Short story is I've been having to do work visits in Moreno Valley for the past 3-4 months. Note to the manager- The potted succulents plants on the table & near the vicinity had so many tiny flying bugs . All the pots needed to dry out the soil , soil is soaking wet for succulents. Stop overwatering it. Use a spray bottle with peroxide &1/4 water spray the soil a few times a week to kill the bugs. Repeat until it's gone . I always order the same thing every time I come which is every two weeks. Either mango mojito or peach mojito. I always ask for no sugar but noticed that the ice level is always too much and my drink is gone pretty quickly bc it's mostly full of ice. So the last time I ordered, I asked for less ice. The girl working said they can't do that because it's blended and it won't fill up the cup if they don't use the normal amount of ice. So I told her to make up the difference with more water instead of the ice and she did it and it was perfect! I came again for a couple more times and each time, it has been someone different and again I ask for the drinks with less ice and both times was told no. I told the girl working that the previous time I went, I just asked the girl to fill the difference with more water, and she did it. She flat out responded. We're under strict orders not to change anything. The second time I went the girl didn't even give me a response as to why she just said we can't do it. Customer service was pretty poor. It's not like I'm asking for something difficult Or extra or cost of more money. I even offered to pay extra to have less ice in my drink. I was excited to stop by here for their Thanksgiving deals! They had BOGO 50% off and you also get a free pearl milk tea. What a steal! The milk teas have a good tea-to-milk ratio. Nice to see a boba place in this area! I've been to other Sharetea locations and they're all solid, this one included! This is located at the shopping center across the parking lot from Super Target. Parking right in front can be limited with the other businesses around but there's a parking lot with plenty of spaces around the back. I've been coming here since they first opened and I was so glad because I've been to many other Shareteas. However I noticed a drastic change between this location and others. Their drinks are inconsistent, sometimes they're really sweet and other times it tastes like water even though I always get 80% sweetness. The cashier never informs us when they are missing toppings. I always order a Golden Retriever which comes with 5 toppings. At other locations the cashier always lets us know when they are out of one of the toppings so we can replace it with another one. But recently this location hasn't been doing so and tells us at the end after the drink is made and only if I ask them about it. This location is also inconsistent with their hours. Their social media and signs in front of the store say they close at 9:00pm in weekdays and 10pm on weekends. I came at 8:30 on a Wednesday (30 minutes before they were scheduled to close) and the doors were locked. I looked inside and saw workers just standing there and looking at the door. I understand some places close 5 minutes maybe 10 minutes earlier because they're not busy, but 30 minutes before is crazy. I love Sharetea and love their drinks but this store just doesn't compare to the others. read more
