I've reviewed this location positively in the past, but I walked in today at 11:15 AM to find just ONE person working - that's 1 staff member taking orders and filling them. I don't know if this was management's way to save money by scheduling a skeleton staff, or several of the staff decided to take their break at the same time. Either way, I waited 5 minutes, realized I wasn't getting any closer to being served, and decided to leave. Do NOT order from this location unless you want to get sick. Bad experience all together. They were playing music so loud i couldn't even hear the employee taking my order and he seemed frustrated when i asked him to repeat what he said. It smelled inside. The fridge they have to sell other bottled drinks and snacks was almost empty but not completely empty and was leaking inside, they had a tray inside to catch the leaking water?! With edible drinks in there?! They also had a plastic cup of water with a temperature gauge in the leaky fridge. I used to work at Starbucks so i under there's not much they can do with broken appliances however they could have took the drinks out of it instead of trying to sell them. Anyways i ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and it was watery and the bananas on top were not ripe at all. They were hard to bite into. After eating half of my bowl. I threw it out and left. I occasionally come here in the morning for the oatmeal. I order it w/more than one topping. For the most part they can rarely seem to get my order right. There is only one girl who is consistent and gets it right every time. She listens, repeats it back and does it. Every other employee either doesn't listen or I think honestly can't hear me over the noisy equipment (so I kind of can't blame them). Although I am a fan of some Jamba, I refuse to return to this one. This is because both me and my sis got an awful bought of food poisoing after drinking off Jamba's from this particular location. I was sick for a week, throwing up my guts, had to miss my trip to Mammoth, and after projectile vomiting for several days, me and my sister had to visit the emergency room, FUN. Isabel was seriously the most genuine and sweetest employee I've ever encountered. She took her time with me to inform me about different vitamins and drinks. A rude customer was impatient behind me and made an unnecessary comment of "is there anyone else working here!? This is taking forever". I let her go in front of me. In fact, the staff goes beyond normal expectations to ensure the customer is happy. Last time I was in they urged me to try something new and were so confident I'd enjoy it they agreed to replace it if I wasn't thrilled.
