This is my local Jamba and it hits every time, from the service to the drinks. I love happy hour on Thursdays (I think they have the same special on Tuesdays too from what I remember); from 4-6 p.m., small smoothies are $5, medium $6 and large $7. You can order with a person or a tablet; either way is fast, and it's easy to order ahead and pick up as well if you have the Jamba app. The staff is great and there is seating both inside and out. I love that it's in a small strip mall set apart from the Bel Air shopping center, making it a quiet, chill place to find a parking spot and quickly grab that drink! read more

I ordered the Açaí bowl. It's really tasty. It has an açaí and grape base, strawberries, blueberries, bananas honey and granola. They have the best granola. If you want extra they charge $1 for a scoop. the prices are somewhat expensive -1 star. The store was really bright. I have sensory issues so this isn't the greatest. maybe a bit dimmer? The servers were nice. answered all my questions. nutrition content how often they clean the blenders etc. I had a ton of questions. I love Jamba Juice it would be nice if the prices were lower. read more

I really liked their acai bowls and I get it with extra granola. More filling than a smoothie. I also like the apple and greens drink. There is ample parking at this location, but the parking lot is always busy no matter what day or time I go. As usual, I just order my large orange dream machine and hit the bricks. This was a bit different. They had a kiosk for ordering. Haven't seen one of those in a Jamba previously. Seemed to add a wall between staff and customers. Wasn't greeted, or acknowledged in any way. When my drink came up they just called out what it was and walked away. 4/29/2022: I needed getting my Jamba "on!" LOL! Somehow, when pineapple juice is added to the mango-a-go-go, the mango smoothie really tastes, "OFF!" So, I always request foregoing the pineapple juice and adding mango juice instead which incidentally, tastes AWESOME! FYI: I've been a Jamba Juicer for at least, three decades! In fact, my sister, Leyla gave me a Jamba Juice Tumbler for my 2021 birthday gift; I use the tumbler and receive a discount for using the tumbler which is very cool. read more

I sometimes come in to get hidden recipes and sometimes whatever is literally on the menu. This Jamba Juice is clean and well maintained. Lots of people waiting for their drink so this is quite a popular location. I like getting their Razzmatazz Smoothie because I love berries. I've tried their Orange Dreamsicle flavor and that is hidden so you'll have to ask for it. Keep in mind - it depends who knows how to do it at their location. This is one of my favorite Jamba Juices! Even though they were busy when I came, the staff still managed to keep a good and positive attitude, smiling and helping out the customers. The attendant helped me use my rewards bc I wasn't sure that I had one to use! It saved me $ and I was able to get a large instead of a small! They also are stocked with condiments!!!! You can't have a pretzel without mustard! And they even have Cholula- that was my first time putting that on my pretzel, and........it was delicious! Came in today for my usual. It was super busy. I noticed the employees were working getting drinks ready and there was a long line. However, one of the customers called for their attention to come assist them at the kiosk.... I'm sorry guys. But thank you to the you d lady that helped. So all of a sudden I'm rediscovering Jamba Juice! I've been there twice now, and found the staff incredibly professional, extremely friendly and fast! It's been years since I've been to a JJ and so it was nice to see updated items..I just had a sample of their blue sky vanilla and wow, I want to try that next time. I ordered the matcha green tea blast today and wooooooow, move over, Starbucks!!! I love how you can taste real matcha and not a matcha with green tea blend! I swapped the soy with almond milk and I'm in bliss! The only downside is watching the calorie count and no Apple Pay but hey, it's just something to be flexible/cognizant about. Alright so here is the problem I have, although the staff are friendly it's basically ridiculous for it to take almost 5 min to make 2 drinks with 4 employees standing in the back. They have the new girl making the drinks which is fine but she is sitting there just staring at the juice. A drink that should probably take 30 sec to make. When we ask for the other employees to obviously help the the girl who doesn't have a clue what the hell she is doing they just stand there and say she's new. Well no shit! That's why I asked u to help her cuz she sat there and stared at juice for 2 straight minutes without moving! There is literally no need for us to be in there for 20 minutes when we are the only customers. On another note the drinks taste good. Lol read more

I don't like to write poor reviews, but I have made multiple successful delivery orders in the past from this Jamba Juice. Today I made a simple order. I received a completely different order. While my name was on the bag, I did not order any of the items. When I called, I was told the girl in the store had a 'really long line' and could not do anything unless I came to the store and got my order again. This defeats the purpose of delivery and now I have paid for food I never received. I cannot physically get the order remade and resent, and it is not a simple mix up. I ordered 1 smoothie 1 bowl and 1 cheddar twist. I received 2 bowls, neither of which are the type I ordered, and 1 smoothie of a type I did not order, and no cheddar twist at all. I'm pretty unhappy that the Jamba app has no method of requesting a refund for the $35 I paid to get the wrong food. We have dietary concerns in the household and do not know if any of these items are safe to eat. read more

I tried calling about a fundraiser card I got from my daughter school. The phone number didn't work. I think this business will lose business. The employee said it probably is wrong and she said the address is probably wrong too. The point of contact is very important for future customers and current. They did honor my card because it was supposed to go through the app but it's wasn't able to. I appreciated that. The service was fast and friendly. The line started to develop. But I'm also a believer in Customer service and this service was awful! 10 minutes to make two smoothies! 3 people behind the counter...and still they had to add to one of our smoothies cause they let it sit in the blender and get watered down.....we will not be returning to this location which is a total drag being that it is conveniently located close to home. I've ordered here multiple times and no matter when I go or what I get, I always get nice service and a good drink. Every employee is very nice and always greets me with a smile, no matter who's working. I wish the furniture was a little nicer but I know that's corporates issue, the price points of everything is great, especially if you're looking for a quick snack. The service is really fast, and takes probably three minutes from entering to exiting. I wish I hated this place, because I cant seem to not spend money here. read more

I went to Jamba Juice the other night and forgot my wallet, but they were really close to closing time. I ordered my drinks and attempted to pay with Apple Pay, but they didn't accept it due to a register change. I sent my bf racing home. We lived less than a mile away. Thankfully the lady working there took my order and made my drinks and let me pay as soon as he got there!!! I been here twice but I'm going to review it for the second time because the first time I went the guys weren't helpful and didn't really seem like they wanna help. Today I went and a girl was in the cashier and helped me and the manager was also nice. I got the white gummy and I feel in love with it! so good and refreshing and has that fruity but sweet taste at the same time. I visited this location yesterday and I was shocked at how filthy this location was. Never have I ever walked into a Jamba Juice that was dirty let alone DISGUSTING like this one. I should have taken pictures for proof. Even the outside of the hand sanitizer dispenser was nasty. I'm not talking about some dirt build up that could easily be wiped down.
