The estimator who came out was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided us with a very fair quote. When I finalized the quote, they easily accommodated my adjustments and scheduled the job. Just a week later, Team 2 arrived to tackle our land - 1/3 of an acre full of dense trees on a steep hillside--an incredibly large and very difficult job--and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The entire crew was professional, pleasant, hardworking, and very thorough. They took care of everything we had discussed, and when the work was finished, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, removing all the debris and leaves and even blowing off our driveway. By the time they left, everything looked fantastic. My husband and I were thrilled with how great it looked. Only small complaint is that communication with the office/scheduling etc had some minor hiccups across the process of getting someone out for a quote, work being done etc but everyone was very nice throughout so it was just a small annoyance not a big issue.

We hired this company and had a signed contract to cut down 5 large trees and remove all wood and debris from our property. The company did cut down the trees but did not clear off any of the wood. They begged to be paid in full and promised to complete the wood removal just after the xmas holiday. We kept setting up a scheduled time for their crew and they would not show and reschedule then again did not show up. This happened 3 times through January and then they stopped responding to us. The wood removal cost is $2,000 or the $4,800 job we already paid for. Called Angi and they said we didn't qualify for their Happiness Guaranty since End Time was new. The customer service rep, Monique, could not say why or even what the qualifications were. She refused to escalate to a supervisor. She said we were out of luck since End Time Tree Expert was no longer an Angi / Home Advisor company and they would not respond to them. I told Monique we just wanted the wood removal completed or a $2,000 compensation to hire it done by another contractor. She hung up. Noticed that End Time Tree Expert LLC has now jumped to other referral sources but they do not complete jobs or do what they have clearly contracted to do and then they stop responding.
