Happiness is having a large Mango A-Go-Go for dinner on a hot day in Fremont.. =)

Let me preface this review by saying that I have been to several -- no, MORE than several -- Jamba Juice locations in the past 5 or 6 years. Not to mention that I also worked for the company for 3 years. Anyway, I had just recently moved the Fremont area, so I decided to check out the local Jamba on Mowry Avenue. My first trip there was successful - no lines or long wait times, and the staff was friendly enough. My second trip there, however, wasn't so great... I was on a lunch break from work, so I only had 30 minutes. There was only 1 customer in line in front of me, so I figured it wouldn't take long... WRONG. My order was quite simple, an Original Orange-a-Peel w/ an Immunity Boost. After waiting 8 or so minutes for my smoothie (WAY past the time mark of their "3 Minute Rule", BTW), the girl hands me a light orange colored smoothie. I obviously knew better, that it wasn't the drink I had ordered. Hello, an Orange-a-Peel has STRAWBERRIES in it!! She apologized and started to remake my drink. During this process, she decided to (slowly) make and pour the order after mine, which consisted of 3 drinks. This added another 10 or so minutes to my waiting time. FINALLY, 18 or 20 minutes later, she hands me my drink, which was clearly still NOT what I had ordered -- it was the wrong color and wrong taste. She had made me a Citrus Squeeze instead of an Orange a Peel. I know these two drinks have very similar ingredients, but COME ON, you already remade it once!! I just took the drink and left because I did not have another 20 minutes to stand around and watch these people try to make the right smoothie. read more

I'll for sure come back to this location when I'm DIRE need of some Jamba, but I wouldn't recommend it. The service is super super slow. Both times I came in here it was only me ordering and it took way too long for them to even say "Hi, can I help you?" All of the workers were running around like headless chickens as if it was Summer and their first day on the job. So after waiting to be able to say my order, then waiting even longer for it to arrive in my hands, it's never right! The first time my smoothie was super chunky with frozen bits in it. Second time, it was way too runny. I never thought that you could mess up making a smoothie, but this location is great at screwing it up. read more

Orange juice. Carrot juice. Orange juice. Carrot juice. Thats the only thing the people around that jamba order. Smells like curry.

The workers are nice and friendly. They greeted me and didn't give me any trouble. It's just that window all the way to the left when you enter into the store is full of literally so many tiny gnats! I ordered my drink and sat down for a bit to find all these tiny insects flying up and down in circles trying to get out through a glass window. The drink I got was lacking it's taste... but I just threw it away because I had now lost my appetite to finish my drink. I would suggest going to the Jamba Juice at Pacific Commons. read more

Our order was pretty much delayed had to wait for more than twenty minutes as staff forgot to process it. later when asked after few minutes they handed us the smoothie which was already on the counter probably meant for some other customer as it has already started the melt. Even the place was not clean. read more

Been here several times. Service is very poor. There was about 7 team members today only 2 making drinks and 1 taking order. Always a long line. No sense of urgency at this location. Always the same experience. read more

This place has the worst customer service I've ever had at a Jamba Juice. And I used to work at a Jamba Juice. When I went up to the register the girl working stared at me and asked 'what do you want?' No hi or hello or welcome in what can I get started for you. I like this jamba juice they're drinks are pretty good, the location is clean. BUT every time I have came in the employees are too busy talking about their life stories and lagging on making the drinks when there is a line outside the door. SERIOUSLY, they take forever, its really annoying. read more

If you like bland smoothies, come to this store. I was very disappointed! I ordered 2 medium Caribbean Passions for the kids and for myself 1 medium Apple Kale smoothie which consists of strawberries, apples, kale, and bananas. I couldn't tell there were any of the aforementioned ingredients. Nothing but ice. They charge so much but the quality of their smoothies has gotten worse. read more

I have never been to a jambalaya juice wig customer service this bad. The girl there was giving me an attitude the whole time. When they finally call my name they forgot my walffel and when she handed to me after waiting another 5 mins she didn't even say sorry or anything she just throw it to me. I used to hate this place. Their smoothies were always super mealy. But in the past few months or so, I've become a regular. I am always pleased with my smoothies, the smiling faces of the workers, and the quickness with which my order is delivered. read more

Came here in the morning for a chunky strawberry topper. Granted, I know that it takes more work and time to make, but I was the only person there. Even so, the worker didn't seem to want to spend any more time on it and blended it only once, leaving six large pieces of frozen strawberries in my smoothie and leaving it pretty tasteless and watery. Most jamba juice places never blend it enough, but I've never had one as bad as this - I guess they really mean it when they say "Chunky" ?? read more

This was the worst Jamba Juice I've ever been too. Let me start off with me walking in and having to wait 10 mins to order in a two person line. Then wait 20 mins for my drink. I just didn't understand from a place that looked over staffed. I've been other jamba's with less workers and more people waiting and been taken care of faster. All the workers were female, not that there's anything wrong with that but boy are they slow and not one of them had a smile. Next time I'm craving a smoothie in the area I'll skip it and grab a frap from Starbucks across the way. read more

I don't usually come to this Jamba Juice, because it's far from my house, but I was in the neighborhood, which is why I decided to drop by. To be perfectly honest, I feel like all of the Fremont Jamba Juices are exactly the same. I always feel like I'm waiting the same amount of time, tastes the same, and the customer service is always the same! read more

This jamba juice is so-so. I mean, 4 stars because they never got my order wrong and also because this place isn't that tidy. It is also very small inside, so most people eat outside. RIght next to a boston market, so I don't know how you feel about that. read more

I went here almost every day last year for my morning caffeine, when I was working full time and finishing my masters. Julie and the team there know me and my favorite drinks by name. They are super friendly, fast and make Jamba Juice well. Great way to start my morning. Very glad to have them close and on my way to work. read more

Frustrating visit the other day... I went in and wanted that I have been getting for a while now... Berry Lime Sublime... They don't make it anymore unless you know whats in it.... well shit I don't know what was in it..... They 'discontinued' a lot of their older classic smoothies. If you know how to make it, they will still do that. They said they could make the other made up secret menu ones like the gummy bear ones or whatever. How do you not know how to make a smoothie that had been on the menu for years. Oh no Berry Full-filling either anymore... Juice is great, just don't go here if you need a bathroom. They do not have one for customers.

Ordered a simple energy bowl, tipped, and after 30 minutes I realized that people standing in line 5 people behind me received their orders. I go up to the front and inform them what I ordered and that it's been 30 minutes, then I proceed to hear that they said they have no record of what I ordered and probably gave it to someone else. I had the option of waiting even longer (not to mention I have somewhere to be and have someone waiting in my car in this heat) or getting my money back. I ask for the manager and said I want both. Wish I could pull my money out of that tip jar. I've had enough experience working in customer service to say that you can disrupt someone's good day over poor organization due to this. DON'T COME HERE ON A HOT DAY. if I didn't speak up I would have waited another 20 for something that takes 5 min to make. read more

I am a regular of this Jamba Juice location. Always excellent customer service, and delicious smoothies. I love the Orange Berry Antioxidant... it is the perfect blend of tangy sweetness. I also really like the Tropical Kickstart - really awesome fresh squeezed orange juice. They're usually really quick in the morning when I usually pop in, but it tends to get pretty dang busy and slow in the afternoon/during the high school lunch. read more

Hours on Yelp need to be updated. It says they open at 6:30 am. My husband went there after 7 am and lights were off and nobody was in the store. I give it 3 stars because when they are open the juice and smoothies are so good. read more

I was very happy with the service at this location. The day we went was nuts! The line was out the door, this was our second Jamba location in one day because the one at the mall was out of oranges. Turns out that after waiting about 15 minutes to order, all Jamba's were out of orange juice due to a recent freeze that left the suppliers short. The difference between this Jamba and the one at Newpark was that the guy at the register was making suggestions on how we could substitute the orange juice for other fruits. I was grateful that he had helpful suggestions and we were happy with the end result. I will stick with this location when I am craving Jamba! read more

Warm day, a good day for Jamba Juice. New crew, a little better but still shorted on boosts paid for. Instead of putting your juice in a bigger cup they make it more difficult with two but YOU can ask for a bigger cup to combine your juice order and make a mess. Can't wait until they get it right! Don't go during lunch time on weekdays. These high school kids have no respect for others. Service was decent, Mango smoothie was not good, no flavor, taste artificial. Maybe it was the mango used, but they should have added sugar. read more

I ordered an Acai bowl here over the weekend... 1. The cashier said she didn't know if they honored expired groupons (they do, I insisted, it's in all the fine print everywhere). 2. I ordered a Primo bowl which comes with coconut and granola - both of which they forgot when they gave it to me. 3. The bowl was delicious yet puny. Not at all what I received at other Jamba Juices. Brought my kids and nephews here today and their smoothies are watered down! It tasted yucky! And when my husband complained about it, all the manager did was justify why it tasted the way it did. I go to Jamba Juice several times a week and order pretty much the same drinks but this is the worst tasting! Will definitely not be coming back to this one. read more
