If you've ever been to a Pressed Cafe (yes, just one), you may be forgiven to assume they're all…read moremostly alike. This review is to tell you otherwise. Some are much larger (like this one). Some are drive-thru only (like the one near my house). I'm gonna talk about the former real quick. Naturally, the menu is basically the same. On this day, I was having lunch. Ergo, I opted to try the Chipotle Short Rib & Egg burrito (as a bowl because I'm a man of culture) accompanied with a cup of chowdah. I must say...I expected there to be a bit more flavor, what - with the Chipotle sauce n' all. Alas, I had to add my own salt. This is mostly a nitpick, but really...can we please season our beef? Just a lil bit even? So, the biggest difference you'll notice at this location is the parking situation. It's....annoying. Because on the one hand, you technically have ample amounts of spaces to park in. Or...you WOULD, if not for the signs en masse that read "[insert corporate company name here] parking only - all violators will be towed at owner's expense." I find this hilarious because I feel like that would be impossible to enforce for folks parking less than 10 minutes to pick up an order like I did. So, I guess my pro tip of the day would be: feel free to park wherever at your own risk if and ONLY if you're getting take-away. If you're actually dining in, I suppose you'll have to wait painstakingly for one of the few parking spots actually designated for Pressed specifically to open. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. It's one of those "blink once and you'll miss it" type things the first time visiting. From my vantage point, this place stays quite busy. Not surprising, considering the Burlington area in general. Clearly, a lot of folks come here mid-work day which is also the only reason I came here to begin with. Overall, not a bad lunch stop, though the parking can be slightly obnoxious. I'm giving Pressed Cafe in Burlington 4 Chipotle Short Rib bowls dubiously seasoned out of 5.

Personally, I would advice skipping it as its average flavor, small serving and hefty price. Like I said though, the smoothies are delicious and the price for them is reasonable. I highly recommend the Pina Colada smoothie, it is so YUMMY! Also, if you bring one home with you and add little coconut rum *chefs kiss* but only if you're 21+...drink responsibly!!!

To me, it tasted more like apple or pineapple juice than it did canteloupe, so maybe the fruit juices overpowered the canteloupe flavor. It definitely wasn't what I was expecting. On my second visit, I ordered a blueberry banana smoothie. This one was a lot better and actually tasted like blueberry and banana. Again though, it was super sweet. A little over-hyped, but I'll probably be back to try other flavors!

We had gone to see Encanto at AMC Burlington and planned to grab Buffalo wings afterward. It happened to be Women's Day, and the wait at the restaurant near the theater was incredibly long. What has always stood out to us is the great service, family-friendly menu, and the quality of the food. The staff has consistently been welcoming and attentive, and that's a big reason we've remained loyal customers for so long. That said, over the last few years we've noticed a significant decline in the food quality. The service is still excellent, but the food just isn't at the same level it used to be. It's disappointing because this place set such a high standard for us.
