This place has really good customer service. I couldn't decide what I wanted to order so I just stood back reading the menu for a few minutes. I wanted something healthy & asked the guy for some recommendations. He seemed to be very knowledgable and told me the benefits of each drink. I ended up getting the Apple N Greens smoothie, which was definitely healthy. I don't like veggies but I have to say this is an easy way of getting your veggie intake, plus it didn't make me gag or anything! these guys are always efficient and nice. I just wish they'd put more granola in their bowls otherwise you're just buying a smoothie in a bowl. I have gotten their strawberry bowl 4 times and all I'm eating is strawberry shake with a dusting of granola. I probably will go back to Nectar for their agave bowls as those are more substantial and come to Jamba Juice for shakes. read more

I didn't mention before that me and my family come to this JJ at least twice a week. Service continues to be stellar. There are some employees that have been working at this location for a very long time and still provide excellent service. I need to mention here that I was there about 2 months ago and met the owner. He was cleaning shakers at the sink as the place was packed. I was impressed and asked to speak to him. Before I even told him how great his employees are, he reached in his pocket and gave me a bunch of coupons for my next visits to the juice bar. He mentioned that he was the original franchisee and he does this for the fun of it and not to make money. What a nice guy. He was so humble and business-like. And that shows in the way the place works and how he has his employees trained. I am not sure about his name, but I have to thank him for the coupons and for doing such a good job; it's appreciated. Decent, average Jamba Juice joint. Same menu as most others. If you want a healthy option, go with the fresh veggie juices which are cheaper than they would be in Whole Foods. The steel cut oatmeal is another good healthy option. read more

Always a line in this place but worth it. Love their Strawberry Wild, Aloha Pineapple, Banana Berry, and Mango A- Go-Go. Parking is always a hassle though. The descriptions on the menu board are written in real small letters and very hard to read. Would recommend. read more

I used to be a regular at this location, but began frequenting a different nearby location about a year ago due to the terrible customer service at this location. I went back about a week ago as I was in the area, and the service was even worse than before. The teenagers working the front counter are EXTREMELY rude and are not concerned about customer service at all. They're more concerned with talking about their personal lives (too much info!) amongst themselves than helping customers.They also ask for your name with each order, and then always get it completely wrong... we're talking not even close. read more

Bad, Bad, Bad, Stay away!! Went in and tried to order a combo item. Order taker told me that they do not sell those combo items on the menu, That's false advertising, After writing Jamba's corporate office, the manger replied with some lame excuse that it is cheaper to buy the combo items separate. If that was true, why didn't he train his employees to offer it to me that way? I requested the regional managers number from the manager, but he never replied. When we came here, the 3 employees that were working looked at both my friend and I (the only customers around) but do not say a word to greet us. We proceeded to decide what to get, which took a little while. In the mean time, they continued to clean behind the counter. When we were ready, we walked up to the counter. The phone rang and an employee answered. He went to the back of the store and one employee followed him. The 3rd employee left behind the counter looked at us, but continued to do what he was doing before. Not a word was said to us about being helped the entire time we were there. An awkward silence filled the place while we waited to be assisted. We wait about a minute and eventually decided that this is not the place for our business. We couldn't help but feel that we were discriminated against; all 3 employees were Caucasian while my friend and I are not. Needless to say, we are never coming back to this place again. read more

i had no complaint until today. their service was super. but to me ,good and healthy juice is what i want each visit. today i ordered wheatgrass and look outside window killing couple of minutes of waiting. i happened to look at the person who cut grass and i noticed he pulled grass with roots then he put it into the squeezing machine. i thought it is unsual bcuz they always cut only greenparts. what the heck i just drank and left. i went next market to get some groceries and i felt nausea and vermious. i definately sure its bcuz that roots part ,white color floring ontop .i personally growing wheatgrass at home .i know roots area it's like lite pinkish and lite brown color. anyway, i hopely o.k. myself. i'll keep an eye on myself. sorry my english, bcuz its my second language. p.s. they shouldn't use roots part. thanks for reading. read more

Smoothies are always the right consistency and this Jamba has great service! I was literally in and out of here within 3 minutes. Sometimes the parking lot is a little bit crowded because it is in a relatively small shopping center, but other than that this is my favorite Jamba! read more

Ordered a SMALL protein berry workout which now costs $4.35. That's $4.35!!!! for a smoothie. ice, fruit, and some other cheap ingredients for almost 5 dollars. That is ridiculous in itself. but that's not the reason I'm giving 3 stars. I knew the prices were high coming in the door. No, the reason is that my small glass was only 3/4 of the way filled. Now, that is inexcusable. I would much rather have them discard whatever doesn't fit in the glass than not even make enough to fill the glass. wish i took a picture of it, but this isn't the first time that's happened. quality has been gradually declining at this location while prices are going up. it's a shame. also, i think jamba juice has stopped giving out those BOGO surveys that used to come at the end of their receipts. haven't had one in over a year, maybe even more. and to a previous person's comment, the customer service doesn't really take priority if the smoothie quality/quantity lacks. it's not like you're being served food. you go up and order your smoothie and they take your money. read more
