    Funky-shaped bagels on Mother's Day.
    Local E.

(Update) This location still really needs help. One friendly person is trying to placate customers who are frustrated when, at 8 am on a Sunday, there are no plain bagels, in a line that usually is slow as a crawl... When will Corporate realize the Bedford MA location needs an intervention? They run out of plain bagels at peak hours (on Mother's Day at 10.30 there were perhaps six bagels ; the woman preparing sandwiches and cutting bagels was scratching her hair and face with her gloves without changing them; the line is long; and they frankly need some adult supervision ASAP. I'm no germ-phobe but this morning was pretty gross.

Bagels are good. Jamba is good. Love pitaya bowls. Problem is the staff, while friendly, seems to always make a mistake. Not sure where the confusion is. Beware that a mistake can lead to unexpectedly long delays getting the food. As a result, had to inhale my food within 10 minutes so I wouldn't be late to a work meeting. Try not to be in a rush when you come here in anticipation for your order being somehow messed up.

Too much chit chat between the employees. Took ten minutes for them to put together two untoasted bagels with simple cream cheese with no line or other orders in the queue. They also only had one of the new hash brown bagels left which they have plastered all over the windows, menu, and dining room signage. Cold and rude shift supervisor at the register. These bagels and cream cheese stink, they are nothing like real NY bagels.

Now I know why they have 2 stars. I got a wheat bagel and hazelnut coffee. The bagel was tiny, smaller than my hand and didn't even Taste that good. I think I could have got a better bagel at dunks. The hazelnut coffee was the only thing that was good

Jamba is back in the Boston burbs! Mega Mango you give me life~!! I will be here multiple times a week guaranteed. The only downside is it makes me miss Cali. Location is co-branded wtih Brueggers. Staff was efficient and the smoothie came out perfect!!

Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting at Bruegger's Bagels/ Jamba Juice in Bedford, MA...

We attempted to visit this location on 11-21-2020, however, even though the "Jamba" website states that they are open till 5pm, we were surprised to find that, in fact, this location was only open till 2pm! Even YELP shows the hours as being 6am - 3pm! In addition, during our 11-22-2020 visit we witnessed a line of customers waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting! I can't believe that customers would "continually" put up with the absurdly long wait times at this location. In addtion, it appears that management has done nothing to fix the problem even after countless negative reviews! As well, were told that the "Vanilla Blue Sky" bowl on the website was not even available at this location????? I ordered the Banana Smoothie and found it to to be rather tasteless. All a competitor has to do is open a similar but streamlined retail operation in Bedford! C'mon guys.... hire a new manager!

Literally the slowest service ever. Like ever. Come here if you want to wait for 25 minutes for a bagel toasted with butter.

I knew I wasn't going to get 4 stars with this bagel chain, but it was worse than a Panera bagel. And the service sucked, too.

Some are drive-thru only (like the one near my house). I'm gonna talk about the former real quick. Naturally, the menu is basically the same. On this day, I was having lunch. Ergo, I opted to try the Chipotle Short Rib & Egg burrito (as a bowl because I'm a man of culture) accompanied with a cup of chowdah. I must say...I expected there to be a bit more flavor, what - with the Chipotle sauce n' all. Alas, I had to add my own salt. This is mostly a nitpick, but really...can we please season our beef? Just a lil bit even? So, the biggest difference you'll notice at this location is the parking situation. It's....annoying. Because on the one hand, you technically have ample amounts of spaces to park in. Or...you WOULD, if not for the signs en masse that read "[insert corporate company name here] parking only - all violators will be towed at owner's expense." I find this hilarious because I feel like that would be impossible to enforce for folks parking less than 10 minutes to pick up an order like I did. So, I guess my pro tip of the day would be: feel free to park wherever at your own risk if and ONLY if you're getting take-away. If you're actually dining in, I suppose you'll have to wait painstakingly for one of the few parking spots actually designated for Pressed specifically to open. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. It's one of those "blink once and you'll miss it" type things the first time visiting. From my vantage point, this place stays quite busy. Not surprising, considering the Burlington area in general. Clearly, a lot of folks come here mid-work day which is also the only reason I came here to begin with. Overall, not a bad lunch stop, though the parking can be slightly obnoxious. I'm giving Pressed Cafe in Burlington 4 Chipotle Short Rib bowls dubiously seasoned out of 5.

I'm a little closer to Burlington now so I find myself going to this location more. I love a vegetarian restaurant that has AMPLE vegan options! I have always had an excellent meal here and there are a few items on the menu I really enjoy. My go-to recently has been the Buddha Bowl and iced golden milk (aka haldi doodh, lol), but I also really like the spicy peanut noodles and the chili garlic noodles. My husband (vegetarian) really likes the bibimbap. Once this place opened, I completely forgot about Clover's existence. The interior is super warm and inviting and I genuinely could sit in there for hours (but I don't.) Unfortunately, I have to knock off a star because the last two times I went in there it was kind of dirty - floor hadn't been swept (it was also a slow time at the restaurant with not many customers), bathroom was missing soap, etc. On another occasion, the chopsticks that arrived with a noodle dish looked a little smudgy so I didn't use them. I haven't been back for a while, but I hope they have been able to pick up the dining areas more routinely.

He got the Israeli breakfast sub vegan kofta kebabs for the tuna and I got the vegetable shakshuka. The Israeli plate is a cornucopia of items, the pics don't do it justice. The plate was bigger than his head. He was in heaven, mmmmm-ing and ohhhing as he ate. I had the shakshuka. Now, I make this at home and have eaten it at numerous restaurants. I know good shakshuka. It was divine. The perfect amount of heat, eggs were properly runny, and the veggies were a perfect balance of crunch and spring. An espresso vanilla bean hurricane, was a delightful addition to the rest of our lunch. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The cafe interior was utilitarian and well maintained.
