This location does not have a rewards system set up! Ridiculous. Will be going to a different Jamba Juice from now on. Why have a sign that says to sign up at the register and not even accept the rewards system?!? Jamba Juice Rialto had a very bad experience there today. Two female staffers supervisor not present. I asked to order 2 Strawberry Wild without banana I asked if it has yogurt in it. The one girl said no it has Sherbert. I said why does it state it has frozen vanilla yogurt she said it's sherbert. I explained I have purchased from different locations including theirs numerous times the same item and it is yogurt unless I wanted to substitute for sherbert.. She went over to the counter where the yogurt is and said it is vanilla sherbet. I asked to talk to the supervisor he was not present I asked her if she could call him she did and came back with an answer it is sherbet. I told her then that's false advertising you cannot advertise it to be one thing and it turns out it is another. Why i was there I called another Jamba Juice location and talked to their supervisor. He told me it is Frozen vanilla yogurt. The other staffer spoke up and said it is frozen vanilla yogurt we just call everything sherbert it's a nickname. She said I guess she didn't explain it right to you. I said that's not what she said and you know that's not what she said. More customers were coming in and they only got the end of it and the one staffer started rolling her eyes at me to the other customer. I asked to talk to the manager / owner name. They hesitated and then mr. Scott. Refused to give the supervisors number or information out. I asked when Supervisor was going to be there they said in the morning. I asked what their name was one girl said that's private I said your first name is private so you're just Jamba Juice girls. I placed the order but because of all the uncomfortableness and irritation that they caused and running back and forth to the back room to get on the phone with her supervisor delaying my order. I didn't feel comfortable with them making anything for me God only knows what would be inside it. I told the girl at register to stop the order and give me my money back which she did. I will never go to this location again and I will spread the word. I had left my disabled father in my car. He got to hear most of the conversation that went down on my Bluetooth in my car. He said they were very unprofessional and that is wrong the girl insisted it was sherbert her supervisor she said was also stated sherbert. She even showed me a book underneath the register that showed it said vanilla frozen yogurt the display on the menu shows frozen vanilla yogurt. Yet she claimed it was sherbert. Until the other girl said it's a nickname they call everything sherbert. I told them if people have health issues they need to know what's in the ingredients what they're purchasing that's false advertisement won't be the last to hear from me. They just lost a good customer. Especially after i came out to tell my father what had happen and I see that they had called a security guard to complain about me. Apparently they knew I meant business and I was going to keep going until I reached a supervisor or the owner to make a complaint. There's no harm in that and if he's a good owner a good supervisor he will welcome my concerns regarding these two knuckleheads. Perhaps you can teach him how to deal with the public and to get there facts what they're serving to the customers. And also the supervisor needs to deal directly with customer instead of having his staffers run back and forth talking to him on a cell phone. Not only holding me up but holding up the rest of the customers that we're coming in. And if he approve them to call security when it was unwarranted then he's just as stupid as them.
