Short line, two days in a row around 9 am. Though the shops were closed, the food court was open, with a fair-sized but calm, relaxed crowd in the summer. Husband loved the chicken chorizo wrap and my daughter loved the spinach, egg and cheese wrap -- so much that they had the same thing both days. Since I love variety, I had zucchini bread the first morning and banana-taro bread the next, both were great but the guy toasted the zucchini bread, and the girl only warmed the banana-taro bread in the microwave. I live just around the corner from the mall and I go to this location often. I would recommend going there unless you are going within about 2 hours of closing. Each time I go there they are "out of oranges" for fresh squeezed OJ. After speaking to one of the employees, they explained that they actually had oranges but decide to clean the machine so that they can get out early and just tell customers that they are out. One of my major concerns is that if the management allows this, it just encourages other short-cuts in the food prep environment which could result in much more than a distraught customer. Menus should be available until closing time, otherwise move the closing time up, but lying to the customers because of laziness is not acceptable. read more

I went to Ala Moana food court Jamba Juice.I get my usual, Banana Berry, and I always get a thick and perfect consistency whenever I get it, but for some reason at this location, my drink was all watery. I could tell this location was getting slammed, but that doesn't mean they should lack in the effort of making their drinks. I've worked in the food industry before and I know how stressful it is to deal with customers during peak hours, so I didn't bother to say anything to the shift leads and was just over it. Usually it takes me longer to finish a normal drink from JJ, but today it I have already consumed more than half in less than 10 mins. Service here is very slow and I was very disappointed to see it hasn't changed. I came here three times since it had opened twice on my break and once w a coworker. My first time I just assumed it was bc they had just opened and had to work on training and such which was explainable on the wait but the second time I had came they only had two people before me and I waited over 15 min for a drink and a cheddar twist. They also gave my cheddar twist to another customer who left the store and came back to return it (since obviously not hers) and the worker proceeded to give it to me (without my drink)??? This review is for the Jamba Juice in the new upstairs location in the ewa wing of Ala Moana. I know this place just recently opened, but the service was terrible. I walked in there around 9:45 a.m. and I was the only one waiting in line. No one acknowledged me or said hi to me. I just stood there by the register waiting for someone to even look at me. They clearly knew I was there, but they were busy with whatever they were doing. When you are busy, you should still acknowledge the customer and say you'll be right with them and not ignore them. I stood there for a few minutes. It can feel like a long time when you're waiting. Then after a girl finally arrived at the register, she didn't apologize or thank me for waiting patiently. Nothing. I felt like such a burden to her. To top it off, after I ordered the Orange Carrot Karma, my cup was barely full. It was about 70 full. Maybe the girl didn't put enough ingredients in, but I could hear one of the other girls making it asking what exactly went it again. Not only did I feel ignored, but the product itself was less than par. I love Jamba Juice, and I've never had an issue before with any other location, but this location needs to get it together with the customer service. I won't go back to this one.
