I don't really write reviews but I just have to put the credit where it belongs. I stopped by to get a drink for them gainz after hitting a new max on the benchpress, so I was in a good mood to buy a refreshing, tasty, fresh smoothie. The quality of the drink was so good it made me wanna slap my momma and it might be a lil pricy, but it's definitely worth it since I instantly felt my muscles grow huge as soon as I took the first sip from my drink. Thanks to the nice lady with the blonde hair , think her name was Vanessa or something, but a nice welcoming feeling from her was given as soon as I stepped into the store. I love Jamba Juice, and this is the only one between where I live and my office that is open before 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, service is super slow and most of the people there are rude! I was told just this morning that they didn't have time to help me because a big order had come in over the phone. Good service, but ALWAYS busy. There is almost always a line, but that isn't the employees fault. There are also a lot of other businesses in the area and sometimes parking can be difficult, but other than that no complaints. read more

I like coming to this Jamba location because they're open early and the staff makes an effort to greet customers with a friendly smile and a courteous, "Good morning". Even when there is a line the staff does a great job of working the orders through and making sure customers aren't standing around waiting too long for their orders. read more

We stopped by on a busy Thursday but the staff was great. Very friendly and pretty quick despite being busy they were non stop. Lost of tables to sit down inside and outside next to the water fountain. read more

I was on my way to pick up a drink for my wife and I and since this store closes at 9:00pm our local time. My wife started calling the store's phone number (562)8031021 in an attempt to place the order ahead. The store refused to answer the phone. I arrived at their door at exactly 8:57pm and to my surprise one of the employees that saw me walking towards their front door locked the door so I wouldn't go in anymore. I tapped the window twice trying to get their attention but every employee inside ignored me. Finally the same employee that locked the door came back open the door and said "SORRY but we are closed" I advise her that it was barely 8:58 and it was not fair for the customer that they were closing a few minutes before 9pm. I then aske her name and the manager's name which she refused to provide and her response to me was that "my complaint was not that serious". I'm very disappointed of the way I was discriminated against for no reason. If their closing time is 9pm they should not be closing a few minutes before and turned customers away. read more

Jamba Juice is the only juice place I would even entertain going to. I love there Caribbean Passion drink. On my recent trip I noticed they had a deal where you by a drink and get the oatmeal half off so I gave it a try. Wow the oatmeal was warm and melted in my mouth. Although I wish they would put a Jamba Juice in the hood I do not mind the drive for a good drink. read more

It's really disappointing giving this jamba 3 stars since I come almost every day!! I work in the same plaza so I kinda have no choice . The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because of a new hire there I won't same name just because I'm not sure what her name is. And I know she is new because I've been coming for over 2 years so I know the faces. I went 2 days ago on my break I normally call before so my order can be ready by when I get there, so I placed my order I was walking with a friend and she forgot the name of the smoothie she wanted but she was describing what it had the girl taking our order seemed like she was not paying attention to what we were saying she kept asking us over and over again to repeat ourselves. When she finally decided to listen to us we had arrived at jamba and walked in right after hanging up and got in line to pay by then we saw the girl that took our order and herd she was saying rude things while laughing about the "people she had just spoken tu on the phone" it was OBVIOUS it was US & our order because she was repeating the order and what we had said, so we just stayed in line and waited for our turn once it was out turn to pay it was a different girl on the register and I told her I had just placed and order on the phone she looked for the receipt and apparently they haven't even put our order for it to be made so after I paid she put the order in when I had CALLED for the same reason to not wait and because we were on our break. So after we paid and waited for like 10 minutes we get our order and I asked if the cup I got was considered a medium the same girl that took our payment came to us and said it was considered a 16oz so I asked again if that was there medium she responded again it was a 16oz so I got upset and asked one more time if the 16oz was considered a medium so the point is she never said YES or NO she just kept saying the same thing like I get it the cup was a 16oz but is that considered a MEDIUM CUP yes or no?!!! I got upset and asked for my receipt because I did pay $12 for a 16oz juice and a medium smoothie and wanted to know if that cup was considered medium for future purchases so when I asked for the receipt the girl rolled her eyes at me and went to get it she came back saying here it is with terrible attitude ofc. It's disappointing because I have to see those 2 employees every time I go unfortunately I just hope they train them for better customer service because I've been coming for over 2 years and it was my first bad experience! I ordered 1 drink and waited half an hour for it...that's ridiculous! There were 4 employees "working" and still a long wait! When I got in line, there were 5 people ahead of me...it should not take that long for a drink. From what I saw, people were getting 1 or 2 drinks, no one had ordered more than that. read more

Well I don't know what happened here with this place but the management seemed to change cause this used to be the best jamba juice hands down. But I came in today and since I go to jamba juice a lot I had a 3 off coupon and for some reason it said I also have a free birthday smoothie. Anyway the one gentlemen said "didn't I give u a free birthday smoothie last time?" And I said no I don't think so anyway he was pretty rude and I said I don't want to use the birthday one I want to use the 3$ off coupon. Anyway after telling him 3 times I didn't want to use the birthday coupon he just walked away. They seemed to switch employees and managers because their are new faces behind the counter here. Fact is i was treated very poorly by him and was embarrassed and the fact was I didn't come in to get a free smoothie but for some reason he was real persistant about trying to point out that I was here for that reason and was trying to argue/ debate about it. I won't be coming back to this location after this even though it's a stones throw away from my house. Sad thing is i have spent at least $100+ at this location but this is my last stop here. Hopefully upper management learns to hire the right people or sort out the bad eggs. Unfortunately one bad worker usually ruins for the good workers in the fast food industry. read more

This isn't the nearest Jamba Juice for me but this is definitely my favorite Jamba Juice to go to. The customer service is always great and although the lines seem to get long at times the team seams to work in an efficient manner to where the lines move relatively fast. The last I went I was helped by Iyari who provided exceptional customer service and greeted with a smile even though the line was to the door. I will definitely continue to come back here especially now that summer has arrived. read more

I've worked in the food industry before. I've worked fast food and restaurants. I've worked as a steward, chef, manager, and even as a store owner, so believe be when I say that the problem is not with the employees or even manager. Their problem is with store owners and corporation. After ordering a simple 16 oz carrot juice I spent 10 minutes watching two employees struggle to use the machine, only for one of them to approach my saying that the machine seems to be broken and if I would like another drink instead or a refund (keep in mind that no customers were ahead of me nor did any come in during this time). I sincerely appreciated how much they tried to fix the machine themselves, however what I do not appreciate is whoever is giving these employees broken machines to work with rather then replacing them. I asked who is the charge of the store, and they said that Mel is the manager, but that Patty and AJ oversee the store. Whoever Patty and AJ are, they need to be fired or replaced because this is not the first time I have run into a problem here that was to due with a machine, but it is certainly the last because I will never come here again. read more

As soon as I walked in I got greeted right away with a smile and I was attended right away. I had questions about the menu because I didn't know what I was in the mood for and Mireya answered all my questions and helped me choose a drink. She offered to make me a drink that she'd think I would like. She made me an amazing drink called Mango-Go-Go. I have been coming to Jamba Juice for awhile and I always order the chunky strawberry bowl . But the last few times some of the employees have made it not so chunky ( very watery consistency ) the only one who constantly makes it chunky is Genesis.
