The highest quality that brings in business is Customer Service. Just simply smiling and greeting people makes the ambiance more welcoming and comfortable. It's at Town Center of Mililani, next to Starbucks. Store was clean and the staff were friendly. I haven't been to Jumba Juice for a while so I asked some recommendations. The staff told me her recommendations: healthy, fruity and sweet ones. Green n' Ginger sounded nice because that time I didn't want anything too sweet. It was lemonade based and only lightly sweet. I liked it a lot. Lychee one looked good too so next time I want to try lychee. It was little late in the morning but I saw lots of people walking around with Jumba Juice cups. My wife ordered a one matcha and one vitamin c smoothie here. There is nothing special to these smoothies and they are overpriced in my opinion. My rating does not reflect this opinion however. My rating IS for their lack of staff. There were so many orders and the line was getting backed up to where the smallness of the shop was getting tight. You could already tell that because of this the staff was irked. The cashier lady seemed like she was getting impatient with us deciding what to order. I waited in line to order while several teens placed orders. Noted many smoothies and carrot juice options on their large menu, but also saw several hand-written signs pasted to the cash registers told of problems - "no lychee" "no 2%milk" and several other items they lacked. I came for carrot juice. Time to order, asked for a mixed carrot/orange juice. I was told no carrot juice as they had no juicing machine anymore! I expressed surprise since the written "86'd" items did not warn of no carrot juice and the large overhead menu was not covered to note - no cartot juice drinks. I asked if other Jamba's in the area had stopped making carrot juice, employee didn't know... I looked at the menu again, saw oat milk as an option, yay! Since I don't drink apple juice (many of their drinks made with this base), I went to an old favorite, but fattening so I only get it every 5years or so - the Peanut Butter Moo'ed. I asked the employee if oatmilk substitute for the out-of-stock 2% milk was an added cost and was told no, same price, great!!! I ordered that drink using oatmilk versus more soy milk. She responded "oh, we're out of oatmilk". What???!!! Poor training, bad customer service, bad management of staff and ordering. I ordered nothing, said I would contact the manager- told her not her fault, bad management and training. *note, no way to contact managers on website, so here I am instead. This in a less than immaculate store, what a disappointment. No wonder they often post need of a district manager on job sites. Jamba Juice is off their game. I won't ever return. The staff is usually extremely helpful and amazing! Today I ordered a acai bowl and an apple cinnamon pretzel. The girl that took my order was extremely nice and very professional. However, there was a rude girl that twirled her hair then put my pretzel into the warmer. Then I asked what would she recommend out of the new watermelon summer selections. She responded by rolling her eyes and then saying IDK BECAUSE I DONT LIKE WATERMELON. Her name is LaLa. She needs to be retrained. Definitely not the Jamba Juice Image. If I could give zero stars I would. The older female employee had such a horrible attitude. She obviously doesn't want to be there nor does she care. Her demeanor, body language, and outright hostility toward customers is astounding. She can't even extend the simplest customer service. I went in looking for my mobile order, she kept insisting I was at the wrong location, I verified the store address, name on order, what I ordered. Everytime it was no, no, no. Then magically, they find my completed order sitting in the back. It wasn't even 5 minutes from when I clicked order to when I showed up. I have to say that Jamba drinks at their different locations are pretty consistent. I got an email about them bringing back their watermelon drink, but unfortunately it's not in Hawaii yet. I went with what I usually get, the lychee one. I find that it's not as tangy as their other drinks. The hubby went with the electric berry lemonade. He must like it. I went to the Mililani location after a long day at work to get a pick-me-up for me and my family. I ordered around 4:50pm, and the ambiance was okay, like any other jamba juice. However the service was very bleak and depressing. When I entered, they looked at the door, clearly acknowledging that they had customers but there was no "welcome" or "be right with you." I stood at counter patiently waiting because I understood they were finishing up their tasks and I was in no rush. However, the girl there (I didn't get her name, but she looked young, had fair skin, and her brown hair in braids), went to the register, punched in her code (I'm assuming) and just looked at us with a blank stare. I was a bit taken aback that there wasn't any greeting. I worked in customer service and am a teacher, so I know how important it is to make good first contact with your customers or target audience. After ordering, there was no repeat of my order to see if she got it right or no "thank you". Even after we got our order, she did not thank us or told us to have a good day. Again, she just looked blankly. There other two workers (one young man in the back and one woman who had just clocked in) looked equally miserable. I get not liking your job or being tired (I hated working in the food industry myself), but at least try to be a decent human being. read more

There are two Jamba locations in Mililani that I visit but this review is on the one by the theaters in the Town Center. There are lots of promotions on new flavors, previously it was pomegranate but this week 3 lychees became available. You are greeted as soon as you enter, you place your order at the register, enter your phone number for reward points and give them your name. Sometimes I ask for an energy boost or an immunity boost if it's needed. I seem to enjoy their bowls so it was easy to decide on the new lychee mango bowl. When I'n extra hungry or feel like a treat, a banana loaf is part of my order too. They will warm it up for you too. You can see your order being prepared rhen once your name is called your item(s) are ready to go. They are swift at tearing the bottom wrapper off your inserted straw. I really like Jamba Juice and the service and always friendly. This experience wasn't the greatest though. I ordered the acai bowl for lunch adding extra strawberries, bananas, and granola. The charge extra but I didn't get any of it. Not worth it. They also messed up the order and didn't give me any trouble in making me a new one right away. Leila at the register took my order and when I went to put in my phone number for the reward points I let her know that the screen on her register was broken. So she asked me to type it in on the other register, which I did. I accidentally clicked "Not Now" when asked if I wanted to use the coupon, so I let her know. However, the line went down very fast and they were using a good system. I decided to try the watermelon dream, which was delicious. Purchased the Loaded Acai Bowl, which was topped with strawberry, blueberry, banana, pineapple, granola, coconut, almond, and honey. Usually I love to order this on the menu, because I love how fresh and natural the ingredients are. However, I had a different experience on my most recent order. Although the toppings on the bowl looked beautifully cut, beneath it was completely watered down. It was so "liquid-y" that it made it unappealing and difficult to eat. I'm not sure if they recently hired new employees to make the smoothies, but this past experience makes me not want to get another acai bowl from them again because it's not worth the price. Also, I was surprised that they do not compost their fruit. I saw the employee who was preparing the toppings dump the excess fruit straight in the trash can. And yes, the other 2 customer orders the same type of drink as ours, just with different add in! So no! I couldn't tell by the color!
