This branch is at terminal 4 at JFK airport and you kinda have to go to when you need a healthy form of a drink other than coffee. I think it's ok service wise giving the staff isn't as friendly but hat might be to the long hours and the overwhelming number of passenger that they have to deal with. And oh.... it's pricy like the rest of New York airport prices. read more

I wasn't here recently, but as I passed by another Jamba Juice, it reminded me... no one from this lousy company ever got back to me. Terrible service! While traveling on business I stopped at the Jamba @ JFK in the Jet Blue terminal! I had such a bad and insulting experience that I wrote a letter to their corporate office and called the number on the receipt. Well, what a waste of time that was. No one reached out to me at all. So here's the story on what happened. I was on an extremely lengthy delay! The food court was jam packed. So I went to Jamba Juice. I go to Jamba Juice all the time and I always get a juice with no added sugar. I don't always know what that juice is, so I ask the cashier. Why should this time be any different. I ask the cashier, who was standing next to a "manager"... the cashier said, no sir, all of our juices have sugar. I said, I'm aware that juice has natural sugars, I want to know which ones have no added sugar. She then said and I quote: "we ain't have nothing like that"! I asked for the manager who was standing next to her. She said, Sir, I heard you ask her. She already told you, that we do t have any juice like that! Now, why argue! I know they do, so I look on line. I walk back there with my phone open to the page that explains it. As I walk up to the counter, the"manager"(I use quotes, because she was no manager) was talking to her security guard friend. She was complaining about ME!!! She was telling him, "yeah, I told this guy we ain't had nothing with no sugar added. He wouldn't listen. Just than I said, that would be me you're talking about and let me show you right here that you do have items with no sugar added. She looked at my phone and said, oh yeah, you can order it with fresh squeezed orange juice, but oranges have sugar! I then pointed out to her how I said that I was aware that juice has sugar, that's why I asked for something with NO ADDED SUGAR!!! She then calls back and ordered what I wanted with fresh squeezed juice. No apology, no nothing!!! I sent in my feedback on their "guest hotline"... a woman reached out to me, took all my information and said, I will pass this along and have someone reach out to you about this. Nope! No one! I didn't hear a thing back! Obviously, I wrote it off and move past it. But when I just saw a Jamba Juice, it reminded me that no one called me back. Now I see where the "manager" learned her customer service skills. I guess that's why they work in the airport. No matter how bad your guest service is in an airport, you're always going to be busy! read more

I've always been a Jamba fan, always. I've been to a couple of Jamba Juices and this one by far is the absolute worst! I was stoked when this place opened up...I no longer had to venture to Terminal 5 for a green juice. The reason I didn't give it one star is because I will be back in the hopes of improvement and because I work at this airport and it is one of the few healthy options in terminal 4. Also, I love Jamba Juice, Of course the -3 stars isn't the establishment or brand but all with customer service and the ratchet employees-including the manager. Honestly, it is an embarrassment to the Delta terminal, the U.S, the company what goes on here. Employees constantly talk amongst themselves, cussing, yelling, ignoring patrons, rolling eyes, hands on the hips, looking annoyed and miserable. Like I get fast food is shitty and working with 1,000 of people who aren't always pleasant or smart is annoying but you can't be miserable to everyone-part of the job is dealing with people. I've gotten ignored, wrong orders, waited 30 minutes when being the only person in line. There is no use talking to the manger/ team lead. He has been around and witnessed this and has done nothing. Overall. Fix this mess Jamba Juice. Too much immaturity and tomfoolery going on here. read more

This is the worst poorly organized group of individuals working at this Jamba location in t4 jfk.930am on a Sunday. I work at the airport and come here often, it has been a lot more crowded in the afternoon And night shifts with less of a wait. The employees are talking and laughing amongst themselves not paying much attention or sense of urgency in what they are supposed to be doing. They aren't clearly calling out or distributing the orders and it seems like just chaos. I lose my appetite and feel like it is more work than my job to come here and eat by the time I receive my order. If i could rate 0 stars I would. read more

The worst service I have ever experienced. Staff had no idea about the health benefits of ingredients and could not tell me which add on had fiber benefits. Gave me the wrong drink and in giving me my order, still made it without my add on ingredient. read more

We stood at the counter for like four minutes before they stopped their conversation and acknowledged our existence. We had to repeat our order like three times because the girl was too busy laughing with her friends. Which made me nervous because I have a life threatening allergy to bananas and I didn't feel like she even heard me. After I paid she said "wait a minute what are you allergic too" I didn't even drink my juice I gave it to my husband. Horrible service. Don't ever go here. read more

The lady walked away to gossip about her boss with her co-worker and then I tore my own receipt because the little girl didn't know how to do customer service. So another girl yelled at me and told me to stop whining. What AWFUL customer service! They should be fire!! I asked her her name and she said James. As an airport employee, I visit this place frequently and I'm finally fed up! I have witnessed employees arguing and cursing each other out, being rude to customers, having attitude, and even ignoring customers! Not to mention that they will just flat out tell u "bowls are not available right now", and I'm looking at strawberries and bananas on the counter top. It happens like a LOT! I think they just don't want to take the extra few minutes to make the bowls. If in fact there are special hours bowls are not available then that should be posted! Get it together folks! read more

This is the WORST Jamba Juice location I have ever visited. Every time I stop by they are missing some ingredient for either my order or the order of a customer in front of me. Then just now they refused to make anything because the location manager was late, and hadn't signed the employees in yet. This was 30min after they were already supposed to be open. There seems to be a serious problem with management at this location. I will no longer be giving them my money. read more

It's not like I had high expectations for food service received at JFK but this was some of the worst. All the employees worked like they hadn't had their morning coffee, slow as could be, and extremely incoherent as to what was going on. There were at least 4 of them working at a time, yet drinks took forever to make, came out of order, or were just forgotten about all together and piled up on the counter. I've been to real Jamba juices where there are only 2 employees on the floor (one taking orders, and one making smoothies) and it went so much smoother. Unless you have 45 minutes to kill before you flight, I'd avoid coming here. read more

The jamba juice is the worst at jfk terminal 4 i ordered a medium juice and they gave me a small one, they didnt want to change the siZe even when they knew i ordered a medium one. I stood at the counter while about 6 employees discussed their social lives using profanity. They literally did not care customers were at the counter. Finally ordered my drink after saying "excuse me" a few times. The cashier took it, told me to swipe my card and walked back to the social event with her coworkers. I had to interrupt their huddle again to ask for a receipt. Jamba Juice corporate- you may want to look into your staff quality. This happened about 11:30am today. read more
