Came here randomly after work. Very straightforward take out spot. There were some tables but seems more of a to go spot. It's located inside of a mall/market place. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta and it was bomb. Flavorful and spicy but perfectly paired with the creamy sauce of the pasta. I visited this restaurant today. Ordered a Small Vegetable plate that reads "Comes with Rice & Peas, Cabbage, & Plantains" for $9.95. The lady was very friendly and polite, no issues there at all. She fixed my food and handed me my bag. I thanked her, walked out & as I walked, I was thinking "my food is pretty lite. I proceeded to my car and opened my bad and found no "vegetables" and only rice/peas, cabbage, and plantains. I went back in to ask about the "vegetable" situation and she said all that come on this plate is rice/peas, cabbage, & plantains. Based on the reviews, I wanted to give this place a try, so I made an order through UberEats. As you can see, the portion size is extremely small, there's no sauce (!!!), and HUGE chunks of chicken were just thrown on top of the dry pasta. Everything was so delicious! We got the jerk chicken pasta, beef patties, and fried plantains! The jerk chicken pasta was awesome. Very flavorful, the pasta and the jerk chicken were good. Went to Stonecrest and was looking for Jamaican. Found this place on yelp and stopped by specifically because they had ribs on the menu. I have to say they are on point!! Found out that the owner actually used to work at my favorite Jamaican spot on the westside. When you pull in be sure to look to your right as this place sits inside of a small strip mall like building. It can be little confusing because there is another Jamaican spot (Eat Right) that sits on the other side of the parking lot. Ribs were so good I came back that night and bought another half slab. Make sure you give this place a shot if you're in the area. I will most definitely be going back quite frequently now that I have found them! Arguably the best on the East Side! In Lithonia for a movie & decided to try out this Jamaican Eatery. We asked for recommendations on what was good but not too spicy. We chose from the selections given the small curry chicken. The serving was so large neither of us could finish. Wondering how big the large was. We should have ordered one to share. The chicken was really moist & had a great flavor and it wasn't too spicy. What was a little spicy was the rice. There was a cabbage/carrot salad also. Enjoyed the meal so may stop again if in the area in the the future.
