Incredibly rude and condescending when I asked why my order had been changed after I had ordered via app. This has happened several times before. I ordered Rosemary Parmesan bread, toasted, and was given plain white, untoasted. When I called to find out what happened, he very rudely told me they do this all the time when they run out of certain breads and I should call ahead of time if I want a certain bread. What is the point of ordering via app then? I would have had no problem with the white bread substitute but Carlos told me to get over it, it is what it is. I do not understand the rudeness at all. I do hope the owner, Derek Murph, sees this review and talks to his staff about customer service. Again, I have no problem with a substitute but Carlos was just so rude about it.
