Brought my F Pace in for service, had 2 problems that i explained to service (Drew Parker), that needed to be fixed. Mechanic, Matt Costigan , looked at vehicle and came up with 10 or so issues with vehicle. Video recorded issues and it was sent to me. Agreed on fixing 2 issues which one was passenger side wheel bearing/hub. They replaced drivers side hub/bearing. Clearly not solving my original noise problem because passenger wheel bearing was the problem. To shorten the story I have called Matt, Jeff Forsyth and Eddy Allen multiple times and not one of them returns calls. I have them on video saying we need to change the pass. side wheel bearing. Besides being disgusted with this dealership and the lack of return calls from a mechanic to the GM I will be seeing them again, in court. read more

First of all - this is both a Jaguar Dealer as well as a Land Rover Dealer. They have separate Yelp listings. So I'm not sure why people are writing reviews about their LR on the Yelp page for the Jag dealership. Clearly we must question their intelligence, or lack thereof, and thus evaluate those reviews accordingly. After having visited all 3 Jag dealers in the Boston area, I will have to say that this one, by far, was my favorite. We got a great salesman who was happy to show us the Jaguar, let us drive both the Jaguar and the Range Rover, and was happy to pull up tons of data so that we could compare the vehicles by the numbers. He was happy to talk pros and cons of both vehicles and happy to compare the 2. He was able to answer every single question we asked, and was able to pull up the supporting data in an instant. This is the dealer and the salesman who sealed our decision. We were going to buy a Jaguar. Now it was just the determination - which one? In addition, this is just a nice dealership. Comfy lounge. Complementary beverages and snacks. Nice guys walking around checking on me, making sure I was kept happy. I really felt like I was treated like a queen. And I should be. We are very price conscious shoppers. And when it comes to dropping this much money for a car, we need to feel like we are getting a good deal and value for our money. What an awesome experience! Z was my salesman and he was great! I came in with a particular car in mind and left with it! No negotiations on price but I was able to get a little more for my trade it. On the day I picked it up CJ the product specialist came out and showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car including heated windshield, heated steering wheel, apple car play and the list goes on and on. CJ was just as incredible as Z was. Answered all of my questions with knowledge responses! Overall 10 out of 10! I have been a customer for over 10 years and currently own two cars from Jake Kaplan, a Jaguar and Range Rover. In total, I have bought or leased 5 cars from them over the years. Experience with the salespeople is always great. They are knowledgeable and always provide outstanding customer service on par with what you would expect from a luxury car brand. I also want to make it very clear that the folks in the service department are great and always try to help. George Knipfing is especially great. People buy luxury cars for different reasons, but I think most of us can agree that service should matter when you're buying one. Apparently, the folks at Jaguar Norwood don't see it that way. I bought a car from them last May, and it was due for service this April. Initially, I tried to make an appointment online, which seemed like a convenient way to do it. Unfortunately, their website was built by a toddler so there is literally no way to book an appointment online. I mean, there's a form and a framework, it just doesn't do anything. So you have to call. That's cool, I mean it's not 2022 or anything. So I called to make an appointment with the service department in April, and was told that the next available appointment was June 27th. I'm not making this up. I asked if they would have a loaner car for me? Nope. But they could arrange to have a Lyft or Uber driver give me a ride home. Sweet. Their service department opens at 8:30 a.m. but get this...there's no early bird or late night drop off. They actually gate the parking lot so you can't leave your car there after hours. So they expect you to just stop living your life at 8:30 on Monday morning to drop your car off for service, then hop in an Uber for the 25 minute ride home. What a joke. There are plenty of places to buy luxury cars, I don't recommend this one. read more

I arrived at Land Rover Norwood service center to program a new car key. I was served by the agent who sits closet to the door, forgot his name. Overall, I was very pleased by the service provided. I waited at the waiting area for a pretty long time, but the agent always came to me and update about the progress, he told me about how much more time was needed to complete the service. I did not expect the agent to be so attentive because he already told me the approximate time needed to complete the service. I never received updates like that in any other service centers. When the new car key was programmed, along with the old key also fixed, the agent told me that my car's inspection has expired. As I thought about requesting an inspection, he told me that he already did an inspection and changed the inspection tag for me. I was surprised about this initiative. I felt really thankful, though I would appreciate if he could inform me about doing a car inspection because it costed 35 dollars. Still, I was very satisfied. After he handed me the key as he walked me out of the service center, I found out that my car was also washed. The agent did not charge me for the carwash service. I was really happy about this because I did plan to wash my car after this appointment. And he just saved my time going to a carwash shop. I would expect car service center to wash the car after services been done, but he did it without me asking about it, which really made me happy. I am really satisfied with the services provided by Land Rover Norwood service center. And I have to thank them for solving my problems in such a timely manner. Also the prices are out of control. Two years back someone swiped my hood ornament, dealer replaced it but it cost me $200 for the ornament and $250 for the service. Since that time I've had to replace two more...but now I buy the ornament brand new on eBay for $65.00 and my mechainc installs for free. As a woman professional and long term Jaguar customer I am just amazed by the poor customer service I get here in the USA. It is nothing like the experience I had when I bought my XJ in England. I bring my car here for service and every time I have to say that salesmen never take me seriously. Like a woman can't afford or want a cool car. This dealer was out of documentation for the F Type and could not explain what Winter Mode was to me or any of the other features. He really did not want to sell me a car or take me seriously. 1 Star for poorly trained, lack luster salespeople with poor customer service skills. 1 Star for not even trying to want to sell me a car I have been waiting for. No XKs on site. Sales person told me they slowed production and could clearly not articulate the differences between a FType and an XK other than one was a race car. As a Jaguar enthusiast....both are. The correct answer would have been that the F Type has a more F1 style sound to it vs the XK. I went over to Central Dogde and they had a Challenger SRT8 with a blower for less money and I had better customer service and more passion. Way too many XJs and there is a reason for that. I wrote a review last year about purchasing a top-end BWM at BMW Gallery -- my first "nice" car... and the experience was a nightmare on par with a used car dealership in the bad part of town. I am very happy to report that our experience with Andy Lehtonen and the rest of crew at Jaguar Land Rover Norwood was AMAZING! Andy was the best -- I can't recommend him enough if anyone on the planet ever wants to buy a car. The process was super simple, very fair, and quick. We communicated via email and phone to just keep things moving and there was zero pushiness or silly sales idiocy. We love our LR4 and couldn't be happier with it or the whole purchasing process. Really...if you are going to spend money like this on a car, the process should be this nice... this place could really give every dealership lessons on how simple it can be to sell cars! We did something stupid a few weeks after buying the LR4 and needed a truly emergency fix (don't make me describe how completely stupid I was that morning with the new LR4!!!). I called the service department, dealt with the warranty towing service and everything went so smoothly. They got the LR4 in there and fixed it enough so that it was safely drivable again ... in just a few hours. I was very appreciative. I had been a BMW owner for the last 10 years and when I started looking for another vehicle I couldn't find what fit my needs with a dealership that wasn't full of themselves. Overall, compared to any other luxury vehicle dealerships, this one certainly ranks the lowest, in every aspect. Salespeople - without naming them, one was helpful and polite while the other one was clueless and wasn't able to offer answers to some of the basic questions. Now typically it wouldn't be a big deal, however the questions were around pricing, financing and fees, so you would think that they would be buttoned up about those things. Pricing- just simply not worth it, when I asked how it compares to other Jaguars from dealers in the area, they didn't want to hear about it. I did some research prior to walking into the dealership, I had an idea how they fare prior to asking those questions. They don't have such a large selection of vehicles to chose from. Jaguars haven't had a good reputation in the last decade or so, so they bumped the warranty to 5 years, however even CPO is not what it seems. They advertise it as up to 2 year extended warranty, key word being 'up to' - basically it is up to their discretion how much extra time you get on warranty by buying CPO. Negotiations: I've been told to print out competitor prices and bring it to them so they can match them. Quite surprising answer, given that after 3 times test driving the vehicles at Jaguar Norwood I was at the table (literally), obviously willing to make a deal. When you are about to spend $55K on a vehicle, not sure that this 'coupon clipping' approach is how a luxury vehicle dealership should approach it. Shockingly, they offered a $100 off of the MSRP after a while to 'gain my business', which literally is an insult on $55K vehicle. At no point was there any incentives to stay at the table and negotiate further, throw in all weather mats, or extra an feature My suggestion is to drive 15 miles north to Jaguar Sudbury and get a vehicle there, as I did. read more

Incredibly disappointed time after time. Not only did I have to wait three weeks for my car to be seen by service (could have been notified), but when I called to inquire what was taking so long, I was told "you're lucky. you have a rental." Furthermore, I was also told that the service was going to be half the cost that I was charged when I came to pick up my vehicle. Every time I've gone, 3 and final visit recently, my car is returned filthy. Although they might do a quick vacuum, any other place where you're spending thousands and thousands of dollars to buy a car and have service, they have the capacity and ability to clean it prior to giving it back. We will never buy a Range Rover again- even though we love the car- because the service and people working are not honest and do not take pride in their work. Don't bother calling to complain, or offer feedback, they speak arrogantly, shrug you off and treat you disrespectfully. read more

I just had an extensive 4 procedure surgery that during recovery speaking is tough etc.. Anyways Renee in sales stepped up and literally helped me do the entire sale via text message. Trade ins, financing, payment terms, credit cards,license images, registrations, plate choices. and negotiation All via text messaging. They should patent this. I'm very busy when I'm not in recovery and I easily would have been able to negotiate the purchase of a car, while at work! 5 stars all the way to Renee and your team. This dealership is terrirble if you want your car serviced there. Having a $70k Jaguar or Land Rover serviced is meaningless here. They will not provide you with a loaner if you didnt buy your car from them. But they will charge you dealer service prices as high as anyone. At least Lexus , Audi, and BMW give you cars so you dont wait 8hours to get your car serviced. smh.. read more

Alix was the first sales representative to greet me upon arrival. Although he was very friendly and what I feel was helpful, when I signed the lease, he completely stopped replying- stopped answering his phone and left me talking to myself. Luckily, the sales manager Carol Massote was EXTREMELY helpful! Eddy (also a manager) helped me out as well. Although they are extremely busy, they did what they could to help me and picked up where Alix left off. Thankfully for the managers, the experience was a good one over all. I recently bought a new jaguar and brought it in for service at Jake Kaplan's in Norwood. Love the car, but was totally disappointed in the service levels at the dealership. I previously had a Mercedes and had gone down the street to MB of Westwood and thought I would get the same level of service. Not the case. The folks there are pretty friendly, but certainly do not go out of their way to help you. I had to wait while they finished chit-chatting among themselves to get a service advisor. Their hours are not nearly as good. No early morning/later evening appointments to drop off the car, so you are on their schedule. They do not offer drop-off or pick up service. They never offered a free loaners as that would have been helpful. But they did ask if I had a rental when I was paying, so they must offer the service, but just to select customers? The car was in the shop for 5 days. They were waiting for a part. You'd think they could have gotten that part a lot faster with the number of dealers around or overnighted it. The car came back filthy. The Mercedes dealer usually washed it. Instead it was covered with pollen, they had gotten the carpets dirty, adjusted the seat for their driving position, and had even adjusted all the mirrors. At least they didn't leave trash in the car. Usually at the MB dealer they knew to put paper mats on the floor to protect the carpets and they'd push the seat position button if they had to adjust it and they'd wash the car if it was dirty, especially after being there 5 days. Check out was a non-event, but you'd have thought the service guy would have at least said hello as he walked by. The cashier's best service closure was "here ya go". A thank you might have been nice. And I guess since they were not busy, you'd have thought it would be easy to do these things. They had few customers and clearly were simply not service oriented. I'm going to try Lee Jaguar up in Wellesley next, even though these guys are very close. I have heard they do a nice job. read more

I couldn't agree more than what the other reviews wrote. I was promised the world before I signed for the car. First of all, I'm not even sold on the quality of this vehicle (Range Rover). Its been in the shop numerous times (body parts falling off, fuel pump) not to mention the recalls, and its only a year old. It also needed ALL brake pads and rear rotors at 30k! My shit box work truck Chevy has 110k on it and the same brake pads! And yes, the service department sucks! All they want to do is upsell. Are they on commission? Why do I get worked up every time I need service? I don't think its a good sign when you have a rental car company at your dealer. Is there that many problems with these cars? I purchased a 2013 Range Rover HSE, love the car. Brought it in for service. They made the repair and gave me a loaner car LR2. Range Rover should really be loaning out cars that reflect the new product line. I picked the car up 3 days later. It was not washed or vacuumed out. I did not say anything. I received an email asking me for feedback. I put the comments down as above. Corporate called and was very nice and explained that they are working on upgrading programs for loaner cars and said the dealership should have cleaned the car. The service manager called and offered to pick up the car and detail it for me. THEN A WOMEN CALLED, VERY NASTY, WE STARTED SPEAKING AND THEN SHE SAID, I AM NO LONGER WELCOME AT THE DEALERSHIP. SPEND $95,000 FOR A CAR, ANSWER AN ONLINE SURVEY AS REQUESTED AND THEN TOLD YOU CAN NOT RETURN. NICE. AVOID THIS PLACE. RANGER ROVER SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB MONITORING DEALERSHIPS. read more

You what.. It saddens me to have to even write this. I fooled by these people into thinking this dealership wasn't what all the reviews said it was. But guess what?? It really is. I bought the tire and rim package for my vehicle and brought it in because I had swiped the sidewalk trying to avoid someone merging and not looking. What was supposed to be a quick 3 day thing turned into the LONGEST 6 weeks of my life. I am not even kidding- they had my car for 6 weeks. Not a single manager or anyone thought to call me or anything. Why 6 weeks? Well the tire and rim package apparently doesn't mean they replace them right away, nope, they get a third party company out to fill the cuts of the tire and then spray paint it. WHAT A JOKE. Well needless to say they wasted my time 3 times going up there for a car who's friggen rims didn't match. Then they told me there's nothing they can do. HAHAHHAHA are you kidding?? So I, yes I!!! Asked for them to give me a letter with the managers signing it stating they would take my car back at the end of the lease with mismatched rims. GUESS WHAT??? The next day the "service manager" calls me to tell me they can "goodwill" me new rims that match mine. EXCUSE ME... "Goodwill" me?? No buddy, I paid 1800 for this poor excuse of a package, you're "not goodwilling" me anything. But it didn't stop there.... It took another 2 weeks before my rims arrived and I got a call saying they came later than expected... So I'd have to wait another day... WHAT??? 6 weeks later I'm not worth a rush??? I swear to God the biggest mistake I ever made was coming here. If I never ever buy a RR again it's because of these people. There is not a single person who doesn't hear my story. The general manager never called, actually no one called, except my service guy, who in fact apparently has no control on anything. Oh the kicker too. I get my car and 1 week later a letter from the dealership comes saying there is a recall and obviously the recall occurred while my car sat there for 6 WEEKS!! So no one could've fixed it then right?? I'm disgusted. There is nothing that will ever change my mind. If I could return this car today i would. This is what happens when you leave Audi, for RR, I just had to have an RR, well I learned my lesson. I will never make the same mistake, most certainly not that this RR dealership. read more

We ended up buying a Maserati Levante SUV (not that it was a better car than a Jag/Range, actually probably came with a lot less bells and whistles for twice the price, just liked how they looked and sounded) however almost switched to Jaguar/Range Rover solely because of how great Ronnie was, he made the whole process fun and was amazing at communicating and following up and making you feel special and appreciated as a potential customer and determined to find you the exact car you want, even spending a ton of time researching every other dealership and options. The Land Rover side has terrible customer service. My wife and I went in to look at used SUVs and no one came to help us. We had to go look for someone to help us and the dealership was not even busy. It was very quiet. After I found someone to help us he seemed disinterested or too busy to give us the attention we needed and was only interested in finding out if we could afford the car. So right off the bat he asked how much we were looking for for a monthly payment. He said he would get someone to help us then disappeared and after 20 seconds we left because I was very upset by the experience. We subsequently left and went to another dealership and bought a used luxury SUV for a higher price than we initially intended to spend. Land Rover would have figured out that we actually would have spend more money if they gave us the time of day and did not have salesmen passing judgement on us. Yes young black people can afford luxury SUVs....(perturbed) Terrible experience. However juxtaposed against the great experience we had at the next dealership we truly got to appreciate great customer service elsewhere. read more
