Used to come to this location all the time on the way to work but have since been trying small businesses or just making coffee at home. Today I forgot my coffee somehow and had to frantically place a mobile order when I was almost there lol! Haven't been here in years and I remember the workers being SUPER friendly and that was still the case! I was literally a minute away and they had my drink ready. Mobile order is fantastic and the drink was perfect! I got a grande iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso with extra hazelnut pump. It was so delicious. I'm typically a huge fan of their pumpkin spice so you know I'll be back for it!! The parking lot is pretty big too and not busy in the morning so there's plenty of open spots. First off, a lady with a nose piercing got my drink wrong--I ordered an iced flat white with almond, but she said she didn't have almond, so I said I'd take oat milk. I waited for about 10 minutes and I was given a regular Latte with regular 2% milk. I was already close to running late to an appointment, and asked to see if the manager was here. I happened to talk to him, "Jake" was on his name tag, and I told him about this incident. He seemed to have something else in his mind and did not even care that his store's service was impeccably slow and that his crew members couldn't get an order right. Mind you, the store was basically empty, and I didn't see any cars out in the drive-thru when I parked. I understand if you have a busy store but it was just so slow. So when I asked Jake if I could get the correct drink, he directed me to wait in line at the cash register to order my drink again. Usually, when Starbucks gets my order wrong, they remake it on-the-fly, but the fact I had to reorder my drink back in line felt ridiculous. I then left because there was a large family waiting in line and I couldn't deal with this store's incompetency. I'd be happy to talk to corporate about this. Please, fire Jake! read more

This location is by far one of the worst, they need to speed up their process, I get it can be busy but my goodness do they have you waiting such a long time through the drive-thru line. It's always the same too, this is the only location close to my job so sometimes i have no other option and I feel like I'm waiting in line for more than 30 min and once you pull up to the window, they still take a long time to give your drink. Don't know if she was having a bad day but In the exchange of her handing off a fork, it fell on the floor between the car and the window. She proceeded to roll her eyes as we said sorry for the missed hand off even tho it was no one's fault. We went ahead and opened the door to pick it up as she was grabbing another one and we said sorry again. Once again she didn't acknowledge us. I have to admit this is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. Always too busy, some of the staff isn't friendly, and the manager has been rude in the past as well. Last Thursday I was forced to stop in as I was I a hurry. It was busy and a rush. When I got to the cashier, I believe her name was Aydin, greeted me very welcoming. Which is weird because usually everyone has bad attitudes. I had a sizable order with a few special requests but she was patient and smiling the whole time. I apologized for the large order and she assured me it was fine. Getting the order wasn't as great as the baristas seemed annoyed. But the front end service made up for that. The manager must tell the employees "Don't speak unless spoken to" I used to go to this starbucks often as it's on my way to work. I would typically place my mobile order right after I get off the 118. NEVER has my order been even close to being ready by the time I get there. It takes anywhere from 8-12 mins depending on lights to get there from the freeway. Then when you do walk in NOBODY says "Hi" "I'll be with you in a moment" "Welcome to Starbucks" So today I tried them again and it was the same experience as always. I had to speak up and say "I have a mobile order" before anyone spoke to me and of course the order wasn't ready. I spoke to a Manager a couple of months ago about this same type of experience and nothing was done. I won't be going to Starbucks anymore. The reason I was willing to pay $6 bucks for a latte was because I could mobile order and be in and out. That's not true with this Starbucks. read more
