Absolute best coffee experience I've had across the U.S. I was recently in Portland and ended up going back to Proud Mary 3xs while I was in town because it was so good. The pastries are phenomenal and the coffee is next level. We tried the Geisha Washed Honduras and mochas and americanos along with a couple of different pastries. This will absolutely be my go-to spot whenever in Portland. I hope to be able to come back and try the breakfast and food sometime soon as well. Service was on point and ambiance was vibes all around. Love this place.

Creative, beautifully presented food! Elevated coffee selections, also skillfully and beautifully presented. Great casual and comfortable yet stylish vibe. Loved the people. Great stop!

Absolutely beautiful presentation of the food. Food was very unique, but delicious. If you're into more unique food combinations this place is definitely a must trust. Service was Excellent and the place inside was beautiful. In spite of my personal preferences, this place is a must try!

Omigosh most delicious breakfast in Portland. It was a long wait (40 minutes) but worth it. We had the Turkish eggs and the ricotta pancakes and they were insane. Can't wait to go back.

From food to service and atmosphere, everything feels right! The Australian style brunch hits the spot~ Wish we can be here longer to taste other dishes, but maybe next time!

The flat white was nicely done. It was creamy and well balanced. Latte art speaks for itself. I came here because I was interested in their geisha pour overs and potentially buy a bag but they didn't have most of the beans available for sell. I had the bambito geisha. The flavor profile was a bit too acidic for me. Also didn't taste like the usual geisha I like. Cute place and great service. French toast and pancake look bomb but didn't get a chance to try.

We absolutely loved this place!! Not only is the coffee super amazing - must get their flat white, but also their breakfast is just as delectable! We both really enjoyed the spring omelette. It was refreshing, light, and bursting with flavor. The ricotta pancakes were too sweet for me - but that's personal taste since I tend to eat very lightly sweetened things. I wish I got the pork hash instead! But it'll be for next time for sure ~ I will stop by just for this next time.

Can't believe I haven't written a review about Proud Mary Coffee because I have definitely been more than once; aka it will bring you back :P My first experience was...foolishly after a night shift where I had a latte and couldn't get my eyes to close whatsoever l o l the fault was clearly on my end, but hey you know their coffee will give you energy and keep you up! :P The ricotta hotcakes are a fave and I have been back to have a variety of their dishes including omelets, breakfast burrito/wraps, and avocado toast. Also cannot forget about their pastry case where they have some insanely tasty goods! I finally had the chance to dine in recently and service was friendly, helpful, and swift. Fair warning you may have shared seating if it gets too crowded inside, but it's doesn't feel too packed even if you are at shared seating. The bar is also beautiful and cozy. The coffee is delicious and I definitely need to go back to try the matcha! All in all, this is a great spot for coffee, matcha, pastries, or a delicious breakfast/brunch. Swing by and try it out yourself because I will say the cost is absolutely worth it for the quality!

lots of Aussie style dishes & unique options on the menu!! ricotta hotcakes were really dense, but the flavors were creative & played well with each other. I liked the Turkish eggs too! the matcha sweetened w/ honey syrup was super good (would get again), but I'd want to try the aussie iced coffee w/ ice cream next time

Loved this place. A little loud. A little brash. A lot of character. The folks here serve a mean coffee. And by me I mean fantastic. You don't need creamer, you don't need sugar. Just sip it the way it was meant to be, dark, Moody and full body. Unfortunately there's only street parking and it is monitored by parking enforcement. Not something you want to violate, but definitely worth a small walk by their uphill or downhill.

One of the best brunch experiences I've had in Portland! Just look at the plating of these beautiful dishes! And they're just as delicious as they look. When we came in at 1:30 on a Sunday there was maybe a 15 minute wait which wasn't too bad. The space is quite large inside, despite how small and hidden the cafe is from the outside. Our server was nice and gave us a lot of time to look over the menu. Everything we had was easy to share family style. For me the standouts were the Bombay omelette - wow I think my favorite way omelette has ever been prepared! Loved the burst of mango chutney sauce blended with other savory elements like paneer and potatoes. The ricotta hotcake was divine as well, loved the presentation of it and every bite was packed with flavor. I'm excited to come back again and am definitely recommending this place to everyone!

Loved finding this gem of a brunch coffee spot! Fantastic food and great aesthetic! Loved the service and everyone was so nice! Definitely will be back!

Would I recommend Proud Mary coffee? Hands-down, resoundingly yes! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Portland over Thanksgiving break. It was our very last morning and we were heading out right after breakfast and I wish we had tried this place earlier because I would've come back. We got there pretty soon after they open and we're sat right away. This was black Friday. We all ordered something different. I have the London fog and it was fabulous and the oatmeal and it was unexpectedly amazing. Each one of us in our party of six got something different and we were all blown away. Not only was the food and drink superb but the service and the way the staff work together was impeccable. Cool music and a chill vibe even though by the time we left, there were tons of people waiting to get in and tons of people inside waiting for seats or to go orders. Parking is street parking so the earlier you go the better chance you will have of getting a close spot.

Immaculate atmosphere and the exact sort of thing we were looking for for breakfast. We didn't get her name but saw on the receipt her name might have been Davi, she was such a bundle of light and life, so attentive and kind! She immediately gave us wonderful recommendations which we all adored. The table ordered praline bacon to share (do yourself a favor and get this), one ordered the praline bacon waffle, another ordered the bananas foster waffle, and I got the seasonal vegetable hash. We were all in HEAVEN with what we ordered. From the first bite to the last it we were all absolutely stunned by how delicious and well made everything was. I savored every bite as did my compatriots. One gal ordered a couple things to go for her family (huevos rancheros for the hubby and cinnamon rolls for her kiddos) and our waitress Davi recommended they bring out the cinnamon rolls unfired so that she could pop them in the oven when she got home after a short drive. It was such good attention to detail that felt like such a friendly offer. Absolute superstars, the lot of you. Next time I'm back in Portland I'm absolutely spoiling some friends here with what I can only describe as a transcendent experience.

He told me that they would clean off a table for me. WOO HOO. I bursted out crying at the thought that I finally got my seat. As I sat down a soft chair graced my bottom. Beautiful. I looked around and the scenery was beautiful. As I looked at the menu, my eyes sharply turned to the chicken and waffles. Deliciously perfect choice. I ordered my food and got a coffee. My chicken and waffles arrived and I took a bite. I started floating. My soul left my body. I looked down at my body as I floating away, I was enjoying every bite. I reached the heavens. A loud voice said "Its not your time yet. Return and enjoy the rest of your meal." I ascend back to the chair and every chicken and every waffle was gone. The servers were SO kind. I got my check and shead a tear, knowing that was the best meal of my life. Over all from kind servers to and delicious food, SCREEN DOOR was an awesome experience. SCREEN DOOR deserves a 5 star, however I am going to give it a 5 star. I loved every moment. Thank for read my review. Love you.

They've certainly topped the muscle game. Highly recommend Olympic Provisions. I will gladly vouch that the negative reviews are from the haters, just to hate. I ordered the Omelette du jour - Three egg omelette special with bacon, spinach, caramelized onions, gorgonzola and blue cheese. It was fantastic. The accompanying roasted potatoes were cooked perfectly. I also got an espresso martini to wake me up and give me a buzz to start my day.
