I don't come to Jamba Juice very often. But when I do it's to this one on Plummer. Parking is always tight and it's hard to get a seat. But the staff here is pretty fast knocking out juices. October is Pumpkin spice is twice as nice month. I like to get it in so I'm sick of pumpkin til next year, which is not easy. Starbucks and Jamba Juice dominate this section of the strip mall. I jibe of feel sorry for the other spots here trying to make it. The patio seems pet friendly. At least no one said anything to me. Hello I came into this location for my pregnant wife around 950 PM on a Friday 12/20/2018 and the workers there started rolling there eyes at me when I walked in. I asked if they were closed and the guy ended up saying about to be with attitude. So I said are you closed or naw cause about to be is not answering my question. They told me everything was preclosed and practically couldn't order anything but they close at 10 PM. Didn't expect this type of service around the holiday season esp from place I've going to for a long time. Prolly won't be coming back to this location for their rude service. I usually order a medium smoothie with a whey boost which makes the smoothie fluffier and otherrr locations usually will put it in a large cup. I planned to share a large with someone and asked in special instructions (ONLINE) to put extra in a small cup. When I walked in they were putting the extra smoothie in a small cup (to keep). When I asked if there was extra they said "there wasn't much" bruh... I saw a small cup you were just putting it in.. I have never had bad experiences here other than this. They don't watch their recipes here. I get to squeak because I've worked at a similar place once upon a day. Someone orders a smoothie, you have a specific recipe to follow. For example, 1 scoop frozen yogurt, 8 oz orange juice, 2 scoops ice, 1 scoop bananas. I came in on a Thursday 6/19/14 between the times of 2:00-3pm with my little sister and as we walked in we were offered a free sample of the fresh squeezed orange juice. We tried it and it was eh...
