning, air punches (I figured out that punching someone invisible is harder), and you will be paired with a like-level beginner. Once you get your stance the basics and your stamina (after like, 3 months), then you work your way up on combo punches. The whacks are just part of the fun! read more

Adult classes are available multiple mornings and evening classes are available several times a week which provides a lot of options for your schedule. Workouts change and you are constantly learning and growing. I've been going for about 2.5 years now and I get something out of every class. The people are fun and a pleasure to exercise with. I joined this gym 1 1/2 years ago as a beginner to stay fit and learn Muay Thai. The gym is very welcoming and is not intimidating at all. The classes are great in that you get to practice combinations with your partners and if you wish, you can utilize them during sparring sessions. The Instructor Josh and Coach Erica are great with working with beginners, advanced, and fighters. If you are a beginner as I was, you'll be paired up with other beginners, so don't be intimidated. For those who just want to lose weight and stay fit, I highly recommend this place, because why not learn to fight and defend yourself a the same time? Better than any Cross Fit, Zumba, or other cardio workouts, in my opinion. Great job Josh and Erica! read more
