Best Jamba Juice team ever! Aaron, Ryder and I didn't catch the girls employee's name that also helped me. However, all of them were extremely sweet. Greeting me as soon as I had walked in the door. I had done a mobile order and my drink was ready to go. Unfortunately, I had a few things in my hand, and a few steps out the door my smoothie dropped. I went back in to get a smaller cup to transfer what was left of my smoothie and the team had already started making a new one. Amazing customer service and energy :) thank you so much! read more

The worst place ever I will never go back to this place they have a really bad customer service I went today to buy the strawberry blueberry waffle bowl and guess what no waffle they put a bunch of granola that way I don't notice it and not enough Greek yogurt when I get there at 7:32 the girl who get my order I can't provide her name they don't have a name tag on her I give her my order and she was like you " have to pay with card " and I told her I don't have my card on me and she was you have to pay with card because I remove the cash & I said I don't have my card she make faces to me and she started with her bad attitude she was talking to the other kid right there also no name tag that's why I can't say names but I don't know how she do cause I give her cash she didn't give me my receipt or anything so when I get my order the kid throw my bowl with no spoons or bag nothing and I ask him can I get spoons and with out looking at me answer yes one second he went back and give a spoon with attitude I ask him this is the amount of Greek yogurt you guys put in he ignored me again and I told him excuse me I'm asking you something he didn't look at me again and I repeat this is the amount of Greek yogurt which was literally nothing and he said yes and continue doing what he was doing this is the third time I go there because it's my closest location but I will never come back to this horrible place I prefer to drive farther away this is not acceptable I wish I can give 0 star but it's no 0 on yelp read more

açaí antioxidant was everything but acai! what a scam! why you gotta say something that it clearly doesn't have. we pre ordered waffle parfaits 15 minutes before arrival and it still took over 20 minutes for it to get ready (20 minutes of waiting in the store plus the 15 minutes they had time to make it ready) when clearly pre ordering is to go in pick it up and leave when you don't got time. and also let me add that it was 20 dollars for the most bland tasting waffle parfait ever. so not worth it. now just noticed there are plenty of people that have left 1 star reviews and no one has even gotten back to them!! You know normally there is a very short wait here and I normally call ahead for pick up. This time when I called I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and ended up getting to the store before I was taken off hold. I was slightly annoyed by this but as soon as I walked in I saw two of the HARDEST WORKING employees trying to manage the entire store on their own with several other people waiting. I over heard that one of their team members didn't show up and besides the manager (Ryder) the another gal was still training so he was directing her while making other orders, managing the cash register, making smoothies and taking phone orders. Their desiccated attitude and teamwork made me totally fine with the extra wait. Smoothies still came out perfect and I have to say they handled this situation like CHAMPIONS! This Thursday at around 6:30 I had a visit with Jamba Juice with my son and I. I have to say I was not very pleased with the customer service. A young man named Ari had ear-pods in his ears and he was not very respectful towards my son when he kindly asked when his order will be ready. Not to mention the smoothies that my son and I ordered were not blended enough, there were multiple chunks of fruit, the rest of the drink was super liquid-y. We would like to highly recomend visiting this store, Ryder is an OUTSTANDING employee, very respectful, caring, amazing customer service, ecr. We live a little out of this area but choice to come back to this specific location just for Ryder to serve us. He is the best. Words cannot describe his sweetness. My mom just got out of the hospital for the 5th time and had a hard time finding a juice bar that was still open, we called the store at 7:05 and Ryder was more than happy to wait for us so we could get a smoothie for my mom. This is one of the worst Jamba locations - I get Jamba 4x a week. I even buy cases of their breakfast sandwiches to cook at home some days. & this location is the worst of the worst. the people are nice but very "out to lunch" they don't blend the smoothies all the way, & they either over cook the sandwiches to where they are hard and burnt or undercooked and still frozen in the center. I have ordered online a few times and they have been closed. The manager said I was on the list for a free item due to this and I have been in several times and asked and the very young and rude staff has not a clue what I'm referring too. Today I stopped in and it seems Jamba Juice has changed (3 years late) to paper straws. And I asked if they had any plastic because drinking a smoothie with a paper straw will not work. I told the girl working their i know it's not her fault and that corporate makes these decisions but she must understand how limp the straws get. They had a huge stack of plastic straws on the counter I was looking at and the young girl said "no we don't have any we are trying to protect the environment" i pointed to the ones laying on the counter and she said "I guess you can have one but they're for kids only" I informed her the cutting down of trees to produce paper straws isn't necessarily better than plastic for the environment. And also, how are they helping the environment if kids allowed to have plastic but adults aren't. That serves no purpose. Between the low food quality and lack of customer service to have the ability to make good smoothies and toast sandwiches. I will not be frequenting this location anymore. read more

My kids and I frequent this place because it's walking distance from our house and my daughter's school. Most of the employees are very friendly. The female manager can be a real grump though. Another employee messed up my order and overcharged me $5.50. I was not even annoyed, just asking for it to be corrected and she acted all huffy. She didn't even correct the error, she gave me a bunch of almost expired coupons and a card for a free small smoothie which didn't cover the $5.50 overcharge. When I came back a week later, I tried using the coupons and she acted like it was a real inconvenience. She just kept repeating that I could only use 2 coupons. If she'd just refunded the $5.50, I would even have these stupid coupons -_- Other than that, we do love this location. It's convenient, clean and has lots of seating. read more

It's on the way to my work and I like to stop in occasionally and usually order the Banana Berry Smoothie when I don't have time to make my own smoothies at home! My family and I have been coming to this jamba religiously for the last few months and we have been loving there smoothies. Unfortunately we came in on Friday 9/13 and Salma helped us ( my mother and I, ironically ). We tried to use a a paper $2 off any smoothie coupon and my mom handed her a 10 dollar bill at the same time. After a while , Salma said the the coupon was expired ( only by less than a week ) and never gave back the 10$ bill. I said no problem mom, I will pay for the 2 smoothies and I remembered that if I used my jamba app I had a 3$ off coupon. So I pay will my 20$ bill get my change and receipt back. It was after that, that my mom realized she did not get her 10 back. She asked Salma, " Didn't I give u a 10$ bill? I could've sworn I did." Salma said, " No, no you never gave me a 10$". So we sat down and talked and I said to my mom, " Well , I do believe you mom. You should go back over and ask for your money again." I grab the two smoothies we ordered after this and Salma freaks out on her. She said to my mom , " You always come in here and try to use expired coupons, you Fing B&$@*". That's when the two other girls that were working stepped in and solved the situation by giving my mom her 10 from the register and apologized for the terrible customer service we received. We were both shocked by the actions and foul mouth of this very rude girl who pocketed my mom's 10$ bill and cussed her out. Please do something about this management, thank you. read more
