I'm so conflicted to write this one.. A poorly blended smoothie is very frustrating! This particular order was $25 so I expected more than a chunky smoothie & shot. FOR THE LIFE OF ME, THICK DOESN'T MEAN CHUNKY. IT JUST MEANS THICK, I ALWAYS HAVE TO MENTION WELL BLENDED & IT SEEMS TO BOTHER SOME BUT IF I DON'T, I END UP WITH A CHUNKY SMOOTHIE. Needless to say, I was not able to enjoy my smoothie because fruit and ice kept getting stuck in my drinking straw after clearing it and trying to sip on another side of the cup the same thing just kept happening so I have to wait until I can get home to re-blend my smoothie. :( read more

They don't use fresh squeezed oJ. Most of their juices are equivalent to Tropicana. I was told this by an employee. The fresh juice selection is severely limited. Prices are still premium. I get fresh squeezed at other Robek's. Don't know why this one cuts corners. You can taste the difference. Avocado toast still hits. I would go to this location for that only. read more

Oh what the heck I know I reviewed this. Good stuff except smoothies so expensive these days. They have food menu options but it's like Jamba juice basically. Even fast food burgers are 8 bucks now so I just can't get stuff anymore. I had some mailer coupons that's why I came. No seating inside sadly. It does taste good but. Kinda between 3-4 stars. To set the stage, we are currently in the midst of a heatwave. My lady and I had a long rewarding and fulfilling work week, and yesterday was the first time we got to relax with a movie at home. Of course the heat isn't exactly fully abated given our current AC status, so we hatched this brilliant plan of getting our favorite Açaí bowls delivered to us, for our R&R time. Now, we're all excited for the Açaí bowls (you know how you get with your favorite food items), we're preparing some side dishes, sharing some laughs, and everything is just about ready. We finally received our order, and it's not the way we expected, at all. You want talk about seeing temperature rise; all that was displayed on my lady's lovely face was frustration, disappointment, and sadness. These are things no one wants to see their significant other experience, and that translate into one's own personal frustrations. So, I reach out. Not only did Tallen handle the entire call with sincere professionalism, which almost immediately cooled my own budding frustration. He went out of his way to identify the problem, and resolve it while taking accountability for the mistake that wasn't even his own. We've patron Robeks for over 10 years because we love their products, but Tallen provided us with an entirely new experience that adds to our love for Robeks. The reason I give this location one star is because of the unprofessionalism of the management and how they treat their customers in the community that is spending our hard earned money. The management at this location needs to be fired Immediately, they need to start over with a new manager that is professional, and that cares about their job and pleasing the community. I have experience this manager unprofessionalism firsthand, and as a community leader, I have heard different things about this manager, treating her employees like trash and talking behind employees backs like a kid we as a community cannot have this kind of unprofessionalism, and we must get rid of the manager immediately in order for this location to survive. there is a lot of youth that work there and I wouldn't want my kids to work under this kind of unprofessionalism and it's unfair to the youth that they work there. read more

They say Robeks but they don't follow policy. I added extra Blue Berries for extra nutrients and asked if it can be placed in a large cup and was told " if you add anything to your drink we take put less of everything else so it can still fit in a medium cup because u ordered a medium." the manager called the owner to confirm after I called another location that told me " no that's not policy we canput it in a larger cup if you added extra stuff to the drink". The owner told me only his location is ran like that. The app is simple and easy to use. And then came over to pick up our smoothies. They were ready when we arrived. The store was clean. The server was very friendly, and the store was clean. I love ordering ahead via the app for in-store pickup because my meal and drinks are always fresh and ready on time. Even on those instances when I order in person, the wait time is reasonable and the staff is pretty frinedly. So glad we have a Robeks in the community. read more

It was so exciting when they opened this location in a predominantly black neighborhood and hired the local youth. Definitely something I think the community benefited from. Management on the other hand is horrific. I've never used the kiosk at Robeks before, no reason why but I don't mind waiting in line to get help. Usually the workers are busy which I understand, and it's not bothersome at all as i don't mind waiting. Usually once the employee sees me they come over and take my order no problem. This particular day, I waited in line to be assisted. The white female manager tells me "just use the kiosk". I immediately got turned off and left and while I was leaving she said "well if you would've waited I would've taken your order". No greeting, no acknowledgment. The issue isn't the kiosk, the issue is her very rude and condescending demeanor. I do use the kiosk now because it is easier and I suppose some ppl just don't want to take orders, which isn't a problem. However, as a white woman working in a black neighborhood surrounded by black individuals, there should be some sort of respect and decorum. All other workers are amazing, drinks are amazing, and a very clean establishment. read more

Giving this establishment 3 stars as my drink was great and the establishment was clean. However the petite AA young lady with the cornrow braids was not welcoming whatsoever . I am an AA woman , so i am not racially profiling her . She was not friendly at all and exhaled out of frustration from the beginning of my order to the end . I ordered one straight forward drink without any substitutions, so i presume her frustrations may have been from a staffing issue as I did see her both cashiering and preparing drinks as well along with another gentleman . I was never greeted , she never smiled , never welcomed me at all . I felt as though she was just annoyed in general, but took it out on me , the customer. There were a few other people waiting on orders and I noticed the same lack of professionalism towards them as well. I live in the area and have only ordered online from this location . I've never had an issue with my online orders . Today decided to take a drive to check out the location , and was greatly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and low level customer service . If this behavior and frustration was brought on by a staffing issue and/or the person was just having a bad day , this is 100% fair as well all have bad days . However management needs to either provide better staffing or more customer service training for the team as my experience was beyond uncomfortable!
