It is pretty convenient for me to come to this location as it is right by my office. The store is clean and well kept and the staff is super friendly. I usually get the same order bit decided to try the Aloha Pineapple. I let the staff know of my food allergies and they ensured that there was no cross contamination with my smoothie. I enjoyed it immensely. Located in a busy shopping center, the place is clean and not too bad. Service is pretty quick and they push out orders since it's a very busy place. In regards to food, I ordered an Acai Primo Bowl and was quite surprised with the food portion. For $10 I was expecting a bit more of everything. I thought the açaí would fill half the bowl and then added the toppings. Unfortunately, it was only a quarter(see pic) of acai. Not sure why the food industry is starting to charge more for less product but I'm thinking that's almost a set standard in Hawaii now. Five stars. Jamba Juice has some great stuff! I usually order the açaí primo bowl and the turkey sausage and egg breakfast wrap in the mornings when I do visit here. The primo açaí bowl has great flavor. Bananas, granola, blueberries, honey, coconut, and of course, the coup de grais the açaí. A good amount of healthy and delicious stuff. The turkey sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast wrap is frozen, but they warm it up before serving. Although it's frozen, it's great and has an awesome flavor. Can't go wrong with it. Good stuff! Other drinks look very good. Also, the food items look very delicious. Anyway, if you want some great fruit drinks or foods on the healthier side, come down to Jamba Juice for a real treat. I come to this Jamba Juice every so often for a late lunch. Recently, it seems as if they don't blend it well. Its as if certain workers blend smoothies well while the others don't. Jamba juice is located across from Starbucks in Salt Lake area. Plenty of parking but you may have to park far if it's busy. When I walked in, no one was in from but an employee came from the back and greeted me. It did felt weird bc I wasnt sure if they were open. During ordering, I guess the cashier didn't hear that I said the size of my drink and boost - vitamin c and zinc but added daily vitamin. No biggie though. I only came to this Jamba Juice because the parking is free and plentiful during non-peak hours. When we got there, there was about 4 people ahead of us. Our order was quite simple. Two smalls consisting of one alpha pineapple and one orange dream machine. To get our drinks took a good almost 10-15 minutes and when I received my aloha pineapple it looked pink and creamier than usual. I'm not even sure if this is the right drink but by the time I tasted it, we were already in the car driving away. Unfortunately this is not the first time I was disappointed in my drink. Even my boyfriend who tried it said it tasted funny. We will probably not be returning to this location any time soon. :( read more

Two young ladies were working the evening of 6/8/24, a Saturday, this was a little after 7pm and we tried to order an Orange Carrot Twist juice, cashier went to check with the girl in the back, who apparently said the machines "down for the night". Which means they probably cleaned it already and didn't want to clean it again, which I get but after the fact they make eye contact and start giggling about it. I came into this shopping center planning to grab lunch, but it seemed like every single restaurant is either fast food or not exactly the healthiest, so I ended up here (and I had Jamba the day before!). When I entered, I was greeted in a friendly manner that didn't feel forced, fake, or robotic, and it lasted through the entire ordering process. My smoothie (Amazing Greens) was prepared very quickly, and came out well. The place was clean, organized, and nice and super cool from the AC. This jamba location is super convenient because it is located near the nex. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. I've came here a couple times here and there. However, this location is mediocre at best. Today, it was so packed and yet they had one cashier and one person making smoothies. Then, not to mention they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. I had to stop to tell the guy making the smoothies that since the smoothie had protein it had to be put in a larger cup. Then, when we finally had the opportunity to drink our smoothie it tasted awful. I'm not sure what they did wrong, but when you get the same thing every single time you can tell when it is not right. It was definitely not right. Maybe this is due to the lack of training or the staff being under pressure because they were so packed? I'm not sure! However, this is not my go to location for my jamba smoothie. I hope that they make the necessary changes to bring their ratings up. Btw jamba locations are now offering a smoothie box for $75!
