I love jamba juice... The pineapple dream machine is amazing! My "eh" review isnt so much for the smoothies, more for the people who work here. Not that I want to be "sold" on things, but I was asking some questions about what I should try to get some energy and there was no enthusiasm or even an answer from the cashier. I will go here again of course, but hope this review gets the people here to be a little more excited. I love Jamba Juice, but this location sucks and I will not be coming back. I ordered a medium drink, and when I picked up the drink, I noticed that they did not fill it up all the way. There was almost an inch of space, which is totally unacceptable. I complained to the young, female employee but she just gave me a blank stare and said that was it. Worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. I've had the same smoothie every time I've gone to other locations and this one tasted like sour yogurt. The other smoothie we got was so bland and the third was too watery. The barista was awful and had on a baggy long sleeve sweater which is extremely unsanitary because several times it looked like it was getting dipped in the smoothie she was making. Plus it was 18 bucks for 3 medium smoothies but it was so gross I threw them away. read more

I absolutely love Jamba Juice; however today's visit was disappointing. At the register there is a cute neon sign - BOGO 9/3-9/7 (buy one get one). When I asked about my total (BOGO), the worker says, "oh you needed to download the coupon from our website and show it prior to your order." I looked around and did not see that information. My response, "don't you think it would be helpful to customers if that was stated somewhere?" The people next to me also thought it would be helpful, so they stood at the door and told all incoming customers. Hope Jamba Juice will be more supportive of their customers in the future. yeah so. for some reason, out of all the jamba juices ive been to, this has been the worst one. this one time i went [i get the same thing everytime] it was all chalky from the protein boost. but it usually isnt supposed to. the next time i went. it was chunky. but not the ice. and not the fruit. wtf was that. the next time i went i was all super icy and i could not even drink it until it melted. the next time i went it was watery and watered down. wtf. but the most recent time i went it was perfect. so thats why you get a 3 jamba juice. a 3! read more

Stopped by here for a smoothie and and they offer a large selection of low-sugar smoothies that are just as tasty as the regular versions. I found the staff to be very friendly and provided great service. This is not really surprising though. I can't remember if there was a time when I didn't get great service at any of their locations. read more

I come here more often than other locations since I work very close by in the office buildings. There's usually no enthusiasm from people working here, but today the service was great! The cashier was very outgoing. I didn't catch his name, but he offered me a free sample of their strawberry fresh squeezed juice. He also recommended upgrading to add an oatmeal for only a $1 with free toppings. Overall the cashier really made my experience! Fast service as well! read more

I asked for my both of my smoothies to be thick and well blended and when I get my acai smoothie every sip had pieces of ice in it. My strawberry wild was liquid. I come back and tell the worker about my drink and she said she will re blend it and she puts my drink in a blender and adds more ice in it. Why? I already told you it was icey. Came into this place tonight 20 minutes before it's closing time and right when we came in asked if they were still open and everyone had their back turned towards the front, it wasn't until my boyfriend asked again that one of the guys answered yes and his back was still facing us and there was two other employees singing really loud and eating yogurt behind the register this girl was even sitting on the register counter I work in retail and that is just bizarre to me I train my employees to work until the last minute of their shifts and always to welcome customers and customers come first. Wouldn't come back here again. Really unprofessional and extremely hard to tell if there was any manager presence at all.
