They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

I found Rollan Appliance Services, owner Juliany, and was very happy with the work that Juliany did. I wrote a glowing review on Yelp. Unfortunately, my appliance kept breaking down. Juliany advised that it was better to repair the existing appliance, rather than purchase a new one. I followed his advice and he came back and fixed my refrigerator/freezer with two new parts. On July 6, I began to reach out to Rollan Appliance Services as my appliance broke down again. From July 6 to today, July 17, Juliany texted only ONE excuse. That his computer broke down but that he would let me know when he would be here. I waited for him faithfully, as I had already given him $600.00 with the promise that I would give him more money to repair this problem. After his first text, he did not write and he stopped answering his phone, which is ridiculous! My refrigerator/freezer is still not cooling. I have reported Juliany and his company to my local Police Detective Lieutenant, as I believe that all of this may have been a scam against the elderly--which must have legal consequences. So fellow clients I caution you to be aware and I REVOKE my earlier Yelp five plus positive review of Juliany and his company and now give him a zero to one-minus review. You simply DO NOT terrorize an almost a helpless Senior Citizen. You answer the phone at the first call and you say, "I am unable to work with you at this time." Quite a nuisance and unpredictable appliance, indeed. Dennis and his late mother had uses Dick's TV and Appliance. He said it has been there like 30 plus years and had done a good job. So before our trip, Dennis and I killed ourselves and carried the monstrosity down the stairs and shipped it off to Dick's. 2 days later, they call to say it is ready. Come get it. $120 buckaroos. OK UPDATE: 2 days later and 1 day to vacation departure and the f-in TV has the same problem, this time it does not turn on at all. WTF? Last week now that we are back and settled we garner up the energy to lug the monstrosity back to Dick's. They fix it again (loose connection, they say) and it works. We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!
