Food typical but the service is less than awful. Also unhygienic in that after they make and pour your drink they then insert the outside of the blender into the drink to scoop out drink. I love this Jamba Juice. Its so close to my house! They always greet me and remember my favorite drink or energy bowl order so if there is a line they get it started and I pay when its my turn. Clearly I'm there ALOT if the remember my orders (lol) so I do enjoy this place. They seem to have added more staff. This place can get very busy as there is other popular stores next door so mornings are a pretty good time most days. Overall keep up the great work guys! You are all awesome :) read more

Worst experience! Decided to try their Fruit and Greek Yogurt bowl and returned to work with exactly just that, minus the rest of the ingredients (flax seed granola and drizzled honey) Having only 30 minutes for lunch I rushed out of there, thinking I was gonna eat what was listed on the menu. Most disgusting taste ever!! And I was the only customer when I got in and ordered, three staffs and in few minutes only two other customers came in. So f'up!! read more

The reason I gave this particular Jamba Juice location a perfect score is because they always give me a personable experience which to me is very important. Customer service and hospitality has that general "superior quality" standard everywhere (or at least some places claim to strive toward it) but what will set any company apart is the unique experience they provide to their customers and I definitely get that from here. I wish I knew the name of the particular employee, but she knows my favorite drink and will have it ready before I even order it. Everyone is also very friendly and on top of providing fast service and helping each other. They never have strawberries ay 6:30 in the morning!!!! And preorder is never ready I order 20 minutes early because of this. It was not a chunky strawberry it was just everything but strawberries. I really love Jamba Juice as a whole and I've been to many locations but this location in specific always seem to either mess up my order or not be on top of things. Countless of times, I'll bring in my own Jamba cup so that they could put my drink in there and somehow they always forget about it and put it in a regular plastic cup. The guy at the register doesn't even tell the people making the drinks that I wanted my drink in my cup. I ordered a ginger shot today and it didn't taste fresh at all and I actually saw that it wasn't freshly squeezed but the taste was so sour and bitter (I've had plenty of shots before, I know they don't taste the best but I do know when they're fresh). The staff was friendly enough to offer me a fresh shot but unfortunately I had to go. I have no complaints about the staff themselves, they are all super nice and friendly but their work ethic and communication could be a little better. read more

This is the best Jamba Juice in the San Fernando Valley! Been coming here since it opened. The staff is always super friendly and engaging to my 2 kids and I. They are quick and efficient and the Manager, Tatanna, is very professional, responsive and helpful (she helped me with Fundraising Giftcards for my son's sport's team). I recently tried a different Jamba Juice in Northridge and felt the complete opposite - they were slow and not very friendly. Everyday I usually get Starbucks but recently I wanted to try something healthy and new. So I decided to go to Jamba Juice next door. There were two gentlemen ahead of me that were friends. They were very friendly to the lady employee that was taking their order, not saying that is a bad thing. But when the lady employee starts flirting and literally has a 15 minute conversation with the men, that is when there is a problem. She does know that I want to order, I made that very clear with eye contact. Instead, she rather laugh and flip her hair and flirt with the men. I waited the least 15 mins for me to order. I was so pissed and tired of waiting (it was stupid for me to even wait that long), all I said on the way out was "Are you serious!" and walked out. I have been a cashier/ hostess and I know when to stop the conversation or at least say excuse me I need to take the next order. She defiantly needs to know how to do better customer service. I ended up going back to Starbucks. I will never be going back to that location again! read more
