So I came for my birthday drink, first off thanks Starbucks for the drink! This is a very efficient location. When I pulled up, there were about seven cars ahead of me and of those seven they were probably about four that were just ordering because they spent a little bit of time at the speaker. The line moved rather quickly so well done there. I decided I was going to venture out and try something new. I got the iced vanilla latte or I should say protein latte and I will say it was OK. Maybe it needed a little bit more vanilla flavoring, but it was kind of just bland interestingly enough to say. It's not that it was Gross by any means because it definitely was not. It was just ehhh...a drink. I might consider trying it again maybe asking for more vanilla I don't know The lady at the window was kind so kudos to you ma'am. I'll definitely be back to this location as I've been here quite a few times. If I were to say yes, absolutely get the protein coffee I can't quite say yes absolutely but if the nutrition facts are as they say, they are with some extra protein yeah give it a try. It doesn't have any weird aftertaste. It doesn't have any weird flavor it blends pretty easily into the drink flavor profile so yeah I guess give it a try if you want. Today is Starbucks' red cup day so I thought it would be a good opportunity to come visit this new location. It is part of a large shopping plaza so there is plenty of free parking available. There is a drive-through with a long stack. The patio has good seating and inside there are more seating and very quiet for doing work or having quiet conversations. I came around noon and it was not crowded. The barista was very helpful when I asked questions about which drinks qualify for the red cup promo. This is a very nice Starbucks location, very clean and bright. read more

The wait for someone to come to the drive thru speaker is always too long...even at 5am with no one in line. Cannot hear the drive thru, and the employees can't hear you because the speaker is facing a 6 lane 50mph+ street!? The drive thru lane is blocked by bushes that put scratches on your car. I asked four people and a manager (very rude and defensive blonde lady) to PLEASE trim the bushes. She gave me a look like I can't believe you are bothering me with this. Weeks later the overgrown bushes are still there. Also, if you ask for anything at the window they have to lean outide the widow to hear you. I give up. I went inside, took longer. Poor location, people come from all directions/seen a few road rage incidents as it's a maze of turns and manuvering to get to the drive-thru. AVOID this location. read more

WORST STARBUCKS I EVER ORDERED FROM. Now that I've looked at all the horrible reviews I know I'm not alone. I order coffee from this Starbucks multiple times a week and get the same thing at the same time under the same name - a venti HOT blonde vanilla latte. I even get it extra hot with no crazy modifications. It's a simple coffee on every menu. Somehow this Starbucks always seems to send me cold iced coffee, random coffees that aren't mine, and can't make a single coffee right. I have even gone to the length of calling and say I am ordering again, and still received the wrong $10 coffee a second time. This has happened to me over 20 times now, because this is the only Starbucks by me which delivers. Ive photographed each one and am going to bring it up with corporate. Luckily I've been refunded each time by UBER (no thanks to Starbucks) for my wrong coffee but that's not the point. It's not that hard to make a simple, not customized, hot drink that says it should be hot 3x on the order and the label. Repeatedly this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever went to - and you should really train your staff to read hot or cold, it's not that hard. Also the manager should work on their professionalism. This store needs to be looked at, it's the worst reviewed Starbucks I've ever seen. read more

We don't get to stop at this location often because it is a bit out of the way (unless we are heading to the mall over there) but when we are on the area this is a great Starbucks! Again, super friendly baristas and their drinks are always on point. It is a decent size location and there is a fair amount of seating inside but not as many seats out front. Last time we were here they also had some different cups I had not seen elsewhere. Another great Starbucks if in the area. read more

When they closed that one, I went to the Pavilion one on Alicia, but that closed also. That store was always clean. The counter area where the sugar, stirrers, and cream -- which they don't have anymore -- was filthy. Napkins are in a different area, which is odd. The people are not very friendly. Starbucks has officially lost my business. I was sitting quietly, minding my own business, STUDYING in a nearly empty store. Six open tables. Three people inside. No noise. No problem. Or so I thought. Then, for no reason, I'm told I have to leave. Seriously? After years of giving Starbucks my money, THIS is how they treat people? Pathetic. I wasn't disruptive, I wasn't loitering I was literally doing nothing wrong. I might have even bought something... but not anymore. Not ever again. Yesterday my friend and I went to this Starbucks, we were going to go in the drive thru, but we decided to go inside thinking it was going to be faster. Walked in there were 3 people working. We looked at the menu stood by the register and nobody came or acknowledge us for 10min. Then they told us they will be there for us. We wait another 5min. Then they got our orders then it took them 15min, until I asked if our order was ready. Then the girl asked if I knew our order. I told her that the girl that took our order she should know. I have no idea what was going on with the staff today. Her approach was not friendly; in fact, it was rude and unprofessional. I arrived at the store this afternoon around 12:20 PM. I had purchased my coffee a few hours earlier while I was in Irvine and was expecting to meet with my client. As I sat down, she approached me and asked if I wanted to buy something. I responded, "Not right now," but I knew I would eventually order something once my client arrived. She then told me that I couldn't sit there unless I made a purchase and essentially asked me to leave if I wasn't buying anything. Surprised, I asked if this was a new policy, and she said yes. While I understand if the policy has changed, the way she handled the situation was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. She could have simply informed me in a more polite and professional manner. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years and have spent a lot of money at your stores. After this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering whether I should continue coming back. I get to the window and she begins to loudly berate me for not confirming my order before driving to the window. We both even pulled out our driver's licenses to verify and show that it was our birthday. The manager (I think at least, he didn't introduce himself or even bother with a smile either. They just don't listen to your order. I ordered two drinks and a bakery item in the drive through. I received verbal confirmation on all of the items but when I pulled up to the window they only gave me the two drinks. When I asked about the food the barista said "oh you wanted that" and proceeded to ring me up again and hand me the item from right next to him. I also ordered no whip cream on one of the drinks and such was stated on the label. However there seemed to be some on the drink so because of all the mistakes I checked the online receipt. The drink supposed to be without whip cream had an up charge for cold foam, which I never once mentioned or was informed of happening while ordering. I've been coming here for a while and it's safe to say they have rarely ever messed up my order... things happen which is understandable but for the most time they're so great. The staff is friendly with me and my mom all the time. I usually get an iced caramel macchiato with lite ice and an extra pump of caramel, or a acai lemonade refresher. So good! There is plenty of places to sit inside to do work or school work or to just hang out. Outside is amazing too on a sunny day. There's a fountain and about 30 tables to sit at and enjoy the company of family and friends. I didn't get a picture of my drink before I chugged most of it but here's one anyways . I prefer coming to this location then others because they all tend to know what they're doing. It's pretty close to my house and is very convenient. read more

My friend came for the Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino, but they were out. However, they were really nice about it and recommended calling other locations. That was really nice of them, no sarcasm. joel is by far the rudest person i have ever met. he nearly threw our food at us and was so unfriendly. while ordering he very rudely told us we couldnt do 3 orders which if 2 is the limit then okay even though ive never had a problem with 3 orders, but he couldve told us nicely. instead we got a VERYYY RUDE response. when getting our items he didnt even say hello and just shoved our food items in our face. then put the card reader into our face and rolled his eyes when we said "no tip." then we waited another 3-4 minutes for the second order and he closed the window and i couldnt get his attention. then proceeded to tell me he forgot about it and that its my fault and i needed to remind him. joel genuinly ruined my experience and this needs to be taken up with management. joel is a horrible employee and not the typical sweet starbucks person. read more

A male employee named Saam was helpful when answering my questions, but I got the silence routine from an female Asian barista named Elle--not sure if she's shy or speaks limited English. She even knocked on the restroom door when I was in there, and when I was leaving, I could see she was going to clean it. After I exited, I told her, "Okay, it's all yours," motioning with my head. Again, dead silence. Don't know what her damage is. I'm the kind of man who takes a lack of reply as a lack of courtesy. I'll make a point of going to this location earlier in the afternoon. Starbucks is offering a over 200 parties daily at select locations from DEC 27 until Dec 31 to celebrate its customers. They are giving away free tall handcrafted expresso beverage at one of their POP UP Parties across the country. 200 Suprise locations will be revealed daily from 1-2pm to enjoy the free coffee and raise a glass to cheer in the new year. If you go onto their Starbucks app you can find which locations that will be having their pop up party for that day. I had the opportunity to go to one with my mom this past Sat. I got their a little early, and I was met with already a line of people waiting to get their coffee on! We were greeted with welcoming Starbucks employees that were engaging us and offering up samples of lemon cake and other treats while we waited. After asking some questions, I realized that our options are any drink that has espresso in it as long as its not a blended drink like a Frappuccino. So, Mom and I ordered a vanilla latte. The wait was worth it. This location had plenty of inside and outside patio seating. Comfortable tables, couches, and tables. It was very crowded, but the staff was able to maneuver them like champs. The only thing I have to point out was through the chaos, human error tended to happen with miscommunication between the barista and the cashiers. Which happens. After our drink we ordered was redone mom and I enjoyed it. Thank you Starbucks for the generous treat. Parking can be a bit limited to go early. read more

Normally my favorite. The guy at the register who this is about is clearly not paying attention and ordering the wrong items and referring wrong gender w names. Really unclear why Starbucks needs to refer to gender at all but if you so feel inclined please get it right especially when it is obvious. On Saturdays, I take my dog to this Starbucks. I get my coffee and I get him poppy chino. He enjoys his poppy chino and enjoy watching him enjoy it. I usually get my stuff and go outside and sit on the benches outside. I see a lot of people doing the same. I wasn't aware that we couldn't bring our dogs in there. But yesterday I was told to leave the store while I was waiting for my order to be ready. It was pretty inconvenient since I couldn't hear my name being called. Plus why was I allowed to take my dog inside for all this time and all of a sudden I was told I cannot. It's the weekend and people are with their pets.
