    My drink

I got the Mangomorphosis with blue spirulina, which is a type of superfood algae. It tastes AWSOME. Yummm!

It's at Town Center of Mililani, next to Starbucks. Store was clean and the staff were friendly. I haven't been to Jumba Juice for a while so I asked some recommendations. The staff told me her recommendations: healthy, fruity and sweet ones. Green n' Ginger sounded nice because that time I didn't want anything too sweet. It was lemonade based and only lightly sweet. I liked it a lot. Lychee one looked good too so next time I want to try lychee. It was little late in the morning but I saw lots of people walking around with Jumba Juice cups. It must be a popular breakfast drink place around here.

Price on the menu was lower than what I was actually charged. Ordered a small guava thinking it was only $7 , but I ended up paying close to $10. Jamba Juice Mililani is doing silent inflation like it's a secret mission

I have to say that Jamba drinks at their different locations are pretty consistent. I got an email about them bringing back their watermelon drink, but unfortunately it's not in Hawaii yet. I went with what I usually get, the lychee one. I find that it's not as tangy as their other drinks. The hubby went with the electric berry lemonade. He must like it. It's his second time ordering it. The workers were friendly and helped us with our order. There was one customer ahead of us. Our drinks came out pretty fast. This location is at the Mililani Town Center. It's right next to Starbucks.

Son wanted Jamba Juice for breakfast so here we are. We went early (6:45 am) before the school rush so I was able to walk up order my sons citrus squeeze no banana sub strawberries and an oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar ... oops say what?? No brown sugar?? She suggested honey so I said okay. Our order was perfect and service was quick! Thank you Angie! Lots of parking right outside of their entrance.

At least like 4-5 other tables sat besides us. We got: * Mozzarella sticks: 7/10 pretty basic, tastes like store bought frozen cheese sticks refried (pretty sure it is) * Breakfast Burrito: My friend said this is always his go-to. I didn't get to try, but he seemed to really enjoy it. Super cheesy it seems o Side of buttermilk pancakes: 8/10, solid, a hefty side to have. * SPECIAL: Cheeseburger Omelet: 8.8/10. I requested for no pickles. This was pretty good, I probably would have requested for the mustard and kictehced to be on the side so I could portion it a bit better o Side of hashbrowns: 8.2/10. Solid side to have. I wish it was crispy on both sides though. The bottom side be lacking in color. The service was friendly but they were lowkey lacking on the speed. The side of pancakes came first, then the mozzarella sticks came a few minutes later. Then 10ish minutes later I got my omelet. Then 10 more minutes and my friend got his burrito and that's when I got my hashbrowns.

My personal favorite was the honey butter chicken and waffles. That chicken was so well marinated and fried to perfection. I saw a news story on the wall that the owner had worked at Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles. We've been to Roscoe's and this place's chicken was much better. The skin was perfectly crisp and the honey butter sauce was only slightly sweet which added a bit of flavor but did not overwhelm you with sweetness. My kids ate up the chicken meat and I was happy to enjoy the crisp chicken skin by itself. My wife also really enjoyed the waffles and found them to be quite flavorful, again preferring them over what you would get at Roscoe's. The gravy on the loco moco was fantastic and perfectly paired with the rice. My son ordered the churro waffles and was happy with his selection. For me, though, I dream of that crisp chicken skin. However, my husband and I were a bit underwhelmed by this. Aesthetically, it is a 10/10 but sadly the taste did not match up to the visuals. The crab cake benedict was dry and we didn't taste much of the crab. We're also from MD so our standards for crab cake are a bit high. The loco moco was a little too salty for my taste. The stand out however was the ube pancake. It was perfectly sweet. The fitness omelette was just okay, and the sweet potato fries were not crisp and went cold pretty quickly. I would still like to give this another try since it's so close to where I live. Luckily, we beat the rush and we got a discount for being there early which was a huge plus! The staff were very attentive and kind. The service was fairly good as well so I wouldn't be opposed to giving other menu options a try.

It smelled great while I was driving home and couldn't wait to dig into it. 10 minutes later I finally get home and dive right into the plate. The kimchi fried rice was mushy and gummy nothing like fried rice. It was barely warm so I know it was prepped far in advance and held which may have made it more mushy. It would have been better off if they just dropped everything into the rice cooker, and cooked it the night before. Then when an order comes in stir fried it then. Oh and there was no kimchi in my fried rice. They used the base to season the rice which also makes the rice mushy. On to the scrambled eggs. They were rubbery and dry. Signs that they were cooked over high heat. The little smokies... well pretty hard to screw that up. Good side they served a lot of them. Over all for $8 I don't really consider this a deal not with the issues with the food anyway. Not a fan.

Everything looked appealing and appetizing to the eye, but we were met with disappointment on multiple dishes. With Da Bite, you get a flight of three smaller portions of entrees: 1) the waygu loco moco meat was overcooked and the gravy was just salty; 2) crab benedict was more breading than crab so once you bit in, it was quite mealy underneath the initial crunch. The lack of crab could easily go unnoticed when smothered in sauce. 3) Ube pancakes with ube marscapone... the marscapone was delicious, but the pancakes lacked fluff and moisture. The kids pancakes also had the similar spongey dry texture and my nephew chose to only eat half the portion. We also had the Longsilog, which is a sweet sausage, but it was overly sweet for my taste. All in all, the food was just all right for the hype. Maybe we would've enjoyed it better if we hadn't already experienced better versions of similar menu items that set the bar earlier on the trip.
