Ever. - To start, the barista tried to charge the customer in front of me for a gift card that the customer was trying to use to pay for her order. - I attempted to order an Horchata Créme. The barista (same one as before) had no idea what I was talking about, like the idea of a coffee-free drink was completely foreign to her. - I asked for a shot of the refresher energy, because I did not want coffee or espresso, and she couldn't wrap her mind around it. She refused to do it, stating "there is no button for that." I asked to see the manager. - The manager, Daniel (he said), also refused. He told me he couldn't because it was "against company policy," which I then stated was a lie and we both knew it. Then he said he wouldn't do it. I asked why, and he said "I won't do it, and I won't gice you a reason why." I am not asking for anything insane, or anything free - just something different. They were incredibly rude, and refused and lied to me. And then mocked me as I was on the phone to corporate about it afterwards. Corporate confirmed that his statement was a lie as well. read more

So its Starbucks, ya know. My drink was made perfect and the staff was so friendly and cool. I have never been to this location before but its an easy stop off the 50 if you need a quick pick me up. We had just picked up the dogs from daycare and they drank all the water I had packed for them and were thirsty for more, my poor babies! We still had a long way to get home so I put my coffee order in via mobile and went to the counter to ask them for 2 venti waters with no ice for my poor thirsty pups and the person working the register was multi tasking like a pro, taking orders via headset, talking to the other staff, and putting in my water order. Stopped in to pick up my mobile order and I have to say this Starbucks is really friendly an they don't ignore you when. You mobile order and you're looking for your order- she immediately greeted me and looked up my coffee which happened to just be finished up - yay!! Busy busy, so I understood why my drink wasn't ready yet.. however after waiting about 10 more minutes, I decided to ask how much longer. I was pleased with the quality of the food and the service. Nice dining area kept relatively clean. No vagrants living in the Starbucks. That's important these days. Great location at a nice outdoor mall area. Easy to get to and other things about to round out your overall needs. There is limited outdoor seating but at least there is some. After a few weeks a month ago with staffing enough to be open, things now are going well. They have enough help, the hours are again long and seven days a week. They have a streaky stream of customers and the drinks seem to keep flowing with minimal waiting. The restroom is not open to the public as with most places during this covid-19 time. The interior of the store is roomy and well marked for distancing. Everyone is pleasant and patient. I notice the music is always a nice jaunty but easy to listen to music selection. Very enjoyable environment. As I moved close to here a few months ago, I am looking forward to the time when I can hang out more and relax with my usual iced green tea. read more

The new mocha frapuccino (worry I forgot what's the additional good stuff in there for this season) hit the spot. The caramel crunch was good but my other half prefer the original caramel frap... my kid had the smite frap... she loved it. In 5 minutes out drinks were done. Friendly staffs. It's a convenient location near spoto park... we like getting our drinks here and bring a mat and enjoy the sunset at that park while sipping our delicious concoction. I asked him do they say good morning to their customers he said sometimes I asked him was it because I was black he said he wasn't sure.. I love this location. The baristas are friendly and they remember my drinks! The parking is easy with lots of spots available, and there are other restaurants around. There's no power outlets for you to plug in your electronics, so it's not your all- day-office alternative, but it's a good spot for meetings and casual rest stops. read more

This Starbucks has a super centralized location with companies like Delta Dental, VSP and Kaiser within walking distance. With that said, this Starbucks is constantly busy with a good line throughout the day. I came in to get some study time in and within the two hours of my visit, I was astonished at how busy this place got! While I'm over here trying to find "quiet space" to study... this Starbucks is far from a quiet place. I wished they had more tables, but this Sbux is much smaller than other locations I'm accustomed to.. Weirdly enough, this location has a lot of stuff on sale; mugs, reusable- water jugs, coffee bags, CDs and more. Cool thing, is that while the workers get super busy from the corporate crowds that flush in and out throughout the day - the workers still manage to smile and push out the drinks pretty quickly. read more

Came here two weeks ago on a Sunday morning; drafted a brief review but forgot to post it. After checking out at the hotel, we came here for some coffee. The line was very long, but since I really needed some coffee, my husband continued to stay in line. After 16min of waiting in line, we were finally able to get our Dark Roast. However, when my husband went to get some half and half, found that the container was completely empty. He then went to the counter and friendly asked for more creamer; the lady at the counter said "ok, wait." After she refilled it, she handed over to my husband and said (I quote): "There you go, you can put this crap with the rest of the stuff in the front". Perhaps we understand how stressful you were with overwhelming orders, but that's not the way to treat your customers. Not returning. read more

Still getting it done, and doing it well. Lines can get crazy long but the staff keeps on it. If time is an issue hit the online order which is the fastest way to get in and out. Some complain about the line and the wait, but you really can't blame the staff for the location being so popular. I wish they would have expanded when the suite next door was available. Some of the staff has been there for quite a while and it's nice to see smiling faces wishing you a good morning. The outdoor seating is nice but inside gets clustered up and this is not a good stop if you are looking to get your free wifi remote office on. Maybe it's not a pure 5 star in terms of comparative locations, but the staff is what kicks it up to five stars for me. read more

hi-ya! Why do I keep coming back to Starbucks even after their reward program has changed kinda negatively for me (I mostly just drink black coffee)...it's the coffee of course. Something about their coffee...it's stronger, better and hotter then if I make it at home, buy it from an "other" coffee shop. The lines here are fairly quick and parking is available. I'm surprised this store looks like it hasn't been swept in weeks. The floor is very dirty we couldn't or don't want to sit in all the dirt around the chairs or tables. Whoever the Manager is doesn't make sure the store is swept the night before or when they open. Ordered a sandwich to go at 515pm today. They told me that all the ovens to warm them up were off. I said ok no problem. 10 minutes go by and they are all three just leaning on the counters. I look up and one of the girls says it will take another 2-3 minutes. Not including the time to warm up my sandwich. They should have told me I was going to wait 15 minutes to get a sandwich and I could have changed my order. I walked out without a refund and without any food. This location is constantly a let down and has poor communication and poor service. I would go here on my lunches and go get coffee since I work within walking distance but I'm over their crappy tasting drinks and even worse service. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the town. It is located in newly built Zinfandel Village. It is very clean and spacious. Seating is available indoor and outdoor. Matcha Lemonade is my favorite drink and I hang out in this place frequently. It has high speed internet and power inlets are in comfortable location . All staffs are nice to the customers and Samantha is the best. When I don't know what to drink I ask Samantha. And she gives me the best drink. 5 again read more

I'm a regular at this store but one Barista name ISA has bad customer service. I know it's a busy lunch hour but it's no excuse. She made my drink incorrectly and instead of getting a new cup she just decided to wash the cup and the results is bad. See picture attached. I don't normally right bad reviews but this particular barista is just bad! I am updating this review to 5 star. Everyone has been really good including ISA. Went in for the delicious macadamia nut cold brew and the service was above and beyond. Nauryz was making drinks and still answering questions I had about cold brew vs nitro cold brew. Abby was the cashier, and she was so vibrant and welcoming. There were 2 other staff, who were smiling and would join in the conversation as well. Great clean location. read more

Terrible experience!! Came here for a strawberry refresher and the service was terrible.... My little sister earned stars for her rewards but didn't know we had to tell them we wanted to purchase a free drink so She got charged.... We didn't know we had to tell them! And then this grumpy overweight lady with a bad attitude told us it was our fault and complained while making out drink! U kidding me.... Customer service is a joke! We also ordered two vente ice cups of ice and she told us she can't give out any vente cups because they are running out!!! I watched her make our drinks and she was frustrated slamming the cups and she wasn't even sure how to make the strawberry refresher!! I heard her ask her manager if this was the correct way.... This used to be my TO GO to Starbucks before work. BUUUUUUT that was when I started work @630AM. Since I start work @830, it gets jaaaaam packed & parking for me is just a nightmare. Who wants to go to work all rushed? NOT I. Anywhoooo. This spot 99% of the time gets my drink right, there have been the slight chance where they've made it wrong & a simple email/message to Starbucks is suffice & will send you a free drink for next time. (Because who has the time to wait AGAIN for a remake?). This location is bigger than most spots I've been to & outdoor seating which is nice. It's a busy spot due to businesses around and the many food spots near by (in the same parking lot). If it wasn't for rushing to work in the morning, I would be a regular yet again. PS. I love Belinda !! She's great! & seeing familiar faces often is a bonus. -1 star due to it being soooo crazy busy, which I know is out of their hands buuuut ya... PSS. Rude employees especially a specific one. Dont know her name since her apron doesnt have her name on it. Shes Hispanic with a squeaky voice. Cant miss her since shes the only one with a little kid voice. She shouldn't be working their at all with the type of attitude she has. Each time I go in there she messes up on my order and when i correct her she rolls her eyes and gets more of an attitude. She makes me not want to come to this location. My favorite Starbucks for a lot of reasons. They do get busy and a lot of that is due to their location in the middle of both a commercial and residential area. No matter how busy it gets, they are friendly, attentive, and more than happy to make your experience a good one. We lve in the area so this is like our corner bar where we meet up with friends or venture down to have a cup and enjoy the weather on nice days. We have gotten to know many of the staff and they always treat us like old friends. I only wish the inside was bigger with more seating. Great job to the saff and Starbucks for making it a great coffee and social experience. read more
