I was on a road trip with my friend and our catalytic converter broke. We were panicking and nowhere else in Taos could see us before the next week, by which time we were supposed to be far across the country. But the woman at Friday Motors agreed to squeeze us in. And then, when it turned out there was more damage than we thought and they didn't have the part on hand because of how old the car was, she contacted multiple places before finding one that could overnight the part and we were able to drive off the next evening.
