WORST SERVICE!!!!!! I been waiting in line for almost 10 minutes and have not been helped or even welcomed !!!!!! It's taking 2 people to make drinks because one seems lost! So that means no cashier even if their is a line of 6. When I finally tried to pay the cashier gives me attitude saying the Apple Pay doesn't work so why even offer it? When I get my order it taste like water and is poorly served. So their was nothing good of this location! The staff is really nice but it's impossible to get a drink in under 10 minutes due to all the online orders. I ordered my drink at 11:00am and didn't get till 11:10. PROS: - nice staff - clean place - can order ahead CONS: - takes a long time to get order. On a slow day it could take 10 min. - usually only 1 person making the drinks - a bit pricey. I'm really upset with how rude the service was here, especially after being a former employee of this particular location when it first opened back in 2006. After a walk I decided to come with my friend to get a smoothie and the time was 9:52pm. I noticed we had a couple of minutes before they close at 10pm. As soon as I walk in through the door I was expecting the usual 'Welcome to Jamba!' but instead I get this 'After these two people in here, we're closed.' I looked at the time and told the girl who rudely greeted us that it was not 10pm yet and that I still had time - especially since the doors were open. She continued to ignore me and I left, VERY UPSET. As a former employee, I would like to come back to a store I used to work at and receive good customer service, a smile, a friendly greeting, but this is really upsetting. I had to go next door to Starbucks to get a drink. I sat outside and noticed other people going in and getting the same kind of service, that they were greeted by the same person telling them they were closed. To my understanding if customers come in while the doors are still open and it is within store hours, you greet them and give them service until the last person has been helped. read more

The customer service is awful here. I placed an order in person and the person who ordered two orders behind me got their drink first. When I went uo to ask why, the employee asked me what I had ordered, then went to the back to tell someone to make it. I told them to cancel the order. The manager was called for the refund. At no point did he ask why I was canceling the order nor did he apologize (in case he already knew). He either needs some training or more something. AVOID AT ALL COST! Unless you have a half an hour to spare. Ordering ahead does not work! The short black girl at the front HATES her job. I went in and checked if they had received my order and she acted dumb, the tall guy intervene and said he was going to work on it. After 30 minutes my drink was done, once more the short girl seen it, seen me and instead waited for 2 other smoothies to be done, gave those out and TOOK MY DRINK TO THE BACK! Wtf? I checked on the app and it said my drink was picked up 7 minutes ago. I asked another girl and the short girl just stayed quiet! There is no "zero star" option, so one star it is. Let me preface this by saying ive worked at jamba when i was in college. So i know what is suposed to happen. The trainings were oddly intense. There used to be a hidden cam show on MTV where they would give horrible service to an unknowing customer to see how long it would take before they blew up or walked out. I KEPT LOOKING AROUND FOR THE DAMNED HIDDEN CAMERA. So about 15 minutes before arriving i called this store to order. Ive dont this at DOZENS of other jambas. I get to this location and there are three people in front of me. Line is not moving because there are 4 workers trying to figure out how to open the register. 15 minites later still in line they figure it out. THen the young lady empties her register and walks off. NO EXPLANATION TO THE WAITING CUSTOMERS. Then a very nice woman (veronica, the only hope for this store) started taking orders. I get to the front HAPPY THAT I CALLED AHEAD. But my drink wasnt made. So i took my seat 25 minites into my ordeal. 4 ppl ahead of me and got a drive 15 minutes later i get my watery arse drink. Gave it away In addition to all this. While waiting for my drink one employee was busily preparing drinks. I was IMPRESSED until she put those bad boys in a carrier and walked them outside and got in her car and sped the eff off. I wont be going back to this jamba. Everrrr. Like ever. They try and they try, but it seems like an extremely busy location that's understaffed. The two guys on shift that they had were very upbeat, friendly, and hard-working; but how are two people (one at the cash register and one making all the drinks) supposed to fill orders for 10+ people quickly? The answer, they can't. My friend and I joined the crowd of people waiting for their drinks for half an hour or so on a Saturday afternoon. Thank goodness it wasn't hot outside, or the crowds might have been worse. I didn't mind the wait for our drinks (the employees really were very positive, despite being noticeably stressed), but given how busy the parking lot was and how long it took to get parking and then get our drinks, it was a while before we could enjoy our smoothies. read more
