Apparently, I'm an optimist. I've been to this location five times, with the customer service degrading further each time. Don't get me wrong, I love Jamba Juice; it's just this particular location that has issues. The first three times I went, I looked online prior to going and decided what I wanted to order before I got there. Each time, when I placed my order, I was told they didn't have the recipe for that item and I'd have to order something else. The first time? Ok, it was a new JJ, probably a training issue. Maybe even the second time. When it happened a third time, I decided to hold off going there for a month or so, to give them time to settle in. The fourth time I went, there were a total of three customers in the place - me and my two friends. It took 45 minutes for our three orders (bowls). So, I didn't go back for another couple of months. Today I placed my order online, using a gift card I received. (No 45 minute wait!) A coworker did, too. Again, ordering a bowl. My coworker received a phone call telling her that they had run out of fresh fruit, and they couldn't cancel her order, nor refund her money. I never received a call. So, I finally tried calling, using the number posted on the corporate website. And the number was out of order. Luckily, since my coworker had received the call on her cell I was able to get the correct number from her. And, no, they couldn't make my order either, they just forgot to call me. I spoke with the GM, Donnie. Apparently he doesn't have the authority to go to the grocery store when they run out unexpectedly. And he doesn't have the ability to cancel the order and refund the gift card. And, until I grilled him a bit, he didn't even bother apologizing. But he'll make a note so that when I come into the store (for anther 45 minute wait?) I'll have a credit. And, no, he didn't offer anything for my trouble. read more

I haven't had any issues with this place the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and the orders always done right. This place has not been open long so there will be some technical issues when it comes to technical glitches for fundraiser discounts and website ordering other than that those minor little quirks eem to have corrected themselves rapidly read more

Went into this near by Jamba Juice last night and was very unsatisfied. When first walking in my group and I weren't greeted until about 8-10 minutes of waiting with no line in front of us. Once placing our order it took another 10-15 minutes to receive our order. When walking into the parking lot we noticed that our 3 bowls were either not filled completely or already watered down. We walked in and right up to the counter. The gal working said she would be right with us but that wasn't until 15 minutes later. As the line behind us grew another gal showed up but she had to talk to a plumber that needed a key to inspect something outside. They went back and forth on that for a while when a man who seemed to be a manager appeared. Still no one addressed us or the growing line behind us. It looked like the only person working could use some help but nobody addressed her either. The manager guy disappeared quickly after telling the plumber guy that he didn't have a key for whatever he was there to inspect. The second girl finally started helping to prepare orders but we continued to wait at least another 10 minutes. I've never been inside a Jamba Juice that long before & what made it worse is that it was my idea to go there, we were pressed for time, and it was my companions first experience at a Jamba Juice. I've been to several other Jamba Juices that are great, but this one seems to miss the mark every time. I literally order an orange dream machine at every Jamba Juice it's my favorite drink they have. I occasionally order something else but never here. Every time I have gone the drink is off. Even though we were the only customers the cashier got our order wrong. When we said we paid for something we didn't order they didn't try to correct the issue. Also, I knew not to expect much from the food but the spinach and cheese sandwich wrap was not wrapped.
