I come in here all the time, and everything goes smoothie, I mean, smoothly.... but I wanted to finally leave a review. I came in on a busy Saturday, and by busy I mean an entire kids soccer team was in this place. The line moved generally quickly, the smoothies came out quickly (under the circumstances), and CORRECTLY! There was even a smoothie maker (what the "barista" type word for a smoothie maker - I want it to sound cooler!), who went totally Cocktail on us, popping up the smoothie cup into the air in a full-on spin, and catching it behind his back! Nice! I thought they did a great job in a highly stressful environment. I give that team 5 stars. This is also one of the only locations that serves frozen yogurt.... I always order the Orange Dream machine, which my mother in law says tastes like a 50/50 bar, for you old timers ;) read more

Possibly the most organized Jamba Juice in San Diego county. Parking in this whole shopping center can be a drag, but Jamba juice is located in a position so that you almost always have curbside parking. This smoothie place is sparkling clean, and the workers here seem to be taking a daily dose of happiness with their AM smoothies. Service is fast and friendly. They have a new kids menu complete with a kids smoothie cup and color changing straw! read more

Well, I was verbally attacked out front of Jamba Juice today for reminding a customer that masks were required inside to protect the workers. After the profanity laced tirade...she told me "the workers said it's fine and the manager said it's ok." I think to keep your workers and customers safe it's the businesses responsibility to follow their own signage and county protocols we are all trying to follow. I guess I'll just stick to curbside pick up going forward until people can calm down. read more

The quality and service here deserves 5 stars. I can get a good smoothie (almost) anywhere but the service is what always has me coming back. I believe her name is Sophia, she has blond/brown hair and she was great! I definitely left feeling better than I did when I walked in (as usual). So you may have heard McDonalds is now serving smoothies and offered free coupons in the local paper. Good thing I held onto mine, because Jamba don't play that! They ran an offer to honor all McDonalds coupons for a free 16oz Jamba (http://www.jambajuice.com/cheeseburgerchill/index.html#/cheeseburgerchill/). At first the cashier was like "say what?, this is a McD's coupon sir", thankfully her coworker showed her how the Jamba do it! Honoring a competitor's food related coupon is quite rad. Throw in some strawberries, blueberries, banana's, mangos, peaches, mixed berry and peach juice and voila, a tasty treat to cap off my lunch. read more

After a long day swimming, hiking, and just having fun we were making our way back to Los Angeles when the sudden urge to replenish with fruit smoothies hit us. Great, there is a Jamba Juice nearby. It's something we know, it's something we like, and it's something pretty inexpensive. We were greeted by the most obnoxious and clueless teenager who kept saying, "Whut? Huh? Say that again?" I had to repeat my order twice though I'm not sure why because you put the order in as you hear them. Whatever. I ordered a Chunky Strawberry topper which is supposed to be chunky. Why did I receive a liquidy mess with three slices of banana and a handful of granola/oatmeal on top? He gave me a spoon but at the point I would have needed a straw since it was so soupy. The taste was off, the consistency was off, and I would have been better off just not stopping by. I thought my order was the only one off but my fiance's Banana Berry smoothie and our friend's Peach Mango smoothies were off-putting as well. Not only that but somehow they managed to serve customers that ordered AFTER us. Not one, not two, several. I'm not sure if it was because we all weren't Caucasian but the way he greeted us like we were beneath him, the warm manner in which he spoke to everyone else, and how he served them before us was really rude. I came in just now and I ordered a medium Caribbean passion with whey and 3G. My drink was not made correctly because it tastes like ice and whey mixed with juice. Now, usually I'd just call and ask if they can remake it later when I get a chance to swing back but I called 4 times and no answer. I'm really bummed that it's not good at all but I order this same drink nearly everyday from multiple different locations and so I can tell when it's not right and it's just not right. I'll be going back later to try to have it fixed but unfortunately I have to get back to work, sans smoothie. read more

This place was horrible, they hire a bunch of kids who were loud af they ignored us and they didn't even let us know that our drinks were ready because they were too busy talking loudly to each other , Andrew was our cashier and he had time to make himself a drink and sip it right in front of us the whole time we were there and he seemed interested in his conversation and drink, and i blame the manager on duty because she was outside doing a interview and they most likely only act like that because their supervisor lets them HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER read more

As a frequent customer it's frustrating coming here and not getting the best customer service. The friendliest girl they had unfortunately moved to Texas. I was just waited on by a girl who barely smiled or greeted me, I could hardly hear what she saying because the music was so loud, and the drink tasted a little funny. Hope they get better staff soon so I can continue giving them my business otherwise there are plenty of other juice places in the area we could go to. read more

She was very nice and prompt. I REALLY hate to leave this review because I love Jamba Juice, however this particular location has let me and my manager down on several occasions. Today was the last time we will be purchasing from Jamba Juice. We religiously buy Acai Primo bowls, and each and every time they are completely liquid. Out of the 15+ times we have been there only 2-3 of those bowls were actually sold like they are supposed to be. I understand lunch rushes can be hard but handing customers Acai bowls that are the consistency of water- and not even close to a thicker smoothie consistency is just unacceptable. read more

Jamba Juice is reliable. The food that sits out behind the glass all day looks terrible However, I haven't found a better smoothie place in the area yet, (but I'm still looking.) I am not a fan of very sweet tasting smoothies. Plus, their boost choices are vitamin based and narrow, where I would like a greater variety of supplements to add. I always feel like I've had dessert after a Jamba Juice, rather than a healthy between meal or after workout snack. But, as a dessert shop it doesn't fall short. Fresh, cold smoothies with so many flavors to choose from. I always try to have something new everytime I come here and I haven'e been let down yet. Its also a very refreshing employee atmoshphere. When I came here last I was greeted with a bright and happy hello and everyone maintained the eager happiness while I was in the store. It seemed that people here love what they do which makes their happiness to help you so genuwine and not fake and forced. The parking can be a lil tough certain times of the day but there is plenty of parking all around, you just may not be able to park in front of the store. Customer service ? Walked in at 6:45AM to get breakfast I ordered oatmeal but the lady responds back it might not be ready because I was late and I didn't start it till later. She goes to check on it and it isn't ready like she said. This may not seem like a big deal but I work in retail and know that if your not there on time customers won't get the what they come to our store for. So now I have to miss my breakfast ( which I chose not to eat at home and spend my money at Jamba Juice because they are open early ) and wait 6 hours for my lunch time at work because someone was late to their job. read more

Got the protein berry workout with whey. Not only was it good but I was unsure of using whey or soy and they said if i didn't like the whey theyd be happy to give me soy instead. The kid that made my drink had only been there a week and originally only made enough to fill 3/4 of the cup and took the extra effort to put it back in the blender and fill the cup up completely. I received an email regarding $2 green smoothies and read carefully in the fine print that the offer entitles you to one offer per day. I printed out a couple of coupons. When I went the following day and presented my coupon, it was rejected because the coupon was already used. So I was not entitled to one per day as offered. I called the customer service # regarding their offer and left a msg regarding their offer. 24 hours later and have yet to receive a reply. So this is the new scam. You have to have a different coupon. I expect integrity with healthy eating. Disappointed that JJ could not fulfill their offer. read more

Great service, but completely inflexible. Ordered a combo of 2 off menu drinks as a single large smoothie & charged 2x the small cost instead of a large...that made this large a $10 smoothie that wasn't even served full to the rim in the large cup! It was NOT an expensive super special fruit, extra add in or veggie blend smoothie either! It may be better to go to smaller non corporate chains that can be flexible than to somewhere where they can't do that. My bill was $17 for a large White Gummie/Pink Star combo and a medium Tropical Greens....my last time, that's for sure! Technically they can be correct if I got it in 2 separate small cups with lids and straws for the extra expense .... But sure feels like a rip off when I pay almost $4 extra dollars for a drink in a single large cup that isn't as fancy as their highest priced large drink on the menu! From a customer service standpoint, it sucks. Unfortunately the cost didn't sink in till they were making it and I asked if that was right & they said "Yes." My beverage had pieces of plastic. When I began choking after a few sips after driving off in my car, I came back of course to notify the workers here. I showed them the pieces of plastic I spit up and found more in the beverage. I felt no sense of urgency to help me and I was told "oh that's weird, that never happens." No solution offered, no apology. Technically it may not be their fault (who knows how plastic got in my drink) but you'd think they'd rush to help someone who was just choking on their product! I had to ask them to make me a new beverage and I called their corporate office. It took over a week to get a call back and I just got a bunch of excuses but ultimately I'm over it. I rarely write reviews (I'd rather read them!) but I had to write to tell everyone about this fantastic Jamba location! My son has a karate class 3 times a week in the same strip mall so we are in this Jamba Juice regularly. Most often we are helped by Bronson and as of a few months ago we became familiar with another "juicer", Chandler. All the employees seem genuinely happy to be working there. Bronson is eager to please and recently got my son and myself hooked on a special concoction he makes with all our favorite fruits. I did notice that Chandler comfortably greets everyone when they enter. I took special notice of this one Sunday morning when after we ordered another (regular) customer walked in. She was greeted by name and was asked if she wanted her (whatever she normally orders) smoothie. Even the customer was taken aback, and stated out loud, "how nice of you to remember". This is a great location with happy employees and happy employees make happy juicers :-) read more
