I was very pleased with my visit to this Jamba Juice location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! I am going on a liquid fast for my church and will not be eating solids for weeks. An employee by the name of Destiny was very informative & helped me decide what to get that would fill me up as much as possible. She suggested the amazing greens! Smoothie was good. No greeting when we walked in, no "hi can I help you" just a lift of the eyebrows insinuating a "how can I help you" No "thank you" after we paid and no "thank you" when we got the drink. She must have been in a bad mood. Not Jamba like. read more

Its an O.K. place. The things I don't like is price. Not much of complaining here and there. The juice seems to be ok. I guess what I'm trying to say is that its not exciting, the flavors from the juices just don't shock my taste buds. When I make juice at home it is a hole other experience. I wonder what goes on behind there that makes it not taste as sweet. I don't add sugar so that can't be it. Is it because there fruit isn't fresh? Oh but wait,they slice and dice it there in front of you. So I don't know what the drastic change is. Maybe its because there's is cold,oh wait mine is to. I decided I should leave an updated review of this Jamba Juice branch. I can definitely say that a lot has improved! Staff are so much more friendly now. My drinks have been pretty consistent. I am very happy that my Peach Pleasure has been tasting like it should be. I'm glad to have a good Jamba Juice located very close to my home. Very happy customer! read more

I visited the El Monte Jamba Juice on December 22,2016 on my lunch. I was having a bad day at work and came in to get an orange dream machine, my fav....When I entered the store I was greeted by a happy and sweet sweet girl, she was so kind and helpful. She assisted me with information about other drinks I might want to try, so I ended up taking an amazing greens smoothie which was a healthier choice for me to have, not to mention this employee Destiny helped remind me that my day was going bad but no matter what life is awesome, she helped change my mood and helped me have a better day. read more

This Jamba Juice location is beyond phenomenal! On the day of my visit, Lisa assisted me with my order. She was able to point me in the direction of which drink and snack I should choose all with a smile on her face. The location was impeccably clean and sanitary. I had a few errands to run, but before I could even make further arrangements, my order had been finished. In conclusion, I would most definitely recommend this location to friends and family and would tell them that Lisa is an exceptional employee and talented artisan. It's my first purchase in this location, if not came for dealership not gonna visit this area. It was bad experience to me! Squeeze OJ no ice that I requested, when I got this and drink it taste nth just like a water. Before she starts the squeeze machine I already felt weird y put water into the container, then now I know taste nth coz they added a lot water to my juice instead of 28oz juice sell to customer. I'd sometimes stop by here because it's on my commute route for a quick smoothie-snack between lunch and dinner and to keep me awake during the commute itself. The staff always seem happy working with each other, and therefore seemingly also happy to take your order. Wait times will vary depending on customers, but they get the job done as quick as they can. Never once messed up my smoothie. Clean place and definitely plenty of parking since it's the only business in the immediate area (empty office space next door). I'd recommend this smoothie place if you're waiting for an oil change at Honda or Toyota nearby. read more

I always go to this Jamba Juice and it's always a great experience because I always get greeted. What I really like is one of the employees destiny always remembers what my usual is but when I'm not feelin it, she always gives me somewhat related smoothies or just other recommendations that sound delicious. Let's be honest... You can go to ANY Jamba Juice and whatever you order it's going to be good ( because its Jamba Juice, that's a given). However, if you want the BEST Customer Service this El Monte location is AMAZING!!!! No matter what time I come everyone is super happy, polite and energetic!! I have NEVER received bad service. James, Daisy and Laura are perfect examples of what all Jamba Juice employees should be. Usually they're the ones who help me. They all know I am a creature of habit and get the same drink they just ask what size today!!! Because of them I am at Jamba Juice EVERYDAY. Firstly, I've been to this location several times, the service has been so so. Today is my birthday. I had read on line that they offer a "free" drink. When I arrived I was "greeted" by Alejandro. When I asked if you offer a free bday drink he stated only if I was a member. Alejandro wasn't very helpful in assisting my, and I could tell my asking for a COMP drink irritated him. I'm sure I've signed up in the past but my phone # didn't register as such. Even though I wasn't able to claim my free drink I still made an order. As I patiently waited for my drink 2 other customers (who came in after me were served). Alejandro saw me waiting and did nothing. Not until I loudly said "Hey, how long is this going to take?" He then replied with "oh, sorry". My drink was then made...LESS THAN STELAR SERVICE! Customer "Service" is a thing of the past. This guy could care less.
