I came here on National Smoothie Day and was greeted with super friendly workers. They were advertising their Belgian Waffle and giving out free waffle coupons with a purchase of a drink. I have been back after that and unfortunately, they didn't have the waffle that day. I can't wait to come back to redeem my coupon.

The service was great and this isn't location specific but if I'm paying OVER 10 DOLLARS FOR A MEDIUM SMOOTHIE, I expect the lid to stay on my cup and not come off while I'm driving. So over corporations. Gross.

Your drink will be a mystery amount of liquid, not based on the size of cup selected. Bathrooms disgusting

This place was empty at the time I went, but the service was excellent Gavin was so patient taking the order since it was for a child's friend. He is very good attending. Also the place is clean and organized. There's plenty of parking because of the shopping center. Definitely is a good place to get your juices and you can sit inside the place and outside.

I have had several bad experiences here and have not taken the time to write a review but today is the day. First, they had samples of oatmeal and the girl Working said it was $1.99, the sign said $2.99 and I still ordered and then it rang up for $3.99. I said something about the price discrepancy and the person ringing me up said the price on the sign had not yet been updated. Most reputable establishments would honor the advertised price. Today I placed my order for four medium smoothies. My drinks were prepared and there was a good amount still left in the blender. I asked for the reminder and Alexander told me no that I could not have it unless I paid for protein powder as an add in. I asked her if she was going to just throw it away and she said yes! I then asked her to at least fill my smoothies up to the top and her response was, "are you serious right now it's going to burst." She was extremely rude. If this is how this Jamba Juice is being run and this is what the owners of this location are telling their employees to do then shame on them! We have been to this location several times, we live in Brea and go to the Anaheim Hills and Brea location weekly and they always give us any extra smoothie that is made. I paid $37 for four smoothies and to turn around and throw away the remainder is simply wasteful and rude. My son plays baseball at the school near by and we come here weekly. This location has lost our business and I will be sure to make their poor customer service known to every person that I cross at every establishment, school and baseball field.

Store was clean and decorated cute for summer. The young people working are polite and fast. My smoothie was delicious.

Finally trying Okayama Kobo and it did not disappoint! I've passed by their Anaheim location which…read morehad long waits, but this spot had a much shorter line and also much easier to park. A decent variety of pastries and baked goods available along with different drink options. If you buy at least 6 baked goods, it comes in this super cute box! Everything is around $3-5, which isn't too bad. Looks like they're constantly baking to make more of what tends to run out, so come early if you don't want to wait for them to restock the goods! Definitely recommend the fish sandwich, the earl grey bun, and matcha sunrise! Their spicy curry bun was actually packing a bit of heat so just a heads up on that if you're sensitive to spice! Now their drinks... verrry solid with their cream tops! Banana Crème Matcha was one of the better ones I've had -- and what's great was the ability to sip without a straw to get the right mix of matcha and banana flavors (some spots have such thick crème it doesn't sip as easily). The Taro with Salted Cream was also really good and just the right amount of sweetness.

Okayama Bakery never disappoints! We picked up the cheese curry pan, spicy curry pan, shumai bun,…read moreeverything salt bread, and the original salt bread, and every single one was delicious. The curry pans had a crispy exterior with flavorful fillings, and I loved that the spicy curry pan had a little kick without being overwhelming. The cheese curry pan was rich and cheesy, while the shumai bun was soft, fluffy, and packed with savory filling. My favorite, though, was the salt bread. The bread itself was incredibly soft and buttery with just the right amount of salt, and the everything seasoning version was just as good with an extra layer of flavor. Everything tasted fresh, and it's easy to see why this bakery is so popular. There are so many unique breads to choose from, so it's hard to leave with just a few. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu!

When I walked in, it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me--no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. I arrived about 35 minutes before closing, which is more than enough time to make a juice and still close by 7, but the blenders and juicers were already "done for the night." The frustrating part is that the business itself is actually spacious, clean, and has plenty of seating for customers. They also offer a decent selection of grab‑and‑go items, which makes the experience even more surprising because the setup clearly supports people coming in up until closing. They're generally accommodating with substitutions, but they can be a bit stingy with higher‑value ingredients, which doesn't help justify the price point. As someone who previously worked in and supervised the Whole Foods Market juice bar down the street, we would never deny a customer a beverage during business hours. Cleaning a blender takes about 30 seconds, and it's part of the job until the doors are actually closed. It was disappointing to be turned away when the store was still open. For feedback, the team could have at least offered an alternative option instead of shutting down the interaction entirely. I understand most of the staff are likely high school or college‑aged and eager to clock out, but a little courtesy and effort go a long way. I haven't been back since, which is a shame because the space itself has potential.
