Went to Jaliscos for a family members birthday celebration on a Saturday night, arrive around 7 and the place was a little empty, the crowd starts arriving a little bit later as there is live entertainment Saturday nights. There is Karaoke although it's mainly the hosts singing, there were 2 one that mainly sings and the other sings and tell jokes which I really enjoyed. The food is standard Mexican food, I ordered the Steak Tacos which came with rice and refried beans. Our table ordered the Nachos but we were not fans, so if Nachos are your thing it's best to skip them here. Drinks were fairly priced. Overall a nice little spot to enjoy some Mexican food and live entertainment if you are in the Homestead area and need to find a spot for the night.

Food was absolutely amazing. Everything was nicely seasoned. The drinks were also amazing and not expensive at all. Daniela, our waiter, was very attentive and came out with things quickly. They has music playing but not to loudly that you had to scream. Overall great place!

After seeing the food pictures and reading the reviews I just had to check this place out. The restaurant is clean and they have a lot of seating. When we arrived there were two other couples there (so not busy). The waitress greeted up and brought out the usual chips and salsa and they were good. I ordered the beef fajitas to split with the little one. The fajitas came out hot and sizzling with peppers and onions and a grilled jalapeño. The accessory plate came with pico, corn tortillas, sour cream, guac, rice, and beans. The meat was super tender and tasted alright I like a little more flavor though. The rice and beans were just like home and tasted good. I personally did not like the corn tortillas and actually asked for flour with my order but never got any. The food was not bad considering the prices, but will try another place before going back for a second time. Possibly the best tacos in Homestead. Very authentic. Flavors are on point and the atmosphere in the restaurant is fun. A must try!

The place was busy, with a steady flow of people coming and going, which is usually a good sign. Once inside, we were greeted right away and the service was incredibly friendly and fast throughout our visit. The atmosphere had the familiar feel of a traditional Mexican restaurant, but with a genuine family owned, mom & pop charm that made it feel welcoming and authentic. I ordered the Mexican steak with jalapeños, while my fiancée went with the flautas. Both dishes were excellent and fresh, flavorful, and well seasoned without being overdone. The steak was cooked just right and had plenty of flavor. My fiancée especially loved the yellow rice and kept talking about it long after we left. Overall, this was one of those unexpected finds that turns into a place you'll want to come back to. Great food, friendly people, and a welcoming atmosphere. It would be worth the hour drive back here from fort lauderdale. We'll definitely be returning.

I would describe the restaurant as 'casual mexican'. Ample seating inside, clean and with festive decor. The food was good. We started with a 'Queso Fundido' appetizer which we added Mexican Chorizo to. The family gobbled it up before I could take pics! Chips and Salsa kept coming out as needed at no charge. They had a pretty good selection of popular Mexican beers: Modelo on tap, Corona & Dos Equis in bottles. They serve Margaritas (maybe wine-based liquor) but my wife said it was good. The food selection is very good and everyone liked what they ordered. Lots of Enchiladas, Taquitos, Salad options as well as Tacos, Burritos, Chimichangas, etc... I had the Chile Relleno (which they offer stuffed with cheese, chicken or beef. It was good. We discussed not orser dessert. Food was good. Prices were reasonable $15-$20/entree and Service was Excellent! Our waiter came by often to check on us and everything we requested came out quickly. Good experience. I would recommend!

The waitress told us to sit wherever we wanted to. She brought us a basket of chips and salsa. I ordered the Trio Trepa. I wanted it with shrimp, but the waitress said they can't do shrimp for it. So I did it with chicken instead. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders and French fries. My plate was huge! It turned into three or four meals! My daughter ate all of her chicken tenders except some of the breading. They were a little overly breaded. I like the condiment bar. But only one person can serve themselves at a time there and there was a guy up there when I got my food and I wanted to go up and add some toppings to my plate.
