I was here for smoothie day and they were so crowded but the staff was so friendly and nice throughout out the whole day. They were nice enough to grant everyone who was in line the promotion even after the deadline. I came here on national smoothie day since they had a deal - $1 smoothies (strawberry or mango) from 3-6pm! I actually saw an ad on ig but they also had people dressed up in giant fruit costumes holding up signs on the sidewalk! they had balloons outside and it felt really fun! there was a pretty long line when it started at 3, but around 4 the line was much smaller! they also premade a bunch of the smoothies which was good bc the line moved quickly and it was super efficient! when I ordered, another worker had my order ready as soon as I paid! Jamba smoothies are pretty consistent imo and I love that there's pieces of real fruit in them! also it's very hard to find something negative to say about a $1 smoothie. overall, great service & atmosphere! read more

Always tastes delicious, creamy, and perfect when I order from this branch! I was able to try and order the Strawberries Wild drink, wanting the classic strawberry banana smoothie. It doesn't come with milk, but instead apple juice. They were busy when we came but after it was ordered, the staff got to making it quickly and efficiently. It was made smoothly and I was happy when I sipped it. Parking lot is spacious and it's convenient. There are rewards you can get if you have the app and you can pickup mobile orders on the left counter. Overall great experience here! read more

Walked in at 7:59 ready to order. It took a while for them to notice me. Then during me ordering with an employee the manager walked out from the back, interrupted us, and told her, not me, we are closed and walked back away. She then awkwardly had to refuse my order. I think the management is unprofessional, if you are closed you should address the customers who have already walked in. And make sure to close and lock the door during close. Always a nice treat. The drinks are eyeballed which is completely fine with me. The parking lot is really large and shares the space with a number of stores. There's almost never a parking concern with this location. The store itself is small. I didn't really see a sitting area indoors, but there are some outdoor furniture that is shared by other stores around the block. read more

BE WARNED!! I swear, this location in particular has PROBLEMS!! I placed my order, requested extra add-ons and also requested a larger cup size because of all the add ons. What is going on? Look at this $14 mess. Açaí Primo bowls aren't cheap. They're usually a composed appetizing looking açaí bowl. This is an expensive bowl of slop. This is a huge disappointment. Did I mention the bananas are old, brown and mushy? I was their only mobile order and no other customers were in the store. Three employees working and this is what I got. Wow. My son picked up a mango a gogo for me just about 10 minutes ago with immunity and no ice. I sent him just to get some refreshing drink as I am recovering from Hart surgery so I called the store. A gentleman answered the call. He transferred me to a shift lead, a lady who picked up the phone right away she goes what seems the problem my respond why hi hello and she did not care to respond with greeting so she was extremely rude right now is 6:08 PM on Sunday, 22 of September, so whoever reads this from Coorprate will know who is the shift lead tonight to prove that she was rude. I asked her what is inside my drink with pieces of plastic. Every sip I take I have to spit out little pieces and chunks out of my drink so she goes bring it back to me. I need to see proof I've been buying my drink from the store for the last seven years never had this issue. I asked her what is the alternative to fix the situation as this drink is not enjoyable, so she goes there is nothing I could do about it and she hung up the phone call on me when I told her. I'm going to write you a review with one star because you are rude when you picked up the call and lying to me that she said hello, she never did and on top of it she hung up the call and now they're not answering my phone calls so she never gave me her name when I ask her to. I come to this one to get a plant-based pumpkin smash, after getting a Rancid plant-based Pumpkin Smash from the Canoga Park location. (See that review separately.) And so I watch closely as the employee begins to make my drinks with regular milk. I inquire if that was for the pumpkin smashes and she replies yes. I correct her that they are plant-based and she looked at me and went to check the order as if I'm lying or I don't know what I ordered. Then she says oh and looks irritated that she needs to start over because she made a mistake that luckily I caught because this isn't just a preference but an allergy. Not sure what's wrong with these younger employees that just have such a bad attitude but it's really ruining my Jamba experience. I had a really great experience today at Jamba Juice. I haven't been here in a long time. Craving something cold and chocolate so I ordered a peanut butter moo'd on my app and came to pick up. Then I decided to also order a ginger shot and wheatgrass shot. The machine was no it behaving and it took a little while to get my order. I'm not complaining but Fred just made my day by giving me a wheatgrass shot in a little bottle on the house. I absolutely love the customer service. As for everyone else they're cool too. I ordered a pink star at this location and the person who made my drink didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My drink didn't even come out tasting how it usually tastes and she completely skimped out on portions. None of my ingredients were blended properly. I had chunks of ice that clogged my straw and I chewed most of my drink. Awful. I probably won't return to this location. I was here on March 26, 2023 at 12:49pm and both the girls that were working are extremely rude, had a horrible attitude towards me and they made the person who ordered after me, drinks first when I was here first and ordered before that lady. I believe they did that because I didn't add a tip which is so not ok to do. Do your job and don't act out of spite just because a tip wasn't added, you aren't entitled to a tip. They literally made 4 other drinks before mine when all I ordered was a small kids size drink. Talk about money hungry and poor customer service. This is one of the smallest Jamba Juice locations I have been too. The ordering area is not much bigger than a walk in closet. It can get very crowded at times especially when they are busy. Parking here is a little bit of a pain because the parking lot is shared with several businesses and the spaces are so small that people end up taking up two spaces. The service here is a hit and a miss. Depending on who is working, you will get great service or so-so service. read more
