I stopped by with my daughter to get a morning beverage. She likes this location because they always get her orders correct and the location is convenient to shopping. The staff is attentive. We ordered on app to pick up. I got a passion fruit ice tea (0 calories) and she got a latte. We had a short wait as they were crowded. The drinks were perfect. There is outdoor patio seating and indoor mall seating. Parking is easy early in the morning, but impossible later in the day.

Well I haven't been going to Starbucks much these days because they have been messing up on my orders . Ever since I've been making my own coffee at home . Although lately I have a confession I been ordering their Pistachios cold brew . If you like Pistachios you'll like their iced pistachios cold brew . Starbucks cold brew is a special brewed coffee which is stronger than their regular coffees. I like my Pistachios cold brew on the sweeter side so I ask for 3 extra pumps of Vanilla . If you do t like sweet than just order it regular.

Starbucks indoor... Leave it to Kahala to have two very different kinds of Starbucks though I do love the indoor and I've been going to this location for years and just can't believe I haven't done a review yet. One thing that I do love this location is their creative barista and staff as they do come up with exclusive menu items which does make it fun and easy as the internet versions aren't available at some locations so when they make it it does make it easier to order. Sadly the seating has changed to almost none though there are a few around the fountain area, Kahala is an indoor mall though seating here are scattered throughout the mall which doesn't make it a place to chill and get some work done but the staff here is fast and friendly so I usually stop by to grab some for the road. Thank you!

I came here with Nadine after dinner to get a drink. This is the Starbucks inside of Kahala Mall. I live in town, so I don't come to this location too often. However, Nadine and I wanted to get our bonus stars. We came about 7pm and there were a few people in here. I got my usual grande Iced green tea. There were two people ahead of me, so the drink came fast. They had a few table and seats. They didn't have a great selection of cups though. That's the first thing I look for when I go into any Starbucks.

I've been going to this Starbucks for years. It tends to get very busy at times but the line moves fairly quickly. Getting your order takes longer. A few times they have made a mistake or possibly someone else took my order. The large majority of the times my order is accurate. The drinks are all good, especially the holiday ones. They are pricey but I don't think you'll get anything cheaper elsewhere, at least not with the same taste and quality. Also, use your reusable cups to get 10 cents off and 25 extra star points! I've been to a lot of Starbucks and this is one of my favorites. It's nice to sit in an air conditioned table or chair and relax with your drink inside the mall. If it's not hot or muggy, it is so much nicer outside. There are seats and umbrellas right outside of the Starbucks. And if you're lucky, they'll have live entertainment outside of Whole Foods!

5-6-23 Convenient place at Kahala Mall to pick up a quick afternoon snack. Missing star was not much indoor seating so you scrounge for an outdoor seat closer to While Foods cuz all the indoor tables in the mall were occupied. Just watch out where you sit cuz the pigeons have left deposits and the seats, a tell tale on your pants afterwards. Hubs went in to order but the other person with us did a mobile order.@

VENTI NO ICE: Only stopped here because I have a gift card and they were doing $3 drinks for the week. Cashier was nice and told me to upgrade to a venti size from a grande since $3 was for any drink and size (this was not specified on the Starbucks app). I was shocked when I got my drink, I got a venti with no ice and it didn't even look like the picture and was less than half filled! So disappointing that they regularly fill the majority of the cup with ice!

Food, drinks, and merchandise at Kahala Mall in Honolulu, Hawaii... The Loyalty Program of Starbucks is great! I'm a Gold Card member and enjoy the perks such as free tea and coffee refills, freebie on my birthday, double Stars every day, etc. The Star Rewards Program notified me that some of my Stars will be expiring at the end of the month. After working so hard for Stars (by completing various challenges), I didn't want my Stars to go to waste. Stars can be redeemed for food and beverages - as well as merchandise! For example: 400 Stars can be redeemed for $20 towards a mug or cup. If you're a cup collector, you know that certain Starbucks (like the ones inside Target, Safeway, and Macy's) will not redeem Stars for merchandise. The Starbucks at Kahala Mall is an independent store and can redeem Stars (points) for merchandise! It's perfect for gift giving! The mainland people like the Hawaii Starbucks cups! I got the "Aloha Vibes" tumbler for my Los Angeles friend's birthday! I'll see her next week! Yay! I did consider the Hawaii mug from the "Been There" series, but I don't really want to handcarry a ceramic cup... And I did think about the stainless steel tumbler from the "Been There" series... And I looked at the stainless steel tumbler with the papaya pattern... However, I think that "Aloha Vibes" is more colorful and unique! So many choices! Haha! Anyway, Starbucks is a well known name. When you come to Kahala Mall and enjoy the air conditioning, carpeting, free parking, clean and safe environment... pass by Starbucks and look at the various merchandise!

Im in Hawaii to visit friends and I stopped by this Starbucks to pick up a drink. I didnt get the baristas name but she was so kind and made my drink really fast, literally didnt take more than 3 mins. To whoever was working around 5pm, thank you so much for starting my trip off right with a kind message. Awesome partners and service!

A cozy corner in the heart of Kaimuki :)…read more I happened to find this place when I was searching for cafes around the area, and it did not disappoint. Honey Matcha Latte is my current favorite: just the right balance of matcha, milk and honey :) The vibes are so nice. You'll be greeted by the green green plants (which are actually for sale!), and then grab a drink down the hall. I also like how they have a "Sip & Chill Zone" where no ipads or computer work are allowed, so you can just relax and talk story. This is my favorite spot because I can just do some people watching by the window as I sip my matcha latte. It's a nice place to detach from the hustle even just for a while.

The environment they've curated in here is so unique, it's something you can't really replicate or find anywhere else on the island. The photos show a couple of our favorites. Lee Jae loves the Sakura Matcha and I'm all about the Lavender Matcha. Their syrups are house made too, which is a huge plus and something I always look for in a cafe. I do wish they did have more milk options though! I love soy milk but always have to opt in for regular milk. Other than that everything still tastes amazing! The service is top tier every time, and they even bring the drinks right to you. The staff is so welcoming and they really know their plants, so if you ever need help or you're hunting for something specific they've got you. However, they didn't communicate with their barista, so they made me a hot latte. I told the barista and they rolled their eyes and sighed at the mistake (directed at their coworker who messed up- not me) and they did remake it. Then I went in with my mom and she asked if she could please have a corner piece of the pastry we got. Barista said "of course," but didn't communicate to their coworker and they gave us a middle piece. Annoying but whatever, but on the same trip I ordered the same iced earl grey latte I always get and I saw they put in "earl grey tea" on the POS machine and I told her about the error and it was supposed to be the latte not the tea. She said there wasn't a button for it and they would make the latte. However, after waiting a few minutes, they left the store and the coworker took over and they told me they were working on my order, but they were in the back for some reason (espresso machine is in the front- but maybe they had one in the back too?) but they came out with a hot for here drink and I told them it was supposed to be Togo and iced. They came back and then I realized the reason it took 10 minutes waiting is because they made me fresh hot tea. After waiting about 15 min three in total I decided to accept the defeat and not say anything. Weeks before this, I got a bagel with cream cheese and I should've checked before I left but they didn't give me cream cheese. So I paid $4 for toasted bread. Every time I come in, whoever I'm with and I are so baffled by the service and what we get. It seems like the staff never communicate with each other and even when you do communicate with the staff, it doesn't pay off. I've had a couple times where I go to order or ask the staff something but they are on FaceTime chatting and it feels like I'm interrupting. To be fair, it's my fault for going so many times but I like to support local, didn't want to write them off for a little mistake (but its just consistent now), and I love their lattes when they do make it correctly, but I guess I'm just going to learn how to make an Earl Grey latte at home from now and I hope I can make it close to how much I loved theirs.
