That's fine but $5.99/small melon or $1/mango are almost as bad as publix. Not quite but almost. Where's the deals? If its expensive, Where's the high quality? They used to have beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables, a nice freezer section. I even bought a tomato tree here once. I don't come often since it's not close, but every once in a while when I'm going to Costco, I'll just drive down a little bit further and stop in and pick up some things. I was so disappointed today. They've gotten rid of 99% of freezer section and they have the old cases for sale, so that's the end of that. Today they had long tables of garbage thrown on top and I'm not quite sure what it was, but people were digging through like it was some flea market garage sale. The entire store has changed and in my opinion not for the better. I was able to pick up a couple of avocados at 3 for a $1, a bag of potatoes so I can make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, some tomatoes, and that's about it. I did notice that they had a table full of hot pickle tomatoes that expired 9/20/2025 so that did it for me. I don't understand why you would put out food no matter what price it is, after the expiration date. The other thing that bothered me was the 4% fee for credit card. I know as a fact, if you have the right credit card processing you pay 1.9%. They also had a tip jar at the check out...for what... so the salaried employee can slide your purchases across a scanner and you can put the items in the bags you bring. No one packs your bags here and they don't even have plastic or paper bags. With all the fees, the prices aren't any less than TJs or Aldi. I know now, I don't ever have to drive down here again.

This is one of those hidden gems you almost don't want to share, just so there's always a table waiting for you. We started with a spread of appetizers: grilled octopus, garlic shrimp, fried burrata with arugula, and perfectly layered potatoes topped with braised short rib and fonduta. Every single dish was incredible--I honestly can't pick a favorite, though the short ribs stole my heart. For mains, I had the osso buco with pappardelle (their pastas are all freshly made in-house, and you can taste the difference). Our table also enjoyed the branzino, which was deboned tableside, the massive squid ink seafood linguini (so loaded with seafood you could barely see the pasta), and a rich, creamy carbonara that was perfectly balanced. Desserts were the perfect finale: tiramisu, cheesecake, and a refreshing lemon sorbetto, each as good as the last. The service was flawless, and the entire staff is Italian, adding to the authentic charm of the experience. It took forever to get him to come over and order anything from him, he was a mess. Other than the terrible service, the food was pretty good. Nothing to run home about but it wasn't bad. Everything was hot and came out relatively quickly and was made correctly. There was some sand in my clams, but I feel like that happens often when eating shellfish so I won't hold it against them. The seats are also super comfy and I like how they have 2 bars and both indoor and outdoor seating.

We decided to place it at the register since it looked like they were a bit busy. We got some of the fruit cups and choose to do it as a "PiC and dip". They asked us if we'd like it on a plate with the chocolate dip in the center or in a cup and we each choose the plate for our own orders. The daughter of the owner was super sweet to check with us on our preference and kept checking on all the patrons inside to make sure everyone was doing good. The fruit cup says it comes with seasonal fruit and it looks like all they had were strawberries for this time, which is fine with me since I love strawberries. You could choose either a white, dark, or milk chocolate for the dip. I loved how they also had an option to create your own chocolate bark.
