Love Jamba staff so nice and establishment is clean drinks always fresh and delicious

Super friendly girls!!! Greeted when I walked in. I ordered the Primo Acai Bowl. Tastes really fresh and she took her time making it, which I really appreciated! I usually get Acai Bowls from this other place but was craving one and Jamba Juice was my closest option. I do however prefer the taste of the acai from the other place but it is still delicious nonetheless. I definitely recommend trying one of these bowls! Healthy ingredients. I got the 16oz which was MORE than enough to leave me feeling satisfied. They are more than happy to substitute any ingredient or add a special request. I can definitely say this will be go to place to satisfy my acai bowl craving! read more

The restroom at this location is appalling! If my Bladder wasn't about to burst I honestly would have rather held it another 30 miles to get home. That restroom needs to be remodeled. Toilet is disgust. Trash can has graffiti writing, I was honestly waiting for a roach to come out of the corner. However, my white gummy was delicious. read more

On February 17 around 4:45 my husband and i went into the Jamba Juice for a last minute smoothie. There was only one person working and we were all standing around waiting. I told a gentleman i was next and began to order only to be given a dirty look from the employee. There were about three other people behind me and they ordered. Nastiest, dirtiest place. They refuse to answer the phone so that you are left hanging on online orders. They do not have a good set up on the delivery, online systems because you cannot write a note of any changes to particular foods you'd like. They take their time yapping with each other and spend a good amount of time wasted behind the front area, doing who knows what. Terrible experience and it is a real shame because the next closest Jambas are further away. read more

I get freshly squeezed juices for myself, and my husband gets smoothies. I love how they make my freshly squeezed juice. I've gone to other jamba's and its a hit or miss but in this location its always a bit better than the rest. My husband loves the smoothies as well. read more

Ah, Jamba Juice.. as we walked in, the burning smell of bleach filled the air! ..Wait a minute, that's not what JJ is supposed to smell like? Huh.. This is the worst JJ I've ever been to. There were bottles of cleaner right up on the counters, right next to the foods, the cashier is ALWAYS pissed off, the employees stand around in the back drinking their own smoothies until she yells at them to fill the orders, and no one ever makes a drink right here. The drinks always come out really watery. C'mon people, i know you have charts in the back with the correct measurements! I don't get it. Every other JJ I've been to has been a light, airy, friendly, and fun experience.. but this JJ is like a welfare office..or a hospital waiting room... It's dark, the employees are always mad at you, and they cut corners to rip you off. Boo. read more

This is the closest Jamba Juice from my house, so it's convenient. Located in a large plaza, so there's plenty of parking. I've always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Never have had a bad experience coming here. The location has a clean single stall bathroom, and a few stools as you wait for your smoothie. I normally come for an Aloha Pineapple, Strawberry Wild, or Razzmatazz smoothie. read more

I give a place at least 3 tries before putting up a bad service review. This place was only twice. The first time I came in they messed up my drink and I had to have it remade. This time it took 3 people to get a gift card to work and rather than open the second register to help the forming line while the supervisor fixed the issue with the card they made all of us wait. One person was talking about leaving it took them so long to figure the gift card out. Not the best decision made by a supervisor. And they almost messed up my drink again. read more

I normally get a Bright-Eyed & Blueberry, an off menu smoothie that tastes delicious and as though it was made by the Gods themselves. 1/18/19 Just left there, Asked for a strawberry energizer the guy responded to me "No"... Im sorry what do you mean "No"? He responded "We don't have that" I told him its an old drink that is in the menu on the computer. Other Jamba Juices looked it up for me before on the computer. The staff at this Jamba Juice location has great energy and gives fast efficient service and is always so patient with me when I order my almost daily smoothie that I have to make a little different every time. I'm so indecisive and always trying to create my own concoction and stare at the menu much longer than most customers and the staff always waits so patiently with a smile and never make me feel rushed or bad for taking so long.
