So l've loaded the Starbucks app on my granddaughter's wallet so she can access food/ drinks while doing her homework. I always view the receipt and, on my end add a gratuity. Today in viewing the receipt, I noticed she was charged for two cake pops. I asked her about it and she stated that she did in fact only order one, but they did give her two. She tried to clarify with the barista that she had made an error. Her response was, 'I can take it back, but l'll have to throw it out.' WTF. my child felt bad and said, it's ok, l'll keep it. Wrong answer chick! You made the mistake. You refund the child and let her keep YOUR mistake. She guilted her into keeping the unordered cake pop. They ain't cheap! $3.45 each! I know for a fact, that this is not Starbuck's usual policy. She took advantage of a child. I might add that I spend no less than $20 a day at Starbucks.. and always leave a nominal tip, which is definitely not required, but not today. read more

This is a nice clean location on Huntington Drive at the 210 eastbound entrance. The service is okay, and there was cream and sugar available to add to my taste. Located across the parking lot is a hotel and eateries nearby, so business should be fairly consistent throughout the day. read more

Wanted to give an update. The workers here are seriously the nicest, friendliest, and sweetest bunch. I've seen first hand how crappy customers can be. There was a guy who straight up verbally assaulted one of the workers. He was causing such a scene, calling her a b-word and acting like a 4 year old, but she kept calm, cool and collected. I seriously feel so bad for all the unruly customers they have to deal with. There was another incident where I mistakenly spilled coffee all over the floor and my backpack, and two workers basically jumped to help me, handing me towels to wipe off my backpack and promptly got a mop and did not make me feel bad in any sort of way. I felt very comforted since it's been a really hard and trying month but their kindness really soothed me. With all the new changes Starbucks is implementing, please do not take it out on your local baristas. They are seriously doing their best. read more

The guy in the drive thru window today handing the drinks 5/20 7:40am is NOT very warming at all! He just stares at you and not very friendly! This is a newer location since I moved that has opened up . Very roomy inside with large seating area inside and out . Nice large drive thru. Always clean every time I have been here. Service always friendly and helpful food good as well . Always a stop before heading out of town to back home Reno Nv. Frequent when visiting . Really like this location. Never seems to be over crowded which is nice. Enjoy !!!! read more

Ordered my coffee "low ice" - received a cup full of ice with a drizzle of coffee sprinkled into it. I paid $7 for a drink that realistically cost 3 cents. The servers either don't listen or deliberately scam you out of a beverage. read more

This location is the most disappointing Starbucks I've ever visited in my entire life. My boyfriend and I have given this place a second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth chance and each and every single time our orders are undrinkable. The ratios are completely off and the coffee is watered down. Nothing tastes right and it's really unjustifiable considering we're spending $9 per coffee. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. read more

We've been doing a lot of studying and working so have been going to Starbucks' a lot recently because we appreciate the free refills during same visit :) this Starbucks is in the same plaza as the Doubletree and Chick-Fil-A so parking is very easy. There's plenty of seating outdoor and indoor, and quite a few larger tables which is great if you're extra like us and need space for materials/laptop/ipad/drinkssss/etc. Lots of tables with outlets, but just a mentioning here that the big rectangular table in the middle of the shop doesn't have outlets. The chairs are actually nicer and more comfy than the other one 2 mins down the street, although that one does have more outlets. All of the baristas are friendly and welcoming. read more

I order a sugar cookie, breve latte, and the toppings were not in the top like I requested. They didn't have the sprinkles, or forgot to add them, they didn't give me my food. They just gave me the drink that girl look like she was bothered. I didn't even wanna ask her to add the sprinkles because she looks so annoyed Obviously always putting my name wrong but it doesn't matter. That's the least of my worries but yeah, bad customer service bad experience not the drink that I wanted bad experience before work not helpful. read more

New Starbucks in town and I love this spot. It's spacious, clean and modern looking. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. I tried their new fall items - apple croissant and the chai tea with pumpkin cold foam. Both soooo tasty. I just wish there was a bit more apple filling but the texture of the croissant was perfect. I actually thought I wouldn't like the chai but it was also delicious, great flavor and not too sweet. Staff are friendly. There is a restroom available. read more

On a Saturday morning in November, my sister and I decided to check out the new Starbucks. It looks modern and clean. This is one of the nicest Starbucks I've been in terms of style. Plenty of parking in front of Starbucks. There are plenty of patio tables and inside has tables. There wasn't much of a line. I got my drink fast because the server called my name loud. My ice peppermint mocha hit the spot and was delicious. Under the seats has on wall sockets to charge phones or laptops and they have a long communal table. Plenty of Christmas cups and tumblers too. read more

I came here on the morning of my birthday and ordered my usual drink (venting cold brew with extra cold foam and extra vanilla syrup) as you know you have to pay for add ons or modifications to a drink, so it's safe to say i had been very disappointed after especially because this was the 5th time this has happened to me at this store. It sucks to be excited for a drink just for workers to put in absolutely no effort in following the order. The only reason this gets a 1 star and not a zero is because the outside seating is nice. read more

Come here often and usually have a great experience. This morning I got a grande iced vanilla which normally comes with two shots of espresso, clearly the machine wasn't pulling because my latte looked super white, almost like it was straight up milk. So I showed it to Derick and said clearly this isn't two shots, and if i could please get one added. He proceeded to rudely say that it was two shots and if I wanted another I would need to pay. I am a Starbucks fanatic, and I have to say the employees at this location our the best I've ever been. Not just one, but every single employee I've come in contact with this location has went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even know my drink order as soon as I say my name. I don't know how much these guys are getting paid, but they definitely deserve a raise or a bonus. I'd also like to complement the manager for putting a great team together. Staff has great attitudes and customer service but every time I come my drinks are not what I expect. I ordered lavender cold foam but looks like I received the scraps of what was left. This is the 4th time I've tried this location because it's so convenient but this was my last visit. I would like to start off by telling the community that this Starbucks right here has a heart to serve its community! The customer service from the day they opened has been 5 stars and always service with a smile. The team is amazing. You can always find Melissa the Store MGR outside early in the am, wiping down the tables, lamps, etc. Always leading by example, and her team is just so amazing. I spoke with Julian back last year regarding a community event, and after speaking with Melissa, they were not shy about supporting. I have never seen such compassion and willingness to want to make a difference more than this store right here. The entire staff is always professional, and the service is so efficient. My order has never been wrong, and they great you with a smile always. A smile can change the course of someone's day, and that's what they do every day. I honestly think that all the other stores should take notes from Melissa and her team. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciate your help and thank you for wanting to make a difference. The fact that this is a newer location and the person that designed it decided to not put changing tables in either bathroom is just beyond me. Am I supposed to change my baby's diaper on the floor of the bathroom? Or out in the open in the seating area? What a let down. The drinks were meh too. This Starbucks has great customer service! And the location right next to the 210 East on ramp is very convenient. Plus their drive-thru is U-shaped with high curbs and feels like you're driving a car at the Autotopia ride at Disneyland! read more

Brand new drive through Starbucks right in the chicken corridor of Monrovia (Chick-fil-A, Dave's and Raising Canes). Eventually this will be 24hrs as it gets more established. The decor here is pretty modern but I wished they would have made this a Starbucks Reserve location. read more
