She rang me up and complete my purchase. When she handed my receipt I notice she charge me $40. I told her I didn't ask for this and would like you to correct this. She said "oh my sorry I thought you said 40?" And I said no I said $20. (If the music wasn't that loud I wouldn't be having this problem.) I told her to undo the whole transaction and give me the correct amount. At the point she was punching alot of buttons fast and told me to grab a different card and she can split the transaction. I told her whatever works best for you. But I knew something didn't feel right. She kept my original receipt of $40 and gave me my new one. And she told me that I should receive a $20 credit in my bank account within 3 business days. I left and days passed and I never received my money back in my checking account. I follow up on the 5th day and walk-in again and spoke with Francine. I told her what happen and she ask for my original receipt of $40 dollars and I told no she took my receipt.
