I was lucky with a $1 off coupon in my app. As I sat working, I enjoyed sipping my Peanut Butter Mood with Whey & Energy. There were 2 ladies working diligently to take care of the customers. The flow was busy at times and they were grinding it out. The store was clean and had a really good feel about it. Friendly and efficient customer service from Cashier to Crew Member who took care of everyone else and my order in a courteous and timely manner. Loved every spoonful from start to finish. I think I've figured it out: it's the mango. No matter what I get, if there's mango in it, I end up with those little fruit balls at the bottom--like boba bubbles but a lot less fun. If I get something with no mango, it all blends up just fine. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think about getting a different source for your mango; this really puts a damper on the experience and is fairly limiting in terms of what I can order. This Jamba is located in the Airport Shopping Center next to Ninja Sushi. I like this one staff is always friendly. Kind of nippy inside but always clean. My friend them work here and their hella chill people. I like how you can sit inside and there's also an outside area if the inside is too cold for you too! This is a good idea for a cool treat. It was my first time to this location and believe me, it did really keep me cool because it was pretty hot and i needed something to have. Also, when I went in and ordered my favorites, they had validation for parking. I was asked if i needed validation and i told no thanks. Also, i really enjoyed the favorites and it was really good and i love having them for breakfast. The good thing about it was that they did honor the request of making sure that it's nice and thick so it will be good and refreshing, just one suggestion for this area please do make sure that the customers do get their orders correctly and pay attention to detail so that the customers do not have to get their orders remade and get it correct the first time so there will be satisfaction for the people who love jamba juice. Don't get me wrong, I love Jamba Juice, and go often. I hardly ever go to the airport location, and this will probably be the last time I'll ever go to it. It just bothers me when I'm clearly waiting in line to order, with no one else in front of me, when the cashier excuses herself to the other worker, walks out of the store, walks back in and proceeds to count her register (the one next to the one I'm standing in front of) clearly ignoring me, and just pretty much goes on with her day. It took the other worker to ask after ten minutes - if I've been helped. I could maybe understand if I had walked in before closing time, but being that I walked in at about 7pm on a Wednesday, I find it hard to believe that counting the register took priority over helping the one customer in line. read more

This particular Jamba Juice has been a bit of a disappointment for me. I've come by twice, and out of the five or so I frequent on the island, I rarely want to return to this one. During my first experience, I was a bit put off by the smell of the place. I expect Jamba Juices to smell like fresh orange juice, but this one was a weird combination of cleaning chemicals and savory baked goods. While the service was quick, I wasn't very impressed with the flavor of one of my go-to drinks, and it seemed to not be very well blended. My second experience was yesterday. The location still smelled off, but better than the previous time. The staff that helped me wasn't as cheery as most Jamba Juice staffs are, and they got my order wrong. The cashier was pretty soft spoken and the place just seemed louder than usual there. I ordered the granola berry smoothie with peanut butter added, and they gave me the PB and granola smoothie instead (believe me, the former option is much tastier than the latter). I wouldn't go out of my way to return to this location, which is a bit of a bummer since it's probably the closest to where I live, but I'll update and let you know if anything changes if I choose to come by again. read more

The last two times I came to this location I ordered two items that costed me just about fifteen dollars and they couldn't even get it right. One of the times I tried to order a sunrise strawberry which is off the menu but when I asked the girl if it was possible to make she said yes. By the time I realized it wasn't even what I ordered i had already drove off and being that the parking situation isn't the greatest there because you have to go through the hassle of getting a ticket and getting it validated. They had given me a crappy strawberries wild instead of what I had ordered. Also whoever had made it put way too much ice in it. I ordered light ice which is half a scoop but of course they put a heaping scoop instead. Nothing is more annoying that drinking exactly what you did not order. I come here every day for lunch and I have to say, it's definitely one of the most friendly Jamba juices I've ever been too. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and be helpful. I can't really say much in terms of food. Jamba has standardized the way they make their smoothies so I feel like you get the same thing no matter which one you go to. So really it comes down to the server that you get. I feel like this particular Jamba really does take that extra step. I've come often enough where they know me by name and if I wait even a little too long in line, they'll ask me what I want and start it up for me. So, by the time I'm finished paying for my Jamba I already have it in my hand. This is why I give this place 5 stars. It's a fast food sorta shop but I get top notch service. read more

I like to tell myself that Jamba Juice is healthy...but what can I say? It's a chain kind of place and not exactly the healthiest option out there. I go here when I'm on my way into the office, and usually only on a couple of days a year (Ash Wednesday/Good Friday). Service is usually pretty good. Nothing extremely great, but they aren't horrible there either. I've experienced much worse. The wait for my smoothie is pretty quick.
