It's crazy how much smoothies and bowls cost these days. Manager took my order and did not even ask if I had a rewards account. She was nice as she noticed I was taking photos, forewarning me the lid to my drink is very loose (or "soft" as she called it). Smoothie was tasty. No indoor or outdoor seating per my most recent visit. People often chat in the corner in front of the bathroom but most folks just take their items and quickly leave. Lots of parking due to Boston Market closure and the multiple markets, eateries, etc. around the area. Be aware of the red light camera that's adjacent to this store. I couldn't help but give 4 stars because this place literally is my OG Jamba Juice that I often frequented in the past (junior high and high school!) and I am glad it's still open. However, I could not give this chain 5 stars as it is often in disarray. For example, one day they have wheat grass and the next day they don't. I ordered the large chunky strawberry bowl as I've done so many times at other Jamba locations. The base was poorly blended with frozen chunks of bananas and strawberries that took up most of the base. I've never experienced a poorly blended base before so it was extremely disappointing. I don't think I will go to this Jamba location again since there is another in Fremont. It's in a convenient location with plenty of parking and ordering is usually pretty easy. The store is small and there usually isnt a line of people ordering. That said, there are only one or two workers in store. read more

Right when I walked in there were 4 barely kids working and all of them looked absolutely bothered. The feeling in there made me uncomfortable and the looks I received made me feel worse. They were all checking their phones and some had angry bird eyebrows. They just looked absolutely miserable. Half way through I thought I don't want anything they make. The drink came out bland. The BOGO coupon card I have came in handy. For about $6.50, I was able to get two medium sized classic smoothies. We were also able to customize our smoothies. My son ordered the strawberry surf rider without peaches (although they still added the peaches) and I ordered the Mango-A-Go-Go as is. The mango smoothie comes with passion fruit mango juice blend, mangos and pineapple sherbet. The next time I'll try the Aloha Pineapple, but will swap the greek yogurt for frozen yogurt or the Orange Dream Machine (orange juice, orange sherbet, soymilk and fat free vanilla frozen yogurt. After running Lake Elizabeth, I wanted to get something to refuel my body with. I haven't been to Jamba Juice in a while and honestly, I'm not a huge fan of them, but when I spotted this specific location I got an instant craving for it. I ordered the Greens 'N Ginger (mango, peaches, kale, lemon & ginger), while the boyfriend got the La Vida Mocha (cold brew coffee & chocolate moo'd nonfat frozen yogurt). Drinks came out in a timely manner. My drink was average. You can taste the lemon and ginger, which I liked. However, it also had a powdery and grainy aftertaste to it. Additionally, I was pretty bummed out because my drink was not blended well. There were several big sized fruit chunks which made it difficult to drink. It's not a big deal, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a smoothie. On another note, my boyfriend's La Vida Mocha was delicious! Service was okay. The staff at the register wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. All in all Jamba Juice did its job, but I most likely won't return any time soon. read more

First time trying Jamba Juice and despite it's price, it actually tastes pretty good. I do have to say that I wish there was less ice because it tastes a bit watered down. 1. Mango-A-Go-Go: Slightly sweet mango flavor with real chunks of the fruit, what can be a better combination? If you are not a pineapple lover, not to worry, the flavor isn't extremely evident. 2. Pomegranate Paradise: For me, the drink was a little bit too sour for my taste because of the overwhelming amount of pomegranate they add in. Still delicious though! We had to wait 20min plus for service and to get order-it was busy. My 90 year old dad n I popped by, to get a beverage, we had been waiting over 15min. w no idea when are drinks were going to be ready- I asked young guy behind the counter if my 90 yr old, dad could use the restroom, if they could make an exception for him. If your looking for refreshing fresh like juices, then this is the place to visit. The staff changes often, but the quality of the drinks have been pretty good. I believe they do a great job making sure team members learn the menu. I tend to drop In mostly during the summer time. generally you will see Jamba Juice busy but never overwhelming busy. The flow of the crowd tends to be in and out. It was excited when I noticed awhile back they added fruit/oatmeal bowls, coffee, breakfast, and so on. this locations is always clean, and rarely has a long wait, drinks, flavors, taste are always consistent and very good, prices have gone up, but still pretty reasonable for a healthy drink or quick meal option. The new fruit bowls are a plus but wish we could make it cheaper then a Big Mac. What happen to the tables. If I can recall they did have some seating or branches. Or I could be wrong. If your being cautious about your sugar intake be aware, drinks are sweet. The blender are noisy when my kids were younger they did at times get startled. Although the cashier was friendly and the service fast despite the huge crowd, this so happens to be the only Jamba location I've come across that really delivers 'juice'. Our large orders of Razzmatazz, Banana Berry, Mango-a-Go-Go and Kaleribbean Breeze came out watery and off-flavored. I watched as one employee added 3 extra scoops of crushed ice into the Kaleribbean after it failed to reach the right size, leaving me with papery juice with chunks of ice to sip and crunch.
