Service was poor. I called for a large order at 10:30 and arrived at 11 to pick up but it was still not ready. I didn't make a fuss because I understand chained businesses can be busy at times. However, the staff were rude, short, and unaccommodating. I asked them if they still do reward points and the staff said no. I asked 3 more times and she asked her manager and the manager said no. They looked at me confused and did not try to understand what I was asking. They didn't ask for more information either. As I stepped to the side and waited for my drinks to be made. The customer behind me had a rewards card and had a normal exchange and transaction. Nothing out of the norm or confused look on their faces. Said their please and thanks you's and left. I do have the app to retrieve my reward points through my email receipt. Some mornings or nights I'll stop by this Jamba Juice to get a smoothie. The employees are super friendly! One day I ordered a smoothie I did not like, I always hate being a customer that complains but I was really disappointed with it so I went back in to ask if I could get a new one instead and they were extremely understanding and made me a new smoothie! This place is quick, clean, but very inconsistent with their charges, drink taste and information. I get charged differently every-time for the same drink I always get. I am being charged for oat-milk and oat yogurt because I am lactose intolerant. I never get charged for oat-milk but now they're charging me for it. This location is stingy as hell when it comes to their peanut butter. You're charging me a $0.99 cents to add peanut butter but my drink does not taste like it has peanut butter at all. Well guess what, Jamba wants to play games. When we came in with our card they mentioned they have to give us these new cards that makes me download their app (which I don't want since it is taking up my phone storage) and add a code to get these bogos. I cannot purchase all 6 drinks at once if I want too like before. It also makes me obligated to have a phone to use what I purchased. Not all children have phones. Anyways, I can only use one bogo a day. There is no way to track how many you used so I been getting screen shots every time I use one to make sure I got all of mine. Customer service is consistent, where the workers are either super friendly or not. I don't really mind that as long as my drink is blended and tastes like Caribbean Passion. This is my 2nd time here but 1st time during the pandemic. The staff inside were all very nice and kind. There were stickers outside and inside on the floow to tell people where to stand. There's a 6 people capacity. My experience here was great. My order was good but it was a little water down. It's okay because it hits the crave. Beside the customer service I noticed a few things. There wasn't any hand sanitizer inside by counters and the staff was not changing gloves when they come outside to pass out drinks and go back in. The same glove that was used to open the door was the same glove that was used to make drinks and pass out the drinks. I feel like this is cross contamination. So this review is based on their COVID precautions & procedures : The sign on the door says 6 customers inside at a time. I counted 5 people so I entered the building. I got in the line and the supervisor, I believe, came up to me and said to wait outside because they can only have 6 people inside at a time. I held back from calling her out on miscounting, assuming positive intent - maybe there was someone in the bathroom? No. Bathrooms are closed to the public. 2 people left (leaving 3 people inside) so me and 3 other people tried to entered. The same girl stopped the third person and asked them to wait outside as well. I didn't want to be that person who complains about rules not set forth by the employees directly but they don't know how to count. After three people left they let 3 more in and finally got a grip on correctly counting and allowing 6 people inside. Business has slowed down for them since COVID hit & they will keep losing business with slow service and making people stand outside in 90 degree weather when their signs indicates they can hold more people in their establishment than they're allowing. 7/31 around 7pm read more

This location is inconsistent. Sometimes the smoothies are great, and sometimes they are icy and not blended properly. Today, we ordered a pomegranate paradise and a mega mango. The pomegranate paradise was watery, and super sour. The mega mango wasn't sweet and very watery as well. The store wasn't too busy, but the employees didn't offer us a boost. Went in today and an employee in the back making smoothies was wearing her mask on her neck, not covering her mouth nor her nose. I told a fellow employee to inform they are not wearing their mask properly and he did nothing as he walked by. JaaaaMba! I generally come to JJ when I have the BOGO coupons. The staff here are generally cooL and friendly. They even offer free samples to me when I'm being indecisive on what to get. With the coupons, they are really cool about honoring them and do not hassle over it. Upon ordering my drinks, the wait isn't that long for them to make frozen fruit into pulverized liquids. The yogurt on the other hand, is down right unpleasing. I do not like the yogurt here at all [except for the pumpkin spice]. Stick with the drinks!
