Apples-n-greens ... slipped the straw under mask! Practiced safe eating! hahaha

Haven't had Jamba Juice since I lived on the West Coast -- was a wonderful, fast, healthy option when flying Jet Blue thru JFK Airport. Easy to slip that straw underneath mask, to try to stay safe while traveling and avoid inhaling Omicron! Grateful for healthy options! Price seemed high but it *is* airport food! Got the apples-n-greens, all plants. Was yummy! Thanks, Jamba!

I had an early morning flight and the line for Starbucks was too long so I had stopped in to this convenient Jamba Juice Kiosk towards the end of the terminal. There was a small seating area right next to it as well which is a plus. It's a full service Jamba Juice and I had one of the fruit bowls which has been my fruit fix for the day. Service was quick and it the fruit bowl was good. Good to know for future flights.

Two things!!! First, I truly hate when a customer request something added and you get the " oh that's (blah blah) more. I hate that!! I didn't get that at all!! Thank you Second, thank you for actually making an açaí bowl the way it should be. This is a filling bowl right here. Most Jamba Juice you go to they literally give you a child portion, but here!!!!! Thank you, I wish the young ladies there today would be everywhere I go because this was the best lunch I had today... so filling

I know they say JFK is a little different, but my GOODNESS... this was one of the worst experiences i've ever had in my life. STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK. They make it hard for people to spend their money. I approached the counter to order a smoothie, when i asked to substitute pinball's of bananas i was told "no pineapple. no pineapple no kiwi and no blueberries". mind you, body posture is everything. the worker had her hand on the register and chin resting on her other hand as if i was interrupting something important and she needed to be anywhere else but here. i then said okay can i have kiwis? she said "what? no. we aint got kiwi". i asked her why she had an attitude and told her never mind because at that point i was over it and i wasn't going to go back and forth over an overpriced smoothie so there was that. i will be following up with corporate though because this experience was ridiculous.

    CLOSED AGAIN

What a disaster this Jamba Juice is. I am at the airport 5-7 times a week and they are Always closed!!!! I just tried again 7am on Thursday April 28th and I was told they would be closed for the day. It's really horrible.

Throwback to Acai Bowl at Jamba Juice! *** Locals Before embarking on a flight, an acai bowl could fuel you up well for your trip! *** Travelers Acai is a super food! Jamba Juice is only in certain areas of northeast, so you're in luck! *** My Recommendation They have smoothies, but I would get the acai bowl! You get a good amount of acai, it's tasty and nutritious! They give average amount for the cost! IG: @foodisseur

I am writing to report a disappointing customer service experience at the Jamba location in JFK…read moreInternational Airport, Terminal 5 (JetBlue terminal). During my visit, I ordered two large açaí bowls with triple peanut butter, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. I often order extra peanut butter because the standard portion is very small, so I specifically paid for the triple peanut butter add-on. The total for the order was close to $60, so this was certainly not a small order. When the bowls came out, my boyfriend's bowl had the extra peanut butter as requested. However, my bowl only had the normal amount. I politely asked if a little more peanut butter could be added since I had paid for triple peanut butter. At that point, a woman who appeared to be a supervisor or manager asked the employee who prepared my order, within earshot of me and several other customers, "Did he pay for that extra peanut butter?" This immediately felt like my honesty was being questioned in front of others. I responded calmly that I had indeed paid for triple peanut butter. She then replied, "I didn't ask you, I'm asking my employee." I explained that it was my order and that I knew what I had requested and paid for. She responded again, "I'm not talking to you." Rather than escalate the situation, I simply accepted the bowl once it was corrected, said thank you, and walked away. As I was leaving, the same employee loudly called out "You have a nice day now!" in a tone that felt clearly sarcastic and condescending. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the other employees behind the counter were very polite and helpful, and the interaction had been pleasant up until this moment. Unfortunately, the conduct of this one employee, who appeared to be in a supervisory role, completely changed the experience. I'm not saying don't ever eat here because I love Jamba Juice, but maybe the employee should work on her customer service skills. I have worked in customer service industries (I was a flight attendant for 10 years and retail before that for over 30 years) for most of my adult life before becoming a teacher, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, publicly questioning a customer's honesty and dismissing them in that manner is not what most people would consider professional customer service. I wanted to bring this interaction to your attention because I believe it reflects poorly on the customer experience at this location.

As there is not really much in the terminal that is on the healthy side to eat it was nice to get a smoothie to take on the plane after waiting a while after a long delay. PB + Banana smoothie made with whey protein. I was just happy they didn't announce any peanut allergy warning on my flight.
