And he was very understanding about where I was coming from with my concerns and addressed them. I was upset and he made sure I left the store pleased. I like green juices so Jamba is one of the location that i stop by. This location has patio sitting area and i loved how the walls were filled with pictures...The ambiance was cozy and warm...The store smells weird and im not sure why and for me it was too dark...When we hear freshness the first thing that comes to mind is the place where is super clean, smells green and bright...This is me and Im not sure how other folks thing but its something that it comes to my mind and for this place it didnt...The workers were ok but not the welcoming or sharp ones...So service was ok but nothing Wow... This is for the management to see : I am the biggest Jamba Juice fan but refuse to go to this location due to how bad the air ventilation is inside, it is hot and stuffy and stinks. I entered the location and stood at the register. I saw that a boy was waiting for his smoothie. It was already done in the blender, but the employee was busy wiping down the counters rather than pouring the drink. The boy's mother came into the store and asked why her son was waiting. The employee answered with "because I was busy" and did a few more swipes with the towel before he poured the drink. I thought he would then come and take my order. While I was waiting for my drink, one of the two young ladies dropped a cup on the floor, picked it up and put it back on top of the clean ones... and guess who got their drink in that cup? Yes, me. I have had several bad experiences here and have not taken the time to write a review but today is the day. First, they had samples of oatmeal and the girl Working said it was $1.99, the sign said $2.99 and I still ordered and then it rang up for $3.99. I said something about the price discrepancy and the person ringing me up said the price on the sign had not yet been updated. Most reputable establishments would honor the advertised price. Today I placed my order for four medium smoothies. My drinks were prepared and there was a good amount still left in the blender. I asked for the reminder and Alexander told me no that I could not have it unless I paid for protein powder as an add in. I asked her if she was going to just throw it away and she said yes! I then asked her to at least fill my smoothies up to the top and her response was, "are you serious right now it's going to burst." She was extremely rude. If this is how this Jamba Juice is being run and this is what the owners of this location are telling their employees to do then shame on them! We have been to this location several times, we live in Brea and go to the Anaheim Hills and Brea location weekly and they always give us any extra smoothie that is made. I paid $37 for four smoothies and to turn around and throw away the remainder is simply wasteful and rude. My son plays baseball at the school near by and we come here weekly. I came in here and ordered the sugar-free drink. I got sick because it had sugar in it. I was told it was natural sugar and it wasn't. I'm only supposed to have certain amount of sugar so I called in and the store said , I'm so sorry come in we're gonna give you a free drink and then when I came in to get the free drink, the girl, (Lilly) the counter said that she would not give me the free drink so she called the manager ( Annette, )and the manager said no, so kind of upsetting. I don't come here often but when I do, there's excellent customer service, & my smoothies are always great.

I had the worst experience here today. I typically order through the Jamba app, and pick my drink up roughly ten minutes later. Today I walked in and the girl working the counter said she didn't have my order. I asked her if she could make it now then, and I'll pay in store. Then she asked for me to show proof of my order. I literally never bring in my wallet or phone bc I already settle all that on the app. Anyway, I went to my car to get payment but noticed my order didn't go through on the app. I resent the order immediately, and when I came back, my order was still not made and she in fact took three other people ahead of me. So I had to wait for three smoothies to be made before mine. She handled it poorly, and was very argumentative. With the amount of smoothies I regularly order via app from this location, it's unacceptable customer service. I will be rethinking where I order my smoothies from now on. read more

Went to a different smoothie/juice place every day for spring break fun. Was surprised that Jamba Juice literally has nothing on their menu with just whole ingredients. Everything has "fruit juice blend" or something thats a typical allergen like dairy. I asked the lady if they had any greens drink with just like spinach, kale, apple etc. and she was like nope.
