Disappointing experience with customer service today on 7/15/25 at 12:45pm. The store was completely empty when we arrived, and we placed a fairly large order. Unfortunately, every item except one smoothie was made incorrectly. Rather than correcting the mistakes, the staff placed the blame on us. When we politely asked for the order to be fixed, we were rudely told to "get back in line." As a long-time customer, I've never experienced service this poor at Jamba Juice. This visit has left such a bad impression that I won't be returning. I strongly recommend that management review the staffing and footage from today to address these issues before more loyal customers decide to take their business elsewhere. I need to give a huge thank you to the two gals working the after 5pm shift. We placed our order through the Jamba mobile app, but due to a glitch, it sent our order to the Santa Cruz location instead of here (apparently other customers have experienced the same issue). Totally not their fault, but when we explained the situation, the staff handled it immediately. No hesitation, no fuss, no questions asked. They remade all of our drinks right then and there with the friendliest attitude. Even though they were busy, they stayed upbeat and professional, making sure everything was exactly how we ordered. It's rare to find that level of service and kindness, especially when dealing with a tech mix-up outside of their control. I've been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the service continues to be disappointing. My friend and I placed an online order and tried to be considerate, understanding the staff might be busy. We waited patiently at the front until a staff member--wearing a visor with multiple pins and black hair--finally looked up from the blending station and said with a rude tone, "So what are you guys waiting for? Did you even tell us you're here for pick up?" This type of attitude has become a pattern during my visits, and it's incredibly frustrating. I understand working in a fast-paced environment can be stressful, but that doesn't excuse treating customers with disrespect. If someone is unhappy in their position, perhaps it's time to reevaluate whether this job is a good fit. Customers are simply trying to enjoy their lunch, not deal with unnecessary rudeness. Great Jamba Juice! It is kept clean and always has nice cashiers. The store itself is pretty small and the chairs aren't very comfortable so probably not a spot you want to stay at for a while. There is a kiosk that you can order from or you can do it with the cashier. You can also order ahead which is nice! They have some small food options like pastries and chips. It is in a great location surrounded by places to eat, Trader Joe's, Great Clips, and across from the mall so an easy place to stop for of a day of errands. Needed something quick and easy on my way to work today. I don't usually like going to chain restaurants or shops, I prefer supporting local businesses. However, I was running late and was in the shopping center so decided to grab a smoothie bowl. Ordered a piyata dragonfruit bowl. It ironically took a while to make and cost me $8. It was pretty small for the money. Also they put too much honey on top so it tasted overly sweet. The woman who helped me was cheerful and nice. They did seem a bit short staffed. The woman who took my order proceeded to wash her hands then make the smoothies. Overall, Jamba is good for a chain smoothie place. Next time I personally would go to a local spot like Amazon Juices, but jamba is a good alternative if they are closed. read more

This place is my second home, I must admit I am useless without my jamba juice and y'all can judge me for that, I really don't care. They have the fresh ingredients, great options for boosts and the most unique names for their smoothies. My favorite options here is the Strawberry wild, pomegrante paradise, apple strawberry juice blend with nonfat yogurt, strawberries and banana. I like to add a fat burner boost and it's good to go! Healthy option that tastes great, smooth texture and you see it blended in front of you. Mango-a-go-go is another favorite- mango passion fruit blended with pineapple...I can go on forever lol. I was really glad they got the Brazilian Acai kick which make for pre workout smoothies - goes great with other berries, start your day off right with the double J. I attended to this Jamba Juice a couple days ago and wasn't to happy about the guest service here. I started off with a very nice worker and she gave me a very good time while ordering and also the costumers behind me. but during while I was waiting for my order on the side table all I could hear was a girl with glasses in the back complaining about how long she was there and just being lazy in general and telling the other workers stuff for taking too much orders at a time. But she wasn't even doing any better than them. there was even a guy before me and he was getting very upset about the long wait and while she told him they would have it out soon and for waiting so long they were going to size up his order that same girl with glasses who was complaining about her job and the hours that were given to her she began to criticize the other workers for being too slow and was being very passive aggressive towards them for "not" doing their job right. In my opinion they were doing great work but her criticism towards them wasn't helping them just putting more pressure on them. The staff are friendly and it's a clean location. My only issue is that almost every time I order a peach pleasure they give me the wrong smoothie. Not sure if they're giving me the peach perfection but whatever it is they're making is not a peach pleasure. Coming from somebody that has worked in Jamba Juice before I know that the peach pleasure is an older recipe so I'm always sure to be clear when ordering but to my surprise I'm given the wrong smoothie. Weird experience today. Super friendly staff all around but the communication was awful. Ordered 2 smoothies (Pb chocolate love, apples and green) took 20 minutes . As we were waiting the employees were just putting out drinks and not acknowledging any of the guest/customers , calling the names of the orders or the name of the drink. Myself and some woman were confused as we both ordered the same drink but no name was called or none of us were acknowledged. Older lady manager who worked there was very rude and had no care to help me when I realized I accidentally ordered using the app to the wrong location. Instead of helping, she instantly mocked and made fun of my situation and even said "well I've been here for 10 years and have never heard of changing the orders location" after I showed her how I changed it. We happen to be nearby for our son's team tournaments. We had a 2 hour break between games so we came here with all 11 kids (ages 13-14). I placed an order via Door Dash because I'm sick and can't drive. The driver was quick and great, but when I opened the bag both of my mango smoothies had green flecks in them. When I called the store they said it was "probably kale" and fine. My question is, Why aren't they cleaning the blenders between orders? I gave these guys a hard time last year because my phone order never went through and I was late to whatever I was going to after that. I left them a nasty review through their Jamba corporate survey that's printed on the receipts, and their store manager immediately reached out to me and left me a voicemail, encouraging me to come back and offering me a little gift card for my bad experience. I took her up on it and went back a couple more times, and was really impressed. I learned that (1) they don't really do phone orders anymore, which is a change from when I used to work at Jamba in college, and (2) my first experience aside, this store does a kickass job. Someone is always handing out samples of a baked snack or their new promotional juice, and when I get my order, the person handing it to me seems genuinely happy to see me. I am so glad that Jamba Juice has switched from Styrofoam cups to plastic-lined paper composite cups!!! That means I can now buy drinks here. Yes, I am the person that will boycott a place because of Styrofoam cups. It's just bad business practices. It's cheap. I had a gift-card and used it to buy a drink here. They make good smoothies. I left with an orange dream machine. I took my drink with me to a doctor's appointment and was drinking my smoothie in the waiting room, when...the lid slipped off and my drink fell on the floor!!! Oh snap!!! A full, orange smoothie was now all over the carpet in the waiting room, in front of me. I had to ask the nurse for towels, and clean up the mess myself. Was it Jamba Juice's fault? I have been coming here for 3 years and ordering the same thing from different employees and it has always been consistent. They discontinued my drink for a short while but when several people wrote in, the owners brought back the Matcha Green tea on the secret menu. The staff is always friendly and even asks how my day is. Today Conrad asked me "What are you looking forward to today?" The store is always very clean, and bright, no clutter, I see them washing the utensils and blenders in between, and since I'm severely allergic to gluten this is extremely Important to my poor gut. When my kids get their baked goods they are always fresh and it seems their breakfast menu seems to keep growing. They do offer a row of gluten free snacks too like Kind bars, popcorn etc.. -I like that they now offer a points based rewards club for frequent flyers lol, so every 3rd or 4th time I go in I get $3 off and when I fill out the survey on line, when the receipt prints one up (3 minutes) I get one free! Unlimited! Whether I'm on my way to work, or enjoying a day off, it always brightens my day walking into this place, so how could I not give them five stars!
