The problem with a lot of stores that have embarked on online purchasing is they haven't properly dealt with the back end issues like refunds and faulty orders. I ordered three smoothies and inadvertently had it filled at the wrong location. When I spoke with the manager at the Fairway location she said the only way to receive a refund is to call a particular number and speak with a particular person to affect the refund. I asked why they couldn't initiate the refund from their store and she said it is because the way sales and refunds are processed between franchises and errors could result with refunds misapplied to the wrong franchise. I asked why that was my problem and the phone call unexpectantly dropped and my returned call went I unanswered. It's been two days and I haven't been able to receive a refund; I am not in the same time zone so I have got to call during their hours of operations. IF I ever buy another smoothie from this joint, it won't be online and won't be from Jamba Juice! read more

This place has some serious training issues; The employees acted as if it was their first day of work... ever. In the 17 minutes I spent waiting for my single drink to be made, I watched a total of 3 employees manage to pump out a whopping 6 smoothies (thankfully one was mine). When I left, the lady who had walked in just before me was still waiting, with her drinks in hand, for the pretzel she ordered. This jamba juice is pretty much like all the other establishments, they take your order and they make it to the best of their ability. Parking is plentiful and the workers are nice and friendly. What I like best is their rewards program. I frequent as many jamba juice establishments as I can since I get points for every time I visit one. I have 4 boys and they love their smoothies. It's almost the only time I can get some fruit and/or something healthy into my older 2 sons. The younger son isn't a problem as he loves anything that is fruit or a vegetable. The people here are great. They were able to help me out with my deal. I had a free birthday smoothie as a reward and I tried to use it but I couldn't with my current order. Instead, they gave me a free juice smoothie which is what I wanted all along. Another jamba juice couldn't do that for me so they definitely get gold stars from me at this establishment. Overall, it was a great visit and an even better experience with the staff here because of the fact that they were able to accommodate me. Love their Asai Bowl. You cannot find any Asai bowl anywhere but here and Nugget Market. They have a couple different size, which I really like. I have visited this Jamba often. First time customer service was disappointing. The cashier took that my order spelled my name wrong which is ok no problem but the kid who gave the drinks when done to customers was very rude. Making fun of it out loud with other customers who were standing by the counter. Saying this person spells there name ANJE who does that laughing and making fun of it. I love Jamba Juice but this particular location is not good. When giving you a smoothie, they give you way less than what you ordered and there's way too much of one ingredient in it. (Example: my apple n greens smoothie was a straight up kale smoothie that I was constantly chewing). I will keep going to Jamba Juice but to a different location. read more

I've come here a couple of times. Jamba itself has a great product however I've noticed some stores do not have a super friendly staff. For instance, a dew days ago I visited the Jamba in the galleria mall. They were extremely friendly and helped me choose a drink since I couldn't make up my mind. The drink had dairy in it which I am allergic to so they substituted it for something else. I wanted that same drink again after I got off work today so I went to this location and the girl at the register was super friendly although I felt a little rushed to finish my conversation with her even though there wasn't a line or really anyone behind me. I asked for the same drink but the raspberry ice cream stuff to be substituted for pineapple instead. I got my drink and tasted it and it did not taste like pineapple at all but raspberries. This worried me because I am allergic to dairy so I asked to make sure that it was substituted and the girl behind the counter, instead of turning around and asking one of the people who had something to do with my order, she just says "I don't know, I didn't make or take the order". I'm thinking, well obviously but I kind of need to know. And I work in food service so I know how things can be I'm being very patient and kind, just concerned for my own wellbeing. Another girl in the back nodded at me that it was substituted but half way through the drink my stomach started feeling queasy and now I feel bloated and sick. Will not come back to this location. Allergies should be taken more seriously and the staff should not be so bratty and rude. read more

Most of the time the place is great. However, when the older grey short haired guy is working pray for compassion and patience. He is not nice or flexible. I asked for a drink off the secret menu and he shut it down quickly. Told us they had not had that drink for 15 years and implied they don't have the ingredients. Really?
