Oh how much I love Jamba Juice and their smoothies!!! I visited this location twice so far; one time a few weeks ago, and the second time was today (7.13 around 1440). The first time I came here, a guy names Sebastian was at the cashier. We had a great short conversation, he was professional and kind, and my smoothie (the new watermelon one) came our FANTASTIC. Okay so today was a terrible experience. Sebastian was there and he was GRUMPY AF. When I got there, he had his back faced towards me because he was cleaning. The beverage maker (forgot her name but she was a new employee- it stated that on her nametag) told him that theres a customer. He turned around and there was no apology what so ever. Hey, I worked for SB and I was in Sebastian's position a lot, and I always turned around and apologized to the customer. He took my order, and when I told him that I wanted a pretzel, he said, "what?" and gave me a sassy look. "Can I have the apple pretzel, no need to toast it" I said. He said, "K anything else?" EXCUSE YOU, rude, grumpy, not personable. Geez, everyone has bad days, but DON'T bring it to work! The second thing, the woman made my drink, it was meh, way too watermonly and no sorbet in my opinion. But she didn't even fill the cup all the way! I seen her banging away on the blender to get every bit of it into the cup, which I appreciated but it was very very obvious that there wasn't enough. So I paid full price for a drink that is missing a little under a quarter of the drink. UGH!!!! I'll drive the extra mile to go to the Jamba at Moanalua Shopping Center. read more

The only reason why I'm being so generous with the 5 star review is because of moments like this. It is not everyday we get to witness pure comedy for the soul. After many visits to Jamba Juice, I have never in my life have been dealt such a low blow to a point of just seeing a positive in a negative. When one orders an acai bowl, one expects some sort of etiquette when it comes to having the fundamental ingredients in such dish. Now after sampling the acai bowl in many places, I've come to a conclusion that the main ingredients are acai, granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, honey, and occasionally coconut. After what I've received in this particular Jamba Juice is just a cry for help. The top dollar Jamba Juice is charging and they can't even get a simple acai bowl done correctly. Just to blend some acai with ice and place a sliced banana in the middle is just outmost lazy and irresponsible. 3 stars because although my smoothie was delicious, this location is alright. Seating layout is not too great, the three table layout is tight, causing you to bump into others. The workers were working, nothing special but also no attitude which means a lot. The music here although good was extremely loud. The volume actually was louder than the blenders which may be enjoyable for the workers, it wasn't too pleasant. I may or may not come back. read more

I just got a Razzmatazz smoothie that was sooooo watery. The manager made the smoothie as he told another worker to make some lemonaide before you go home and also told her to leave her cash drawer in back as he needed to count it. The manager had a hard time having the blender blend my smoothie after about 2 seconds. So he grabbed a crap load more of juice or whatever and added it in. He poured it in the cup and over one third of it was thrown away. That shows you how much extra liquid he put in. It sloshed around in my cup like water! The people are friendly and I would give it 2 stars but this was the manager!!! read more

Unfortunately for me, this Jamba is the closest to my work. But I am really sad because their oatmeal is never as good as other locations. Often times, it is over cooked, which makes it both dry and the oat grains and mushy, rather than plump and crispy, as steel cut should be. And, although it is not bad for some people, it is a personal taste that I would much rather NOT have apple bananas, or over ripe bananas in my oatmeal :( read more

While I love Jamba Juice I absolutely hate going to this location. The employees are very poorly managed. Everytime I go in there I get an attitude from the employees, and i've been to this location several times since I work at the airport. They make me just want to get in and get out, not welcoming at all. If i were the manager I would definately be looking into retraining my staff and giving them an attitude adjustment. read more

I love Jamba, but in comparison to all the local juice places (Lanikai Juice), it falls short.

I tried Jamba Juice for first time last week and was sadly disappointed. I had the Kale-ribbean Breeze and it was like a cow chewing cud...Kale was not blended all the way, between that, no real flavor, and small chunks of the fruit I was NOT impressed at all. My daughter is begging for a smoothie so I will indulge her this one time with my $3 coupon for joining, if not for that...no thanks!!! read more

Hmm. Guy at the register was nice. But the two guys who were on the drink side had bad customer service. First guy makes my drink. Keeps talking to this other guy who gives out the drink. When I get my drink, he puts the straw in it. Then just keeps talking. Not telling me thank you nothing. Just pushed the drink and kept talking. read more

I've been here multiple times and although sometimes I get decent service majority I the time I come here it isn't great. Most of the time my drink doesn't taste like how it's supposed to or they're just unfriendly. This pas time on the other hand they gave me the wrong baked good and didn't even say sorry for doing so. When I told the lady I never received what I ordered and showed her my receipt, she replied "oh", then turned to her co-worker to verify they were heating up the correct item. I may be a little too late for this but I did want to acknowledge Ms. Tracey who was more than generous during my time out in Honolulu. I appreciate good customer service, even on the slowest days. Anywho, my partner and I ordered 2 açaí bowls. I completely forgot that it came with coconut shavings, and I hate coconut shavings. No biggie though because I just picked them off. Midway through picking the shavings out, Tracey noticed what I doing and asked if I wanted another açaí bowl instead of going through the trouble. Me being me, I said of course not, I don't like to waste food. Sure enough Tracey goes back behind the counter very discreetly starts making me another Açaí bowl without the shavings. She comes over to the table my partner and I were eating at and places the bowl in front of me and says "here's something better". (3rd Açaí bowl) Those special gestures or accommodations every now and then make you really want come back for more. Tracey was so sweet for that ! Jamba juice is Jamba juice. On a good day they all taste the same. This one tastes more or less like it's supposed to most of the time. The customer service is usually less than average, with employees who don't really seem to care about anything other than a conversation with each other. The worst thing about this location is the hours. It's sunday, 5:15 PM and they are closed. WTH? They are close to a busy airport with flights and workers coming and going all hours. I live close, so this is usually my go to Jamba Juice. But I think I'll start going to Kam Shopping center instead. They have normal hours. I get closing early if you are in a mall that closes early on Sundays, but even those locations are open till 6. This sucks! I think I will stop going to this location all together, I'll go someplace a little more reliable and consistent. read more

terrible jamba probably worst on the island. just went today, order was made fast but they didn't ask for my money. stood there for like 10 mins waiting to see if they would take my $$. asked the smoothie guy how much it was he said he didn't know and couldn't help me. finally the same guy who was making the smoothies said 10 minutes later to get back in line to get rung up. no apologies for the wait or inconvenience. plus all the jambas i've had there taste funny. white gummy taste weird there. terrible I am never going to go back!! read more

I've been to this Jamba Juice a bunch of times before and I've liked it. For some reason today there were all guys working, which is fine by me. The by behind the register was very nice. The two other boys were looking at me strangely. I didn't think anything of it. I got my smoothie and went to work on the next street over. A lil over an hour later my stomach was not feeling well.
